Recently, I have failed to add nomination while opening a new fixed deposits in this app.
Secondly, I cannot download the FD certificate from the app.
For both the problems, I have to physically go to branch to get the nomination updated and also to get the FD certificate.
Even in NetBanking, the same problem persists.
Nor do I get a email from the bank with FD certificate.
The app and the net banking platform is simply hopeless and does not comply to digital India.

The app for Bandhan is now extremely easy to use and the experience almost mirrors that on the internet. I have used other bank apps like ICICI, HDFC & Dena. And and this is one of the best for ease of use.
All others have a different interface between the web and the app and makes it confusing to navigate. This one is really intuitive and never once did I get stuck or need to go back and forth to finish what I needed to do. I have made credit card bill payments, activated beneficiaries, made payments via NEFT, IMPS, etc and all done seamlessly and easily.

The staff are what’s keeping the bank afloat. As far as tech goes, be it internet banking or mobile, it is the worst experience anyone can ever experience. Dear developer i am trying to install app in iphone 13 and after installing the app and entering the details of customer id while sending the verification message the app got crashed. I have tried many times and also try uninstall and reinstalling the app but the problem not resolved

Hi Bandhan,
As I have an upgraded version of mBandhan on my iPhone but still it says “ you are using an older version, plz download new version from App Store “. Now this is ridiculous man. Developers r requested to go thru this an develop a better app without any error
I mean in this time this app doesn’t have any Finger print option, no Face ID detection, no such smart features and even doesn’t displays our account details properly

When I try to log in it’s pop up msg showing ‘ your mobile number does not match with bank' but my registered mobile number is same with bank and I have also received msg on that number . Please check & resolve issue ..

In Primitive State compared to other private sectors

Bandhan Bank is still lagging far behind due to some of these points
1) Internet Banking in Primitive Stage
2) Many options like the following not
available
a) instant Imps missing
b) Fd liquidation by App missing one has
to visit bank
c) payee addition takes Half hour( While
Others like ICICI and Axis enable
immediately)
d) fingerprint login missing
Kindly improve the app feels like using a app of 7 years back as the urban customer does not have that time to visit branch every time and will switch
Like in my case switched to ICICI FOR primary banking

Hi Bandhan ,
I am getting the below error too frequently now a days since jan 19.
Error- the connection is not secure.
Please check and clairify whether its safe to use the app for neft/imps because we dont want to perform transactions over a unsecure network which will have major repercussions.
Pls do check and let me know

I have been using this so long. But its latest update is too bad. Every time i open the app its asking to send msg to verify mobile no and change login/transaction password, asking security questions, so many formalities. Its very annoying to do all the things again and again. Even after some minutes of login.

The app crashes every time you try to logout. And if you need to login, you have to create a new account. After completing the setup, you are hardly 2 or 3(if you are lucky) from app crash. What happens when app crashes during a particular transaction. Customer care says, they are trying really hard to make this work, but a year is more then enough to get an app ready and running.

E Facilities are really pathetic

Among the all private sector and PSU banks have provide their best class E facilities like mobile banking and internet banking , but BANDHAN has only made scrap in the name of mobile banking and internetbanking ..very pathetic app ever I have seen , infront of other private sector bank If bandhan would not change this app then it will hard to survive HNI customers coz ppls using this platform to avoid physically visit to bank branch..
Bandhan bank should have to see and impliment something from the axis bank’s mobile banking application..

E passbook should must feature in the banking industry so that an individual can access his passbook on his fingertips and share a different password for his accountant to access the pass sheet
