I would suggest be cent percent sure before downloading as well the gets deducted the moment you download it as no trial software is there. Think twice before clicking on it. There might be better softwares but you will get stuck on downloading. I will not recommend this. Thanks

Crashing after latest update on iPad OS

My iPad Air 2019 is running on iPad OS aka iOS 13.1. It was running fine till yesterday. But after the 3.9 update of the app I cannot even open the app it crashes just after the app comes on screen. Poor bug optimisation on the parts of developer as well as poor testing of compatibility of the software.

I have been using Hompath FireFly for about 3 years. The software was working very well. Yesterday I upgraded iOS to iPadOS 13.1. Since I upgraded the iOS, whenever I open the software, it spontaneously gets closed. Please correct the issue and help me in using the software as before.
I am using iPad Pro (12.9-inch).

I am an intern and this app has been very useful ever since the beginning. It occasionally crashed on my ipad initially but is working fine since long. Its a worth it purchase.

It appears that QC has not been done throughly. Many chapters are missing in books. How reliable can be the Repertory therefore ? Consistency absent in this App.

While doing quick repertotisation the app records symptoms but on clicking repertorise button the app shuts
Secondly the tendency to take cold rubric is not getting recorded by clicking on it(quick repertorisation)
Thirdly the most unexpected thing that is automatic deletion of patients repertory sheet after some time
The repertorised sheet gets deleted from patients data and shows to record symptoms again
Having too much troubles
Plz plz plz fix them soon

It was working fine in both iPad and iPhone until it was updated to v.3.1. Now can't able to do "quick symptoms record"; after selecting the symptoms, the moment I'm going for result the whole app stops working and closes immediately. It's really a very innovative app, but reliability about QC by the developers is questionable and that too for a paid app.
