Ordered hot food, delivered after old

I hated the service you provided today, because good after restaurant prepared order assigned delivery partner after 30+ minute then delivery partner reach restaurant and deliver done after my food got old. Even you helpline customer service also not responding properly also stopped responding in between with resolving issues. I don’t understand, why you had lots of team like customer service, delivery agent for bad service. Totally waste

Scammer and harassing people online

I had ordered food and it was completely spilled and stale ! I called customer support they literally made me call 500 times assuring they will connect me with senior supervisor and putting me on hold for 20 -30 minutes and after that they say I am connecting you then with senior they literally cut call every single time ! Late delivery with no account

I suffered a lot due to swiggy on 24-25 May 2026.
I ordered food in the train but even after 4 hours of continuous waiting i didn’t receive my food
And most importantly 80 % of The customer executives didn’t respond my call. They just picked up my call and left unattended.
Moreover the delivery guy didn’t answer the call I tried to approach them to the best of my ability but couldn’t reach. Very disappointed and pathetic service given by Swiggy As no service was given by the team.

Very bad delivery executives

Refuse to deliver on 2nd floor and ask me to cancel the order, when I called customer care and complained, he abused me and used bad words in front of customer agent as well. Swiggy should train there delivery boys how to talk to customer. I have deleted the app permanently today and asked all my family, relatives and friends to delete the app and choose super markets directly, i have promised my self i will list out my groceries and buy from supermarket twice a week.

Poor product quality

I received rotten Noice eggs in my order and already raised a complaint and mailed twice, but got no response.
Today, I opened a Nandini milk tetra pack from your delivery and it was completely spoilt, separated into water and solids. I have been consuming the same milk in Bengaluru for 2.5 years and never faced this issue before.
This clearly reflects poor storage and quality checks on your end. Consumable items reaching customers in this condition is unacceptable.
I honestly do not want to waste more time following up and have already stopped ordering from you.
Final request:
* ₹54 refund for the eggs
* ₹31 refund for the milk

Too many ads

Ads have taken over the app completely. They haven't left the delivery vehicle also remain ad free. If I try to find my order status, the screen has only ads and one tiny section with my order status. Horrible AI support.

Multiple times their delivery executives don’t accept calls and are clearly not going to deliver as they are going in completely different directions. But you can do nothing. Their ai chat won’t connect to human and will not cancel . Keeps repeating same 2 sentences again and again.

Pathetic customer service inspite of charging membership fees

one of the items is missing in my order , but refund not given . While picking up the order the delivery person informed me that particular item is not available and they will refund the amount. So I thought they will refund it. But support team replied saying wont be able to refund. So what is the point in ordering from swiggy if you are not able to handle this issue. Neither restaurant nor delivery person will be able to do this as the platform being used is swiggy. what is the point of using the app and on top of it having membership and all. It’s pathetic customer service . Never will be ordering again from Swiggy . Deleting the app right away . This is not the first time it happened , earlier there were issues with quality of food as well . On approaching support team they will always say will take this as feedback or says system is showing particular amount of refund which is not at all acceptable as in some cases the food is stale or charred and in a not eatable condition . In this case neither system nor AI agent will not know but the support team should handle it properly . Inspite of charging almost double the prices than direct hotel charging for particular food item being ordered if quality issues or missing items issues not handled in a feasible manner then there is no point in using the app .

False Delivery Time

Unfortunately, most of the times the notification shows a different delivery time than the app and every time it’s a way of saying delivery is on time as per our order, but every time the order is delayed. I don’t mind even having the realistic time being told to me instead of giving me an understanding that it is coming sooner. Hate that! And the chat is absolutely horrible. The AI chat is makes the whole experience worse. Once I had ordered a birthday cake for a for a relative who even left my house before even I got the birthday cake, and I asked to cancel giving the same reason with AI - the responses were so bad and unempathetic. And when it moved to an agent, I had to explain for half an hour, that there is no person to collect there and I am also leaving the place. The delivery was over 45 minutes delayed, and they just weren’t accepting their mistake and had to take so much effort for me to make them cancel the order because of a issue from their end and their partner. It is insane, how much they make us wait during chats, delaying it just so we can’t cancel or do anything about it later. Not helpful at all. I think because it is a monopoly, we have no other choice, but they really need to improve on how they service their customers. Please be better, Swiggy.

If there is possibility of negative rating, I will give this app a negative rating. There are literally so many instances in which you have failed for giving a good customer service. I will order food. Either the food will be delivered 40 or 50 minutes later and what they will say since it is delivered. Nothing can Be done you will get a 10 or ₹20 coupon what is this? Somebody can order while going to work so that they will carry the food on the way. and the support person will say okay. I will check it. I will check it and keep on checking checking. They will waste your 30 minutes at least, and then they will come up with the reply. Since your food is delivered. Nothing can be done and I have been delivered non-veg order instead of which order then I raised a query. It was resolved after 35 minutes of debate and what I got was. I 30 minutes. Delivery time, 40 minutes of battling for giving a refund of same amount i paid in the end of 1 1/2 hour. I’m still starving very pathetic customer service, very, very pathetic. You people should understand money is a part, but you should not be in sensitive about somebody’s feelings, especially when it comes to food, nobody ordered food for joy. They order when they’re hungry or celebrating and you spoil everything

Worst Experience with Swiggy

I placed a prepaid order, and 30 minutes later, I received a call from the delivery agent who claimed he had to pay the restaurant for my order. He then suggested I pay him directly and assured me I would get a refund. This was not only unprofessional but also suspicious. I had already paid for my order—why should I be asked to pay again?
This is a situation where Swiggy should have stepped in and resolved things, not left the customer and delivery agent to figure it out. Unfortunately, when I reached out to customer service, the support I received was disappointing. The representative didn’t seem to understand the issue, their responses felt like pre-written templates, and the little they did type themselves was unclear. I finally requested to cancel the order.
Even after cancellation, I received calls from the delivery agent, which was unacceptable.
What I experienced today made it clear that Swiggy is only interested in taking commissions, not in ensuring customer satisfaction or intervening in serious issues like this. I paid Swiggy directly, yet the restaurant didn’t get the payment and I was left in the middle of a mess Swiggy should have handled.
I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but after this incident and the lack of accountability shown, I am reconsidering continuing with Swiggy.

Pathetic and Disgraceful Service!

I had a very disappointing experience with Swiggy recently. I ordered 2 food items from a restaurant just 1.5 km (about 6 minutes) away, with an expected delivery time of around 35 minutes. However, even after more than an hour, my order never arrived. The delivery partner did not answer a single call despite my repeated attempts. When I contacted customer support, the first representative said they would assign a new delivery partner—but nothing happened even after I waited again. When I mentioned cancelling the order, the agent told me it’s “better not to cancel since the food will go to waste.” What exactly does that mean? Are customers expected to keep waiting indefinitely, even if the food turns cold, just so Swiggy doesn’t take responsibility? Does the wasted food somehow become our fault instead of the delivery person’s who failed to do his job? By this time, it was well past dinner, we were still hungry, and it was already getting close to bedtime. The second support agent also left me on hold for over 10 minutes without resolving anything. To make matters worse, each call took 8–9 minutes just to get connected, adding to the frustration. In the end, I had no option but to cancel my order. Swiggy didn’t just waste my time—they ruined my first experience with online food delivery, left me hungry at night, and had the audacity to guilt-trip me for their incompetence. If this is how an online delivery service operates, you might as well shut it down.

I need to go to office on time. this is extremely frustrating. the first customer care representative told me she is placing a replacement order that got cancelled in few min. the second lady is saying no replacement is available. and insisting on my accepting 300 rs cashback. how is this fair. I placed a bulk order that gave me 150 rs off. If i place another order for the remaining packet it is costing me 450 rs. how is 300 rs acceptable here. highly disappointed. i understand delivery partner wouldnt know the order is incomplete but at least when we report it the proper resolution is expected. If I can place another order for the item and receive it then how is replacement not possible. the delivery took more than an hour, delivery partner himself told me it took him 23 min only to reach my location. The item is ready to eat, packed sweet box, nothing to prepare why should it take more than an hour for teh delivery.
I need full refund of my order so I can buy the item on my own and you take this box back that you delivered. this is the least you can do, this is my last order on swiggy for sure, its not about the missing order but its about how you handle the complaint. highly disappointing and dissatisfied.
Nobody is doing a favour here, customers are paying, stop taking them for granted.

After 10 mins i got a call from swiggy itself that they have reassigned the delivery person and will be delivered to me in another 20 mins but for the app reflection they have to cancel the order so that i will get the refund as compensation. So i agreed even after 30 mins no one came no one reached out. I again called customer care, those people told me that they cannot do anything about it and now the order is canceled and you got the refund and no one is coming to deliver the food to you.
Conclusion: Totally a miscommunication and misleading experience from swiggy, bogus and order was not cancel

Poor customer service

I had previously uninstalled Swiggy and thought of reinstalling it after enjoying the Instamart grocery app but I regret installing it again. I made an order then when the delivery person arrived they didn’t have change due to communication barrier he had to call the customer service at Swiggy so they can translate for me in English what he was saying, only for the person to also be not so good in English then he cancelled my order yet me and the delivery person had already sorted out the change thing and had gotten change. Now they charged me cancellation fee equivalent to the order amount mind you I am not the one that cancelled the order it’s their customer service agent and that same order too I actually received it and paid for it. Made an appeal on the app support they told me my issue will be resolved I should write an email I wrote the email and attached proof of order received they send me a link saying their policy doesn’t allow for them to make changes to the amount I am charged so I should pay for it…. Seriously !!!! I should pay for a order that o already paid sir I should pay twice for you guys not having a team that understands English, I should pay twice for you people not having good customer service and waiving off the fee lol will stick to zomato because everytime I have issues their team is more responsive and helpful than this

Horrible service

I have been a Swiggy user for more than 6 months and have an active membership of their “One” program. Even though its instamart had less variety of products and their delivery time was slightly more than competitors, I still believed in the Company and was always praising it. But recently, I ordered a pasta from a cafe which is around 3-4 km from my house and it showed ETA of 40 mins, after waiting for 50 minutes I called delivery boy and to my surprise, his phone was off, I took the help of Swiggy team and they said that the delivery partner is not reachable so they’ll place another order for me and the amount will be adjusted, I was supposed to leave house in 5 minutes and they said that it will take another 30 minutes. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount so they denied and after telling him my situation and asking that their services are so horrible that they won’t even allow me to cancel order, customer care person cut the call. Then obviously furious, I checked to cancel it from app and it said that they will charge me 435(more than I paid) as cancellation charge so I had no option to ask someone collect the order. Totally horrible services and since then I have deleted their app. Worst experience till now, even Zomato treated me more kindly even when I did have gold membership

Customer service and policies are non existent

Multiple instances where Swiggy has failed to provide customer care, but this time it was the last nail and I have finally deleted the app.
On 21st Dec 2024 my order was cancelled, I was charged the complete bill amount including the tip I had included for the delivery guy and the reason given was that the delivery guy couldn’t contact me. I had ordered dinner for my kids as I was busy at the clinic. I did not get a single missed call, can’t say anything about network as we all know that in India network services fluctuate. Anyways within 15 mins of cancellation I got in touch with the customer care requesting for delivery to go through. Why should I pay the entire bill amount? I understand if I get charged a certain sum for admin charges but the entire bill amount is unfair… why should I pay the tip for an inefficient delivery agent? My house number was clearly mentioned on the address. Nothing doing! They charged me approx 900 INR for a delivery cancelled by them. And I reached home at 11 and cooked for my hungry kids. So guess what, I deleted the app :-)
On 8th Feb it was Ekadashi, our vegetarian day and we ordered moong dal halwa using my husband’s Swiggy account because he really wanted a dessert. Anyways, the order arrives and we get a non-veg chicken curry instead of our order. It was midnight so we couldn’t order anything else. Anyways they refunded the money but did nothing for the mental harassment. Where is the compensation for trying to feed us chicken on Ekadashi??
So their policy is that customer is disposable… use Swiggy at your own risk

Scamming loyal customers

Absolutely frustrating experience with Swiggy, I placed an order, and the delivery partner said the location is different he asked me to share the current location on WhatsApp, I also shared my current location with him and the food outlet is hardly 3km from my location but then later I got a call from Swiggy that delivery partner refused to bring the food to my specified location and they are cancelling the order. I reached out to customer support multiple times via call and chat, but they were completely unhelpful and wasted my time. After waiting for over an hour, my order was canceled, and I was charged 100% cancellation fees—even though I never received my food! This is completely unacceptable and the whole experience was frustrating to the core. Swiggy needs to fix its customer service and policies instead of scamming loyal customers. I have ordered multiple times to the same address and never had issue, why now the location is different if it’s from the saved address list, instead of resolving their technical glitches they are charging from customers. Such a shame! Never ordering again, and will definitely ask my family and friends to use other food delivery platforms over this, even though they give you offers don’t use this platform if any mishap happens with delivery agent or their technical or app glitch they are going to charge from the customers. 👎

WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst experience ever, I never expect this from Swiggy you people always have the issues with customers but you never show your flaws in advertising, previously I already placed the issue which is I ordered the food through COD but due to delivery guys problem he haven’t reached us we waited almost 30 minutes to deliver so that’s the reason we want to cancelled the delivery, but customer care insisted us to pay Cash in next order, they literally demanded us to pay the amount in next order, due to delivery guy issue also we faced the problem, today again we faced the same issue today we ordered the food through COD again but today delivery guy misplaced the order, after 30 minutes he informed that order got misplaced he said to cancel the order, our issue is why we have to cancel the order we waited almost 30 mints, but end we disappointed, if the problem if from our end then we have to suffer, when the problem is from your end also we have to suffer you people never understand the customers problem, atleast you people do refund the amount 243/- or else better you close the Swiggy app, it’s not about the money issue you people will demand us whether if your problem also , but if we have also you never understand, by the way everytime by your end only we face the issue

Customer Service is bad half the time

Swiggy’s a great idea and its convenient - but the customer service side often lets it down. Now, I have certainly had issues resolved quickly - but the bad ones still stand out.
Once I ordered dinner for my parents (I had to go out for an event). It stayed stuck on “preparing your food” for ages when in fact the restaurant wasn’t even open? My elderly parents waited hours because they need to take their medicines after food. Eventually I had to contact customer support in between my busy schedule and they had no idea about this order and we did not get food that day. Later I emailed about this to Swiggy customer support and they basically replied “well sometimes food can get delayed, it’s only normal 🤷”. Like what??
Today we ordered a set of items and one of them was missing. I requested the lady I chatted with to please send the missing item as we were waiting to finish breakfast before heading to work. She seemed disinterested in the idea of sending over the item for whatever reason, but pretended she would but with an advance excuse saying ‘replacement’ orders as she calls it can sometimes get cancelled. Cancelled by whom? I certainly did not! And sure enough, she waited a few mins and then said it’s cancelled. So our breakfast was ruined AND our time got wasted. Pathetic.

Really really ridiculous Swiggy !

I always loved Swiggy because it offers great discounts. But yesterday, a ridiculous thing happened. The delivery boy denied delivery to my location whereas literally 5mins ago another delivery guy delivered from a different restaurant. And on top of that, my entire money for order just got deducted as cancellation charge! I didn't even cancel! It's unbelievable! When I reached to the customer care and asked them to get me the order or the refund, they asked me to drop an email! Now when I did that, they said that they cannot do anything! It's so stupid that neither did I get my order nor my money back because of that delivery guy refusing! They could've done better: 1. Reassigned the order. 2. Apologised and refunded! But no. THIS EXPERIENCE WOULD REALLY JUST PULL AWAY THE CUSTOMERS FROM THEM. GG WELL PLAYED! Aise hi Kamao profit tum! "It's not my fault if you decide your app should take in the incorrect GPS reading at the time of the order, despite me manually placing the pin at my address. There are instances where GPS accuracy is low and for some unknown reason your app decides to go with that - without informing the user - and cause the delivery boy, myself, and now you the hassle of going through this. If me as a user sets the GPS pin to my specific house in the address book, that should be final. Why is the GPS pin shifting decided as the location just before I place my order despite me having set it correctly manually? This is your mistake, for which I am paying, for the last time. Thank you for making sure I should use Zomato instead."

Extremely Disappointed

I have been using the Swiggy app forever to the extent that I use it almost every day for either food delivery or home essentials. I have also not been a very trouble some customer and have never had too many problems with any of the delivery executives… I placed an order for over ₹4000, which was cancelled by the delivery executive incorrectly and reason stated or false. I also had a telephonic conversation with the delivery executive vehicle confirmed, he had reached the location, but he wanted me to come down instead of him coming up to make the delivery. While I missed his call once after that, within 4 minutes of reaching the location, he had cancelled my order stating he had issues reaching the location, for which I was charged the full ₹4144 as a cancellation charge.
I reached out to Swiggy on the app, and after that, even on an email ID that was given to me by the executive from the app. Nobody was helpful at all, and the only thing they said is that their company policy does not allow to refund The cancellation … in spite of, explaining all of the issues. They came back with a standard response only and did not offer any solution… given that I had ordered sweets. I also tried to find out what happened to the sweets that were ordered and picked up since I was charged for it completely, and no response was given.
Definitely cannot be trusted if there is an issue with a large amount, and I would recommend everyone to think twice before paying upfront and only make payments when delivery executives come to your door, or better use other apps that don’t give you these problems.

Jaipur instamart - Pathetic customer support, never using instamart again

I have had multiple instances now of poor customer support. 1. Ordered 2 count of the same item on insta mart but only 1 got delivered. Cx team says will take 6 hours to resolve. What is the point of an insta mart order if you cannot service in similar time frame. If i needed something now, how will 6 hours solve my issue. I even asked them to just cancel the order and take back the 1 item. Even that they are not doing. 2. had ordered a mosquito racquet for my other home , it was different from what I ordered. Delivery executive took it back saying he will raise a exchange. He did not raise any exchange and then Swiggy refused to even raise a request since the person who I had delivered it for were calling from their number , which was the number on which I had scheduled the delivery and the delivery executive had also called, saying that this number does not exist with us. How did the delivery executive call that number at the time of delivery then? No resolution yet and we lost our money. 3. Had ordered a few items on which combo was there, the 1 main item was faulty hence I asked for complete cancellation as the combo did not make sense otherwise. Cx team said they can only cancel the 1 item and not the combo. Why show a combo when you can’t service all the products together. Again waste of my money.
I warn everyone to stay away from Instamart. What they are doing is equivalent of fraud.

Worst customer service

I have been a religious user of the application for years now. Not just that, I have been a Swiggy One member too. Please boycott this app and use Zomato instead. A lot of my friends have done this too, because this app not only creates food delivery issues but in recent years, due to their nearly unreachable customer service, they do absolutely nothing to resolve it. They have, on countless occasions of time, delivered food after hours of waiting, the wrong food, incomplete food, and charged cancellation fee when I cancelled the order within a 60 second mark (I have proof in case anyone wants) without even informing me they would do so. When I have tried to reach customer care, I have to talk to them for at least 1-1.5 hours before they sometimes did resolve the issue with refunds or coupons or placing the order in some way again but now they don’t even do that. There is no customer care number as well and regular customer care members talk to you as if you are a wall/as if they are robots, trained to say “we are sorry but we can’t do anything” after stealing your money from you. Their food delivery, value of time and their customers is pathetic. It is worse than any application I have ever used in my life. On several occasions, I have had to write them mails as well, out of which one time they gave me a coupon that never worked and upon inquiring why they never replied. They CHEAT and FOOL you without even giving you the pleasure of good/right delivered food.

Lack of support

On a weekend, I placed an order and my first order gets delayed by two hours with inadequate response from the customer care. When I asked for assurance to place the same order again, they said please go ahead. We will see to it that the order is delivered on the said time. This time the order was delayed again, so I was fed up and I cancelled the order. But they charged me cancellation fees on it. I try to speak to the customer care. And they act as though their network is having some issues and they cut my call. This happens a couple of times. Then I contact support through mail and they tell me that my cancellation is reversed not reflecting anywhere, so I sent a mail again. This time they act, as though I am entitled, and I am asking for extra Adjustments, which I did not. So I mail them back saying I’m not looking for adjustments all I need is a reference to the reversal of cancellation, which was the cancelled amount. Now I get the same. As I got for the first time with no adequate response to my solution and none of my statements are reflecting the refund, even my Swiggy account. This is very disappointing and pathetic for an app especially one that usually very prompt in dealing with such problems. And I am fed up of trying to contact your team repeatedly for a solution for this matter. If this is to repeat, I have no choice, but to take to social media to find a solution for this.

Won’t refund and blame it on the bank

I ordered a smartwatch from Swiggy Instamart a month ago. It had mic issues, so I requested a return. The support executive informed me that there was no return option, so they replaced it. However, the replacement had speaker issues. Realizing this might be why it was cheaper on Instamart than on Flipkart, I returned the product. They assured me that ₹2499 would be refunded in 7 days. Since it was a UPI transaction, I expected it sooner.
After waiting 5 days, I checked the app and noticed the "Refund to" section said “to swiggyinternal.” Concerned, I raised a ticket, and the agent reassured me that the refund would go to my account. By the 7th day, there was still no refund, but the app marked it as completed. I contacted Swiggy via email and Instagram, and they told me to check with my bank. After contacting my bank, they couldn’t find any refund associated with the RNN number provided by Swiggy.
I followed up with Swiggy again, and it took them a week to reply, only for them to suggest raising a chargeback dispute. I did that, and still nothing happened. Despite providing proof via my bank statement, Swiggy continues to send the same message: "We’ve forwarded this to the concerned team; they will get back to you in 24-48 hours." I’ve been hearing this for weeks, with no resolution.
It’s been a month now, and despite daily follow-ups, I’m stuck in this frustrating cycle with no refund and no solution.

I ordered from a pork serving restaurant. This is unacceptable.

I am so furious right now. I order egg breakfast tray from a place called grab a bowl and once i had to order from tummy temptation because the other place was closed or something. Both these places also serve and english breakfast tray which come with chicken sausages but I don’t order them because i have no idea where these sausages have been packaged where they come from. They might be halal but what if they are not so i avoid them completely. Another thing i avoid is pork serving places for i am a muslim and i do not eat pork. Swiggy gives you an option to hide places from your feed but that option is not working for too many no of restaurants. They might want to look into it. Now tummy temptation serve pork in their chicken club sandwich and that is not mentioned in the description of the said dish on swiggy. I only found out while looking to order food on zomato. I searched for this restaurant on zomato but it was on my hidden list and i opened it and went straight to search and they serve bacon in their chicken club sandwich. The name bacon or pork is not at all mentioned in the name of this dish one has to open descriptions to find that out. This is unacceptable. Its like not mentioning the presence of beef and serving it to hindus or also the presence of non veg and serving it to vegetarians. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s actually happening. People should be able to choose what they eat. I don’t think i can trust them anymore.

Worst app to order food

Case 1:-> my last three orders from insta mart took more than 30 minutes. Even last one took more than an hour to reach. Whole point of instamart is to get your items in few minutes. If every-time i have to get help from customer support for getting a delivery partner assigned, then i would get my items from grocery store myself.
Case 2: i ordered jalebi with rabri from punjabi amritsari kulcha restaurant in kharadi pune. It was delivered 20 minutes late from the expected time and real shock was when i opened the pack. Barely 20gm jalebi and 20gm rabri in pack for 200 rs. Rabri was packed like it was a salad, in a poor white polythene. When i opened the packet of jalebi it smelled like they have used the oil from Egyptian time. I seeked help from swiggy. What they did was put me on hold every time i received a call. Was not listening to me at all. I would specially like to point out megha gehlot who called me multiple times but refused to understand me. I specifically told that i have issue with quality, quantity, packing, and she put it under packing issue and closed the issue on my face. I contacted swiggy through email and they keep sending me mail that our representative resolved your issue. At last they gave me 28 rs coupon, after wasting my 2 days and now i have a complaint against them in CTH. 28 rs is worth of my inconvenience and 2 days wait+ writting many mails+ responding on too many calls. I deleted my account from swiggy+ i have made my friends and family to delete swiggy account.

Worst experience

Swiggy’s delivery partner picked up the order from restaurant and after that was not picking up any call from anyone not even their own representative, he just took the order and got away with it . And complained it to the representative and they replaced my order and this whole situation took a long time to get in hands and I received the order around 2 hrs late from a restaurant which is 10-15 minutes away from me .Now we already ate another meal in the time it was delivered and my friends were back to their home as well , then another delivery person delivers the meal and a asked for help to the representative to take the order back i dont even need it anymore cause it was too late , they kept rejecting to refund and take the order back . Very disappointed, swiggy wasted food ,time , energy, even mentally disturbed taking this much amount of trouble talking to representatives who kept me on hold for long long period of time and did it on purpose so that i close the conversation and dont ask for the refund getting tired of them , very disappointing with swiggy’s delivery partners as well as the representatives . Still it is not refunded to me even I am trying to explain the situation to them , they even understand but they wont help . DELETING SWIGGY AND SHARING THIS INCIDENT TO EACH AND EVERY PERSON I KNOW to make sure they dont go through this type of scams through the delivery partners of swiggy. Pathetic service wish a zero or negative rating existed

The inter service of swiggy with their executives have screwed up. As this is my second order in almost a month’s time where either the executive hv not turned up fr the order or hv denied/rejected the order after the same was alloted to him. Resulting in unnecessary delay of delivering the food resultant of which is we getting cold food. My previous order was also cancelled because the executive dint turn up and i was forced to cancel and reschedule the order. Even this order an executive was assigned which he declined and thus i received a call stating that the order would delay am I ok with it on me agreeing to the same an executive was assigned who took long to reach the hotel (may be because of his prior commitments). The worst part is y’all show that the food is still being prepared at the restaurant on us calling the restaurant it is known that its already ready and the delay is due to the executive not reaching the spot.
My this order was placed at 8.20pm showing that the food will be delivered in 50 mins i.e. by 9.10 pm where as on call it was informed that I will receive it by 9.39 pm and it can be seen that I received it on 9.54 pm i.e. the food was lying at the counter fr atleast an hour. The second executive reached the restaurant until which it was showing that the food is being prepared he picked the parcel and the status changed to picked your order which clearly states that the order was already ready at the restaurant. Such service is highly unacceptable if we are paying y’ll are bounded to provide quality product.

Unempathatic Customer Support

Almost it has been 3 weeks since I have been trying to reach someone from the technical team or management side to resolve an issue that I have raised with Swiggy. It saddens me that I think nobody understands what the issue is and are only giving very basic responses that are completely unrelated. This is in regards to Swiggy HDFC Credit Cards management which I want it to be delinked from my account as the card does not belong to me. My girlfriend is not able to use that card in her account as it shows there isn’t no card linked to her number. We checked with HDFC and they said that her number is linked with the card. I haven’t even added the card as a mode of payment in my account. But I keep getting responses from Swiggy to please unlink it from there. Am I speaking to bots?!! Even after informing that it is not there in the payment mode, I am only getting the same response The Swiggy HDFC Credit Card that is currently linked in my account when you click on the option of Swiggy HDFC Credit Card has to be removed. Simple to understand?

Many of them do not order till doorstep giving Lame excuses!

What is the purpose of swiggy? To order at your doorstep! For various reasons like someone is busy, not well, cannot go out of the house etc etc. But the main point is to order at your doorstep. Few do very professionally do their job. But lately too many of them DO NOT DROP IT TILL THE DOORSTEP. I just got a reason saying he cannot come inside because he has too many orders? I told him very politely I am sick today and very weak and cannot walk till the main road. He kept saying he had too many orders and he cannot come, you come out.
My whole purpose of ordering from swiggy was I was weak, sick and cannot go out to get things, what was the point of me doing swiggy when I had to go on the main road to pick up my things because he had many orders? I spoke to him really politely about me being sick and not able to come out, he did not agree and eventually I had to go on the main road. Please look into this. I am a regular swiggy customer, when the delivery guy is good, I do give good reviews aswell. But lately I feel it’s pointless ordering from y’all when It’s not doorstep delivered and I have to go all the way out on the mainroad because the delivery guy has too many orders.

Untrustworthy in delivering

I used to love Swiggy, but unfortunately in last 3-4 months faced repeated issue of last moment order cancellation, after waiting for an hour order get cancelled. We are working people and have everything schedule, if after 1 hour they cancel or delay the order by 30-40 minutes it’s difficult to have meal on time because I have to go for another meeting or calls… so multiple time I have to skip my lunch and dinner because they took instead of 30-40 minutes more than 2 hours in delivering the food and sometimes delayed for indefinite time period, which happened today only… so after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes they are saying no proper information when we can deliver this food and please note this time there were guest at home for whom I was ordering and after this time from zomato I ordered and same restaurant delivered the food within the timelines… so no matter what Swiggy is saying or giving excuses that restaurant is not picking call and sone technical issues, but zomato manage delivering food. I can pay extra, if there is trust that I will receive my food. And Swiggy extra 100 INR discount is not worth for me if 95% of there are uncertainty whether I will be getting my food or not. So I am uninstalling, and it will be good if we all boycott Swiggy all together then they might understand the inconvenience we are facing because of them.

Helpless!

This is harassing, I place order through swiggy and after waiting for few minutes, swiggy representative called and said the restaurant has not accepted the order and asked me to cancel. I asked him to place the order again. He said even if he does then money will be deducted twice.
I asked him to go ahead and place the order and on the canceled one I should get refund in few days as he stated.
The order placed by him was also cancelled.
I placed another order after 40 mins to different branch of same restaurant through swiggy again, after waiting for minutes, delivery executive called up and said the restaurant is not delivering the order as they have some server problem. I raised complaint to swiggy. Swiggy representative was repeatedly saying 2-3 lines again and again without answering my question. I went on for 2.5 hours. I asked to connect to senior, give me consumer complaints email. No support, she said she give a coupon on 70rs to compensate. Immensely devastated with such behavior and need to be compensated appropriately. I even asked her to place the order again and no reponse just recitation of same lines. Helplessly I am raising consumer complaints against such harassment.

Not long before Swiggy shuts down

I completely agree with all the customers who have given one star as it is not possible to go in minus. All the utter garbage praises have been posted by Swiggy themselves. Swiggy completely washes its hands off any responsibility after taking hefty commissions. They are indirectly encouraging restaurants to send spoiled food or to skip sending items by having this completely negligent attitude and caring two hoots about their customers. Of late, repeatedly I have been receiving food that has gone completely bad, or substituted with some other item or with items missing. And after already being harassed they harass you further by asking you to send emails which they will reply after four to five days in which they will shamelessly tell you that they completely understand (understand what? that they are Perfect Rogues), that they apologise!! and they will ask you to review the restaurant. They do not have any customer support whatsoever. No one to call and no one to chat with. Only a silly robot which will take you in circles with the limited fed in options. How long do they expect to survive with these fraudulent dealings. Eventually they will have to shut down because how many times will the customer be willing to lose his or her money over such a third grade , dishonest and corrupt organisation.

Food delayed by 2 hours!

My recent order was place at 2:59 am and at
4:22 pm it was not delivered. The delivery partner did not want to take the order and neither want to cancel the order as he would be penalised. As per the food guy, the delivery partner was not answering the call whereas on your app it shows he reached to the location to pick the food which is false geolocation displayed on your app!!! You guys are fooling people.
My order got rescheduled twice with additional time added showing that the food is still being prepared in the app whereas it was ready from 60 mins but your delivery partner is an idiot and unprofessional fellow.
Your customer support chat took 16 minutes to appear after raising the issue and in the meanwhile i cannot find any option in the app to report delivery partner absconding from the order! After connecting on call with one of your support, she was offering me to take the food by arranging another delivery partner but sont you guys train them not to push as it would be 2 hours by the time food will arrive? She kept insisting whereas she was asked to cancel the order and issue a refund!
You guys show false tracking, fool food vendors and your customers purposely and have intentionally kept loop holes in your system so the delivery partners can take advantage of your system that is baised! PATHETIC SERVICE

WORST SUPPORT IN THE HISTORY OF WORST SUPPORT.

24 July 2022 I placed an order on swiggy instamart. Unfortunately the delivery guy headlight broke down. It was around 10pm The guy called me and requested to comtact swiggy and get a new delivery person. I did the exactly same. However i could reach support via swiggy insta help. So i tried to get help from swiggy food. Worst of the worst support i got assigned. I explained the situation twice, in bold, made sure there is no typo, no grammatical error.. just so he could understand once and for all. Thrice he asked, thrice i replied that yes it is about swiggy instamart and not swiggy food… and i couldn’t reach CS via insta help that’s why i am trying here. Please help. But no help NO HELP. The poor delivery uncle called me thrice and i said I’m trying. He evetually said, ‘I’ll come mam. It will take time but i am coming. Don’t worry.’ Such a nice fellow. I felt soo bad to make him come late at night with broken headlight. I tipped him as a sign of my gratitude. These people really work hard and in bad weather conditions as well. The support people sitting in there office couldn’t even do a simple task of assigning a new delivery guy. I even took SS of the chat to share here buy unfortunately there is no such option. This is not first time that swiggy support has tested my patience. But this definitely is my last time with swiggy because i’ve has enough with their bad service. I wish i could give zero star. I uninstalled the app once. Time to do it again!!!!!!!!

Worst customer experience

I am absolutely furious with the terrible delivery service provided by Swiggy! The delivery agent claimed that my address was 3.5 km away from his location, when in fact it was only 2 km away. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue with customer support, they were completely unhelpful and even suggested that I cancel my order, which would result in me losing my hard earned money as there was no refund on it. It's not the first time I've ordered from Swiggy and the location was the same as my previous orders, which were delivered without any issues. It's shocking that Swiggy can't even manage to deliver the same address consistently. I was left with no choice but to send my husband to the delivery guy's location to collect the food, which he confirmed over the phone. However, when he arrived there, the delivery guy was nowhere to found and my husband was left waiting for him to come to my husband location. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability from Swiggy is completely unacceptable. I expect to receive prompt and efficient delivery service when I order food, but instead I was left with nothing but frustration and disappointment. I would strongly advice anyone considering using Swiggy to look elsewhere for their delivery needs, as this company clearly does not value their customers or their time. I will never use Swiggy again and will be sharing my terrible experience with everyone I know.

Service pathetic these days avoid Swiggy one

Long time user here from the early days and Swiggy one subscriber as well until recently service was good but now completely lost goodwill . I pay Swiggy one but for past few weeks not able to order anything as delivery partners are not available in the same location where I had no issues with service for past one year ! They take your money in the name of subscription Swiggy one but you will not even be able to eat ! Another interesting scam they run is instantly where they jack up the prices only for you on items that you frequently order check the same items price from my wife’s phone at the same location it’s half the price quoted for me the item being capsicum! So we have been spoiled in the name of convenience and taken advantage of buy these companies while our food consumption from outside home has also taken a hit better to take the bitter pill and return to ourselves going to restaurants and supporting local grocers than these greedy clowns called Swiggy. Two days ago I was looking for a dish opposite to my work place it was quoted 250 rs with 75 off while I well know it costs only 160 in the restaurant and I went there and had it in person instead of this algorithm regulated fluctuating price often seen with Swiggy these days. Be ware ultimately no one apart from ourselves are really interested in our well-being and health. Swiggy should consider rebranding themselves swindle!

Customer support not helpful at all

Ordered food on 25th April with a bill of 400 rs. Delivery boy spilled half the food while on the way and when arrived he told me to take the rest of the food and complete the payment it will get refunded for this spillage, I paid him and then talked to an executive of customer support, explained the whole situation but they didn’t compensate me fully, they only provided a discount coupon of rs 325. After that i ordered food next day using the coupon. 4 months later i opened the app to order food and when proceeded to pay the window show an additional cancellation charge on a order which got cancelled on 25th April after the end of the given cancellation time. But, the order never got cancelled from my side, again I contacted customer support, explained them this whole thing and even they confirmed that it is a problem from their system but still refused to remove the “unnecessary cancellation charge” saying that they cannot do anything about it, so i asked them to transfer my call to a senior who can solve this problem, but the executive told me that it is not possible for her after that she said she can only raise an issue for this complaint and the swiggy team will contact me for further assistance to which i said okay, but its been more than one week no one from swiggy has contacted me and the problem still remains. I think in the end i’ll have to just stop using swiggy because of this unnecessary charge and lack of customer support services.

I need to apologise with folded hands to Mr Pritam Das ( customer care ) and Swiggy, my order of instacart was late last night I was hungry from whole day had hectic work day, I received order at door then kept it inside, while I was on mobile I was removing things I didn’t realije when I kept cola bottle in freezer may with thought of quick cooling since dinner was mid way and I was too hungry, later after all items I checked I saw bundi paxket was missing for some technical error it was not added in cart, I was texting customer care executive mr Pritam regarding bundi packet but then I saw that cola bottle was not there among item, I msged him again saying item is missing, gentleman mr Pritam told me that refund will be done in 6 hours but I told him I want replacement only and now, he couldn’t fulfill my wish and kept on listening rude words from me, I am so sorry Mr Das, I was horrible please take me as a deperived single woman who because of staying alone from years and at mid life has become absent Minded, also to add my hypoglycaemic condition last night without salty mind focus is altered, only today when I was making cold coffee few minutes ago I saw freezed cola bottle in freezer n got shock of my life .. I wish to repay the refunded 65 rupiyes to swiggy but most importantly I need to apologise to Mr Pritam Das from customer care to forgive me, I am so sorry Sir I promise I will never be rude to anyone one in swiggy even if any real flaw happens like few times before and I will continue using swiggy as always as long as it is available in location I live at for as long as I live..

Doesn't care about customers

I have been using swiggy for a few years now and have had some slight issues. But I never wrote a review as I am an average citizen with my own concerns. There have always been small issues and i kept on ignoring them. But I just cannot restrain myself today. Swiggy offers membership. I took it. It was amazing in the beginning just as promised. Discounts were as promised. Delivery was as promised. But once their algorith realised that I have been using the scheme, which I paid for, too often the discounts were reduced, the price of the same dish from the same restaurants increased. The offers that were visible to others weren't visible to me even though I felt, yes I admit that I was not told, that I would be looked after since I paid extra for their premium service.
And today I ordered a veg dish for a veg family member and found a non-veg dish when opened. The complaint response is automated and its a robot. One wrong click and as far as this company is concerned, voila, your complaint has been resolved. The person has slept hungry. And I feel sad, embarassed and most of all angry. Angry at swiggy or myself? I don't know. I guess both. At swiggy for cheating me or myself for trusting them knowing fully well that it's a business after all. And businesses don't care about their customers.

The no 1 looting app in india in the name of food

I am really writing this review after four consequent days of facing issue with swiggy delivery which is not at all acceptable… i am really frustrated with this app nowadaysbeing a customer from so long they dont even care customers or prioritize the old customers. I never see the delivery on time instead i will order in normal hours not in peak hours.. one day delivery partner assign and will be at restro and doesnt move suddenly abscands after one hour i should call the customer care then they will assign one more partner and send me the delivery which is useless.. one more time order doesnt go to the restraurant , but our app shows that order is being prepared and delivery will be in 5 min, call will receive saying ur order is cancelled and refunded simple.. at times a delivery boys will be assigned who doent even know how ro read a order. And how to reach a location which is very prime and known area.. and sometimes the delivery boy picks three to four orders and deliver all the parcels and come to me last which is very annoying… these all happend in a continuous four days in a week not one in a month… then what type of service ur providing to ur customers … instead if i chat i will get a 50 rs coupon which is more useless than any other thing in the world… you higher authority now only focus on how to attract ppl in adds and invest money in ipo and loot middle class people with ur uselss delivery… hatsoff swiggy for ur looting app.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Absolutely ridiculous payment facility and service

This has been my most inconvenient online delivery service.
I’ve had many issues on swiggy before, but this one just steals the show.
I ordered groceries from instamart worth >500rupees. When the payment window came it got redirected to google pay and the payment was completed on the ends of my google pay account. But when I came back to app, there is no sign of the order being placed and paid for, only the items are still there unpaid in the card (mind you it shows that the offer I had applied instagame45 has been availed and isn’t applicable while conveniently just ignoring the payment). When I contacted the VERY HELPFUL customer support chat, they initially kept reiterating that the error is on google pays side and there is a payment failure which wasn’t the case because that has happened before and i know what shows on my gpay app. When I sent a screenshot of the completed payment later on, I presume they realised it was a mistake on their end and I received a refund. (They dint acknowledge the mistake being on their end and not gpay). So me being extremely naive and having trust on the app, Re-placed my order and the SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED AGAIN, and there is no mention of me receiving my money back. That is that. Extremely disappointing. I’m from a student community and our payments being tied up for 24-48hrs isn’t the solution,. You’d expect better service for a customer who has been using the app on a daily basis for months if not years now.

Consistent at being the worst

Y’all deserve an award for being super consistent at messing up deliveries, the reason I stopped using the app and switched over to Zomato was the numerous payment bugs that kept occurring where my account would be debited but the app would not register the payment and not place my order, this happened over 5 different occasions, of late there’s a new kind of issue, orders get placed and after that there’s no delivery for over an hour since the orders have been placed, this is after receiving a notification that the partner has left with the items and is on their way. No communication from the partner about why the delay or even when they might arrive.
On one occasion the customer support staff called me up and said that the order had been mixed up and the wrong delivery partner had left with the items, the support staff asked if I would be okay with a replacement of the same order, I said I was fine waiting a bit longer for the replacement too, but 5 minutes after the call ended I get a order cancelled notification and refund without any intimation or reason as to why it was cancelled.
This and many recurring occasions where they cancelled orders without stating the reason.
Totally done with this app, coming back expecting changes was a fools errand.

Worst service. Irresponsible and non supportive team.

I have ordered my breakfast at 12pm and the waiting time was 30 mins. I checked the app to see where my items are and it showed that they are delivered already. But I didn’t receive any. Then I called the delivery executive and he told me that he delivered the order and he delivered to some other address. When asked, he said that I entered the wrong address and he delivered at the same location what I gave. How the hell on earth I can give wrong address of my own house? And how are the other delivery partners are delivering it right? When I reported this issue, the support team said that they delivered at the right location. Calling and confirming with the customer before delivering the item is minimum common sense. But the guy didn’t do it either. And after calling him n number of items, he delivered it at 1:30. By the time the items were cold and bad. Regardless of wasting one hour of my time, you want me to eat that food ana spoil my stomach? Also the customer support service is so bad that they won’t listen to your problem, neither they try to understand it. All they can offer is a token of 100 rupees as an apology for wasting my 401 rupees and one hour of time. And this isn’t the first time I’m facing this disgusted service from Swiggy. I don’t understand what’s the meaning of having such a big firm when you can’t handle your customers. So very disgusted and annoyed with Swiggy’s service.

Swiggy turned me into a vegetarian.

One evening I decided to order from McDonald’s through Swiggy. At about 8:40 I ordered two burgers, coke, fries and two ice creams. ONE AND A HALF HOURS later the delivery agent showed up with a big fat order of disappointment, regret, and disgust. Not only were the ice creams and coke missing, the burgers were inedible. Not joking, the meat was almost green. I am not underestimating when I said that I was sure I would contract a terminal disease. The fries were soggy and cold.
That wasn’t all. When contacting customer care, we were told that we would receive a coupon instead of reimbursement. I couldn’t even get a replacement for my meal. It was about 10:20 at this time and all I wanted was some food that didn’t taste like a leather tyre. The coupon amount was only 75₹, a tenth of the billed amount. So they agreed to send the two ice creams (not the Coke). When the delivery agent arrived, not only was he rude, he brought only one. When we told him, he (very rudely) said to contact customer care once again. We were reimbursed a further 60₹ for the ice cream... I was lost for words. Never have I ever had such a terrible experience with food, delivery and customer service. It was absolutely disgusting.
I’m sure I will be told to send an email to some customer care email address but the truth is that I cannot be bothered. To anyone who has read this far, let me state that Swiggy is definitely a disgrace to food delivery organisations everywhere.

Fraud , cheat , get ready to be harassed

This is third time with Swiggy.. had issues earlier too and they keep chatting for hours with automatic response messages without having any resolution. This time I ordered corn n peas sub from subway Malviya Nagar and their delivery guy delivered a non-veg sub .. spontaneously I reported this to Swiggy customer care and subway Malviya Nagar outlet and ultimately found out that this problem concerned with Swiggy delivery and they keep chatting with me for almost 50 mins and closed this case saying we vl b alert in future but can’t compensate now neither can replace my order... my family is highly religious and pure vegetarian we even don’t allow relatives to smoke or drink in our house but this event has broken out trust and we feel cheated and harassed by Swiggy’s response . Who in this fast world chats to resolve any matter ?? And in the end they (customer care agents) don’t have anything to help consumers.... I should go to consumer court for this. I wish this app and their owners and their harassment executives feel this helpless and cheated in their life almost in every situation....... bye Swiggy ur time in market is about to end ...... ZOMATO is much good and concerned about its customers vl recommend ZOMATO TO EVERYONE around me and might find time to promote on my behalf ..... I had wasted my 2.5 hours full of harassment before writing this ... and in the end it’s their third time 🤬

Rather Die Of Hunger

I’ve been a regular user of swiggy since the last one year and have been ordering atleast twice a week. However, the past few experiences have been worse than I ever expected out of Swiggy.
1) I had ordered for Dominos Farmhouse Pizza and after 35 minutes (which was already past their delivery promise time) I got a call from the delivery executive that my number was not reachable. I called him right back within a second and he told me “Madam your order has been taken back by another executive, please call swiggy for further assistance”. I called Swiggy and they asked me to call Dominos as they’re not concerned for Dominos orders. Henceforth, I called Dominos and they told me my order has been dispatched and will reach me soon and since it was past 30 minutes I will get 300/- off as well. I waited for another 10 minutes but no response from anybody. So I called the Dominos branch again to confirm and what they told me was quite shocking “ Ma’am, your order was never prepared so how can we deliver it? We DO NOT HAVE FARMHOUSE pizza at our store”.
2) I had ordered for Ching Shihh meals and even after waiting for about 50 minutes at around 12 midnight, when I tried to track and confirm my order delivery status, the executive told me “Police has caught me and is not letting me go, please talk to him and get me released because I don’t have the papers for the vehicle”. The store was obviously closed till that time and I stayed hungry for another hour waiting for my other order.
So rather DIE than trying to order from swiggy.

Always facing issues

Swiggy either has no delivery executives available or their app keeps crashing. You cannot even cancel an order because getting in touch with the customer care is very difficult. Everytime you place an order with swiggy you have to pray to god that may be this time they will deliver the order without causing a hassle and maybe before the shop closes a delivery executive will be assigned to your order delivery on time is out of the question 😂. To avoid the harassment i have started using Zomato. Location-Kolkata
Also swiggy has a habit of displaying food that is unavailable or the restaurant is out of service yet on swiggy you can make an order and then suffer the cancellation harassment ..
However the swiggy horror story is such ->
Day before yesterday i had made a couple of pastry orders with swiggy. They had no delivery executives to deliver. 1 hour passed i tried to msg the customer care to cancel the order but the app would crash and I would get logged out. 2 hrs passed still unable to assign a delivery executive tried to again contact and message the customer care app would crash and I would have to log in again and again. 4 hrs passed (please note by this time the restaurant has shut down) My order was still active with no delivery executives, can’t contact swiggy either. The next day morning i guess they canceled my order 😂 and sent me a very nice apology message. Today I thought let me try and place an order with swiggy. Still no delivery executives, can’t contact the customer care and the same story continues...

Food not delivered but got charged

I ordered food on Swiggy on 21st Sep’18 at around 9:30pm and got a call within 20 mins from delivery executive that food has arrived till then everything was fine but once I reached at my office door to collect the food it was for someone else’s at the same building. That guy did not even bother to check what he was delivering and to whom. I took the order and realised that it’s not that what I order and asked the executive where is my order till that time he tagged my order as delivered. He simply said me that it’s my first day and I am not aware where is your order as I have just got only one order. It was such a silly response and till next 2 hours I tried contacting Swiggy customer care over the call in which I could not succeed as no. was busy all the time. I even called the vendor even he did helped me with any information. At last I got a representative on chat and still didn’t get any resolution as he kept on saying “ sorry for the inconvenience. On that day I was doing night shift and was relying on online food order which turned out to be such an pathetic experience as no one from. Swiggy was ready to take any responsibility at last I reached home at 2:00 am and had food and Swiggy lost a loyal customer. Could have made my worst experience a lil better however they refunded my money which shud have not been credited at first place as nothing was delivered.

SCAM : We take money but we don’t refund

So my order was delivered yesterday and it was spilled all over the places. My delivery executive was kind to raise a complaint that food was not delivered properly. He said that someone from Swiggy will contact you, but no one did. So i tried to contact from my side. I sent the image of the food along with full description. Customer care said they are really sorry but they will try to redeliver the order but as it was going to take another 45 mins minimum so I asked them not to do so as I was hungry and I went outside for dinner.
So I thought they will refund me as it was not delivered. by today morning nothing was done so I again contacted the customer care. The best part was they think everything that happned with that order was fine and no action was needed from their side.
They again asked the image so I asked them to refer the old one that I sent and asked when I will receive my money back. They said they will give me a coupon of 225. I paid them more than 280 and they will refund me 225. So they again offered me coupon of 300. I don’t understand if I paid you via my account why cant you return back to my account. What will I do with your coupon. So till now they have digested my money without giving any service. On top of that they also know that they have not provided any service and they will also not refund money. I will see you soon in consumer court.

I have been a daily user of Swiggy for the past few months now !! However of recent it’s delivery time and the condition of delivery has fallen !!!
Case 1 Once I had ordered a pastry and it was delayed in delivery and when I opened the box the pastry was all over the box !! When I complained the sent a replacement which was in a worst condition than previous one I showed the executive he said talk to Swiggy Customer Care !! They said they will send another replacement for which I could not wait any longer so they said they will call back !!! No response till date !!
Case 2 once I had ordered a full course North Indian food from a nearby place !!! The order was again late and this time there were items missing from m order !! When I called Swiggy they said u need to pay the full amt now we will send a replacement for the missing items !!! I am still waiting for the replacement !!!
Case 3 once I ordered from subway and waited more than the 30 mins for m order when I received the order I got a message saying congratulations u got ur order within 30 mins!!! I was like don’t mess with me now coz it was lunch time and I was desperately waiting for the order !!! Now this time when I called they said sorry for the inconvenience we will call u back !!! I was like hell yeah !!! Not waiting for u any longer !!! Sm tms I feel that I have waited for call back more than anything else in m life !!!

Worst service and Worst experience

I have ordered meal in PlanB restaurant IndiraNagar. As per the app update the meal was ready and picked up by delivery agent. We were waiting for almost 1hour for an update. Then I got a call from delivery agent stating “Sir, please cancel the order. My bike got puncher.” I said him, “See I can understand you situation, let me connect to customer service and then update you on cancellation” my whole family was waiting for the meal. there was no response from customer service or chat. The delivery agent kept calling me to cancel the order and reorder. He was stating “sir, cancel the order, and reorder I will hand it over to my friend” I said “hand it over to your friend then, let him delivery “ for that his answer was lame. “Sir, if he delivers he will not get the money, swiggy will not give him, you cancel sir” my whole family is waiting for dinner and it has become 2hours. Later I’m getting a msg, your order is delivered. I have not received the product nor anything. I tried calling the agent he is disconnecting my call and switched off the mobile. There was no response from customer service as well. It was so soo disappointing and whole family is just waiting without food. It was soo annoying and disappointing. Food is something very much important for everyone. It was my responsibility to fill their tummy. Imaging the situation when guests come to home and we are ordering food from outside and the order is not delivered plus having such experience. Am not able to explain my disappointment. It’s totally rubbing. Sh**!!!

Horrible refund/replacement support

Apparently there is a limit for the refunds and replacements that can be availed. Its not the customers fault that the item they received was different from the item they ordered. I wasted an entire hour and 50rs of my balance , had to call 7-8 times on the number which was picked up by different people everytime and all this time i had to sit hungry with the nonveg food instead of the veg food. All the 7 different people gave me different suggestions and i was told by some of them that I had received half information from the other agents. We entrust swiggy with making sure that the order the customer is paying for is indeed the correct one and the customer shouldn't suffer because of the restaurants and swiggys fault. To be honest they should also be refunding the money i spent on my calling fees but im not that low of a person to ask that. And if im going to be blunt here, zomato's customer support never failed me , didnt have to call once in the hundreds of orders that i placed and never suspected me. They should be putting limits of refunds/replacements on the restaurants or the delivery executive because they made/delivered the wrong order. Absolutely no regard for customer care , its all business with swiggy and apparently they make you suffer for a fault that you didnt make. I hope this makes people think twice before trusting swiggy and the restaurants they partner with. Also i was delivered wrong items 4-5 times in the span of 2 months and once even the replacement order was wrong but i took mercy and ate whatever came, and all this time i sent images as proof.
