Worst Services on call from heath cart stores
I just called in health cart store at naupada thane west for some offers and discount to buy muscles blaze whey proteins 8.8lb chocolate. That guy i dnt know the name he just said i will give u a call back within 5 mins and no call back was given and when i called back again no call was responced. And buy products eveytime from health cart so from now i will not buy any products bcoz of this worst behaviour from them and customer services also.

I have been ordering from HealthKart over the years only because of uncertainty over genuine products on other platforms. But HealthKart never delivers on time & customer service is extremely pathetic. They will just give a scripted reply to all your queries & ask you to wait. Recently I ordered preworkout and they took more than 2weeks to deliver & that too a wrong product. Now I have to constantly mail them for reverse logistics & refund generation. Amazon & other e-commerce websites provide better service & genuine products as well.

The app said if I refer someone the link they had given will give ₹200 off to referred person and ₹200 to me! And I referred one of my friend he made new account and purchased product’s of ₹1374 but the company neither gave him ₹200 off and not me

They deliver products which are just 2 months to expiry
They have tie-ups with the vendors who send you products which are about to expiry. Even after complaining to HealthKarts customer care the company is mot able to find out the manufacturing date of the product they have sent.
I’ll advice that please open the delivery pack before signing off delivery or it’s better to buy it from somewhere else.

I have ordered my 3 supplements with prepaid and the estimated delivery date was 4 working days and today it’s already been 9 days and I didn’t received my shipment yet! I tracked my shipment and I found my shipment is already reached in my city 5days ago! Then I visited courier hub and thay said your shipment is missed out somewhere! Than I called the customer support, than they reported complaint and promised the shipment will be delivere within 24 hours! But yes it’s already been 36 hours and my shipment is still not in my hand!

Delivering FAKE PRODUCTS
I ordered ultimate nutrition prostar and received a fake product. Currently i am struggling to get this returned. Multiple times i have called already and answer what i am getting is escalation team contact you. Such a shame HealthKart should use proofs provided by customer and take a legal action against their distributor in Bangalore, instead of that they making the customer suffer.

This is my second order out of two times in gurgaon, that order has been delayed due to external reasons.

I had to pickup my last two orders from courier warehouse. You use to deliver things on time on the same address. But last two orders were nightmare to me. Everyday i use to receive text that my order will be delivered today, but no one use to come. They are so clever that they update everyday, that no one was home, haha. They worst delivery services i have come across. I had to pick my last two orders from the warehouse. They it took them one hour to search for my parcels. Forget about delivery, they didn’t even knew where it was in the warehouse. Its impossible to connect to someone on your helpline number. I wasted my time and money to visit your warehouse. Received MB whey protein rich milk chocolate 4.4 lbs on 7th may’19 which was delivered under the package of Amazon.??? After consuming for few days i found that there were white particles present in the protein which were insoluble and was like kind of plastic material.
