Ordered a medicine and 200 rupees was the delivery chargers. Got a confirmation for the same as well. Next day medicine got cancelled because ‘Out of stock’. Didn’t you know if it was in stock the previous day? Conveniently refunded only Medicine amount and not the delivery charges.
Why even show on the website when you cannot promise a delivery? My condition has worsened.

The customer service doesn’t escalate anything. Basically they do not have the required equipment for RT PCR and source it out. Please don’t waste your time and money here. Recently we ordered medicines from the app, we received strips in which medicines were missing and this has happened quite a few times now. We contacted the customer care regarding the same. Instead of replacing the medicines they were giving us stupid reasons to not accept their fault or their dealers fault. While reporting the issue we clearly mentioned it was a damaged piece with missing tablets but the person collecting the medicine said he will not take back damaged or missing items. Later on when we finally asked them for a refund they made excuses that the strips are not from the batch they sent in. It was the most disgusting experience ever and will not recommend it any further!

I strongly advise all the people don’t use PharmEasy for lab testing. I have done urine culture test for my mother which usually takes 72hrs. They have collected the sample on 14.10.2023 at 10:00am and the report delivery time was 17.10.2023 at 7:30pm.
Today on 18.10.2023 after my enquiry they told that they will recollect the same. and will take another 72hrs. And also they are not refunding the full money the test rate was 879/- and they are refunding only 666/-
Please don’t use their services.

I made an order availing card offer but after receiving my order, i was intimidated that one of the key medicine was cancelled in that order. Also, my card offer discount is not given in form of money but in thier own wallet. And to avail such wallet money new order has to be placed and delivery charges as per new order has to be paid, which is a clear loot from Pharmeasy since it’s their responsibility to fulfill my order but burden of their poor tracking system of out os stock medicines, i have to bear an additional cost which was not to be payable before. Shame on you guys! Also, No follow up for any complaints, u just have to call yourself everytime to them and wait for 1 day for any complaint made.

I ordered medicated hair shampoo, the product cover I received was packed and given on time. Bt after 2 days when the open the shampoo bottle to use, water was coming out from bottle. I was jolted to see form the cap there was just water in bottle.
I complained to cusotmer care and they asked me to return the order. More surprising is the person came to receive the order denied takking the product saying the batch number is not matching the product.
This was utter nonsense to hear from staff of PharmEasy saying the product cannot be taken back. Call centre guys only call to pacify by saying we are closing your complaint as I have not provided sufficient details ..
I was happy customer from last 3 years, but no more. I think the medicine is some thing which we should not rely on this online Fraudsters. Better to go for local shop and buy on MRP..

Prescription medicine order modified without consent or notice

After I opened the sealed package delivered, some of the medicine was missing. On calling them, they said that they didn't have stock and decided to modify my order without asking or informing me. I have been caught off guard without prescription medication, which I had ordered specifically because its difficult to find, and now have to run around because Pharmeasy didn't deliver. They claim that they sent me n SMS just 4 hours before delivery, but I didn't receive any such message. And they now want me to place another order after a mandatory 7-day waiting period, instead of trying to find the missing quantity and sending it themselves. They need to be more responsible when it comes to essential and indispensable products like prescription meds.

I recently booked a lab test with Pharmeasy. I already order medicines from them so I thought I’ll give their lab test services a try. My father wasn’t well and we needed to get a few tests done urgently. It was already late in the evening and we wanted a slot for the very next day. Thankfully, we got an early morning slot.
Next day the technician arrived exactly on time to collect the samples. He did the job quickly and was also very polite. The best part was that me and my father didn’t even have to go out. Also they gave a really good discount. I am glad that the reports were delivered to us pretty quickly before our next appointment with the doctor.
Personally I would recommend Pharmeasy to anyone looking for lab tests. Thank you for the great service!

I recently booked a diabetes care package for my mother who has diabetes. I was impressed by the wide range of lab tests available and I could easily find what I was looking for. i must say the entire experience was smooth.
The sample was collected on time. i felt so relieved to see that the phlebotomist followed all safety precautions like wearing masks and following all hygiene protocols. She was skilled and efficiently collected the sample. She engaged in a pleasant conversation with my mother. Her kind gesture really helped my mom feel more at ease.
Within 24 hours, we received the test reports which were verified and signed by a medical practitioner. Also what made me happy was that i could save a good amount on the test. Overall I am really satisfied with their services. Thank you Pharmeasy for making testing from home so easy!

I had ordered some important medicines which I need to have in the morning. I even paid an extra amount for priority delivery so that I was assured of the delivery as I needed to have them in the morning after breakfast. One Hour after the scheduled delivery time - I get a message that the customer has cancelled the order. I was baffled - After trying their number atleast 10 times I spoke to a completely unapologetic lady who said that this is how it is and she can’t do anything about it. I asked her to connect me to her supervisor or her line manager as it is mentioned in the company’s customer care site that we can speak to linear managers incase of complaint escalation. But she refused to connect me to any other manager saying that this is what they would also been saying and I need to deal with this.
I AM COMPLETELY SURPRISED!!! How can a company operate in this space in today’s age with this kind of attitude. PLS NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES !!!

I had ordered a critical drug prescribed for my father, they promised to deliver between 5-10 PM on the same day, I was waiting for it, and was checking the status continuously. I got an SMS at evening that the order got dispatched and will be delivered before 9 PM and was given the delivery person’s phone number too, when I called to that number for tracking it was switched off and I never found it switched on! At 8:51 PM they simply canceled the order!! When you are not in a position to serve why you even into business?! After 3 days I got a call and they are siting I had updated two PIN codes in my address and that’s why they canceled it!! They canceled a prepaid order without even a single call! Deleted the app already!!

I fail to understand how an app that was created to make our lives easier when it comes to purchasing medicine, can be so bad at their job. If i wanted to get medicines after 24 hours, I wouldn’t be using an app to get it. There are multiple occasions where we have needed immediate assistance with no one to go out and buy the medicine, and this app has failed to provide at every turn. A pathetic service. If food can be delivered in 30 minutes or less, why the hell does medication, which DOESNT have to be prepared before hand, and is readily available, take so long to arrive. I would rather get out and walk to the nearest chemist then, and get my tablets alot faster. I have also been asked multiple times to provide a prescription for medication that is usually available over the counter, something as simple as Folvite, a daily iron supplement, and mucaine, required a prescription, which I didn’t have, because you don’t even need one. You’re telling me i need to spend money on a consultation to acquire a prescription, when i don’t need to spend the money? Ridiculous. You guys are better off shutting down and investing this money elsewhere.

I had booked Infrarex hexa vaccination on the 7th of Dec 2022 , I received the vaccination in a bubble wrap hence I read the name and stored it in the refrigerator as it was supposed be stored under cold temperature, the next day that was the 8th of Dec 2022 I had been to the doctor for vaccination , the doctor opened the wrap and the box was seal open due to which the doctor denied immediately as it was a vaccination for the baby , she dint want to risk it, so therefore she bought the same medicine from the hospital pharmacy and used it , i have the bills of the same vaccination purchased again on the same day, I immediately placed a return request and they took it back on 9th , I received no update even after several attempts, I was told that an investigation was going on. 3 weeks later I received an update stating I get no refund , if they informed me earlier that it would be rejected , I could get the cctv footage from home and hospital , since it’s been more than 15 days I have no access to footage as my cctv gives a record of the latest 15 days now they have my amount (3000 Rupees) and the product with them and responding that they have no solution on the same . Now what kind of response is this from your end ? Giving the damaged product and making us wait for 3 weeks and giving no solution is a fraud behaviour.

It seems as if they play a smart card on the customers. Every med that is cheaper, does not show out of stock while ordering but the moment you pay, they will refund the amount and show the meds out of stock. And again while you place the order they let you place those meds and again show it out of stock once the order is placed. This way you keep adding to your order to fulfil the 199/- order value for delivery charges waiver. If the meds are expensive they never cancel the order. Very smart move. But cheating the customers this way doesn’t make you last longer in the competitive market.

I ordered medicines on 11Sep. Expected to complete the delivery on 4 days. This was split in 4 deliveries. Important diabetic medicine was delivered on 16th. Meanwhile I called them on 14th. They informed the diabetic medicine will be delivered on that day itself. It was not delivered on 14th. Next day I called them but they are aware it is me and put my call on hold. After waiting for long time holding the phone I called on another phone which was picked up immediately. They said it be delivered on that day. This is way they annoy the customers. They think that are smart by putting the call on hold and thus avoid the call. But they did not know customers are more smarter than them. My advice is to go for a single delivery. This splitting the delivery it creates unnecessary tension for the customers.

I have a really bad experience I also opted plus membership with Pharmacy most of the time when I placed the order either it get cancelled or it says customer has cancel the order or the delivery agent didn’t pick up the call or he takes its own time to deliver the product or if the delivery agent pick the call he says sorry I cannot deliver this product today and tomorrow also there is no proper system for delivery of this product.
Very poor system most of the time medicines are not available or you’re all weekend cancel customer care has a common answer to see our logistic team is working on it and you are an issue will be resolved in 24 hours neither the follow-up with the logistic team nor they have the system to check where is the goods

I usually don’t post such bad review for any app but my experience with this application is pathetic. I switched from another platform to this platform a few months back, initially the services were really nice they used to deliver the orders within the same day, as months passed by the delivery of this platform has degraded. we get pizza delivery in 30 minutes and delivery of critical medicines is being done in 12 hours minimum. I know there would is no point posting this feedback because the company is busy hiring actors for their product marketing, this is an honest feedback work on your product first, on the technology, work on good delivery partners trust me this will help. we don’t trust actors these days, we trust services.

I have given them a clear detailed address, which any common person of minimum intelligence can locate. However the lazy delivery persons of PharmEasy will attempt to call us, and If we fail to attend the call, say due to attending meeting, driving in traffic etc,, immediately they will send a SMS saying their attempt to reach us has failed and now will try tomorrow. They won’t respond to our call back to that number too. When we had given the address which can be located so easily and all other delivery persons reach there without any trouble, I don’t understand why PharmEasy is having such poor delivery partners. PharmEasy should note that, you are dealing with medicines and not any electronic gadgets and to be more responsible in choosing your delivery partners.

I have the pharmeasy plus membership. Tried to order medicines 2 times, both times were horrible experiences. First order they took, they did everything like taking payment and packaging, etc. Now on delivery they inform me that none of the medicines were in stock and I didn't get any medicines in the order. Only got a shaving cream that I had ordered with meds. Then, second time they took the order, payment and everything and after 10 minutes I get a call from some illiterate person who didn't had sense of talking, told me that they only have substitute medicine which is of different price. I said okay go ahead with it. But then he tells me to pay 70 rupees extra for substitute telling me that it is of same price!! Such horrible service! 1mg is far better. They are here to scam you.

I have been using this app for a long time now but their services are only deteriorating day by day. Delivery is horrible and customer service will only make you feel worse. App doesn’t work many a times especially for payments and related offers and only response you get is “technical issue”. For my recent order I ordered high value medicine which needed cold pack delivery to be delivered by fast delivery by paying extra. Delivery guy brought it without ice pack and insisted I keep it , however I did not take delivery because most likely the injections had gone bad by now in the high temperature outside. I then started getting calls from local supplier to take delivery and then raise a return which I didn’t agree because I know that they don’t take return on cold storage products so the full team was trying to trick me to take delivery. Even after I denied taking delivery the status of order was showing “delivered” and there is no way to raise a complaint. Post that it has taken me 4 days of follow up to get my refund and the customer service guys was pathetic with only one answer sorry we will get back to you in 48 hrs. Sorry to say but being forced to move to other platform after using this for so many years

I placed an order and pharmacist calls me and gets confirmation on medicine and it’s quantity. This happens quite happy path. Now the actual action starts (1) Order boy calls me and asks about the address ( I believe he is illiterate and cannot read the address from package). once I explains the address he outrightly replies he cannot deliver and will cancel the order. (2) the way the delivery person speaks is not professional (3) the order status gets updated indicates that ‘attempt for the delivery and person not available.. will try again’ (4) order gets cancelled indicating remarks person unavailable. I thing PharmEasy has lot of demand and cannot manage customer orders. They first stop giving adds and recruit good delivery team by paying good money to them. Since 29-Mar-2022 to 7-Apr-2022 I placed 5 orders and all orders got cancelled with the same reason. I would like to tell social media fraternity to encourage other partners and stop giving preference to these burocratic apps. I am uninstalling my app right away.

Recently these guys have tied up with thyrocare and started offering lab tests. I got two tests done from them within a span of 15 days and one parameter was common in both tests. The same parameter in the second test was so high that I got a doctor’s appointment. The doctor told me that it’s impossible for the parameter to more than double within such short time. I had to get the tests done again and spend thousands on more tests just to confirm i didn’t have the disease their report indicated. And the worst is their customer service, absolutely no remorse over their wrong report. I don’t recommend anyone getting any lab reports via them. Shameful and callous attitude towards customer’s health. And they keep trying to call you and confuse you with their jargon. I had thankfully consulted a doctor and done more tests to counter them. They try to fool people. If I wouldn’t have gotten two tests done, I would’ve been put on medication for a disease I didn’t have!

Writing a review for the first time. Did not want other patients to suffer the same. They promise a 21 hour report deliver. Got my sample collected at 9 am and was suppose to get the report by 6 am the next day. Somehow their system showed a sample collection time of 12pm and hence the report to be given at 10 am the next day. Had a doctor appointment at 4 pm. Waited for the report and called the customer service 3 times from 2 pm to 5:45 pm. Got the same reply ‘matter is being addressed and escalated’ but no answer on where the report is or when will I get it. Had to cancel the doctor’s appointment. Yet have no idea when will I get my reports. Really sad state of affairs. Better to get reports done in a lab close to your home, even though they are expensive. Atleast there will be some accountability.

After 2 days i had recieved order from courier service mentioning urgent written with a pen and rest looks a computer generated invoice. I asked executive i had cancelled order and app also showing order cancelled. But executive told he wont have cancellation details. After a long argument i had paid cash of INR 3960. Post that i had called netmeds customer care and mentioned samething and with long argument they told why you had accept and raised ticket for issue. Now mail saying your order was cancelled and asking any next help.....story dosent end here. Later I had opened the box as there was no solution of my issue from NETMEDS, there was no medicine just peice of cardboard inside. Not sure what shall i do. I had lost my INR 3960. Thinking of filing poluce complaint. Will recommend not to buy medicine from NETMEDS....they and there system looks fraud

Fine app, waste for plus members

The app and plus membership was fine until last year. And now I regret renewing my membership. They changed their policy from unlimited free deliveries(min order Rs200) to only 6 free deliveries throughout the course of 6 month membership. Frankly, that is just not worth it if you are in need of frequent orders of medication. I must say that this is a bad move from the company, as after 6 deliveries, the delivery charge is exactly same as that for non members. And the discount isn't that good too, so in my opinion, the plus membership is a total waste now, and only feeding the greed of Pharmeasy owners.
Still, to be completely fair, the app is good and mostly meds are available. But a big NO to Plus Membership!!

I am using this app for last couple of months having placed around 6-7 orders for medicines. Almost all the orders had some minor issues. Three times a different medicine was sent (luckily we found out and got it returned). But on last occasions, the app shows a medicine not returnable even when they sent the wrong medicine.
I called their help number (after considerable efforts as it was really hard to get call options in the app) and they received my request. The wrong medicine was picked up but didn’t get updated. The person who picked up the medicine, calls me and say, “I am not able to update your return in my system “. What the hell!!! Am I supposed to tell him how to do this.
I simply gave up and stopped using this app and their services.

I have been using Medlife for morethan 2 years never experienced any issue, post merge to pharmaeasy I place order 3 times for diagnostics, its a horrible experience, wen slot is booked at 8AM, Technician will call at 6AM and ask “can i come now, else you have to wait till 11AM with fasting”, i had cancelled and informed abt him, and thought give a try to see i booked slot today at 8AM, when i call technician he said will come at 9:30AM, wen i call him he said he is in same area and disconnected call, and he never picked call, wen i call frm other number he said he will be late due to raining where there was no rain outside, through all these he came very late, and sample collection was even horrible.
Called and informed customer support abt this thy said will inform our supervisor, it happened thrice.. today I am uninstalling this pathetic service app.. recommend ppl not to use this service..

These guys have been harassing us since days now. Blood sample was collected of another patient and reports had the name of another patient. When asked to rectify they deny and also false promises since days, that they will send a phlebo for recollection of the blood sample to rectify their mistake. However, their customer emails do not respond even after 10 emails being sent to them and no response over calls. Their affiliated labs must have been cheating no matter how many customers in this way which I’m scared to think off. This is a serious medical fraud where they goof up samples & then harass customers when they follow up. Agents named Jyotsna, Vishal, Mohamed, Yasir, Sania, Nazia all of them are involved together in this fraud and have been delaying this since days now. I am frustrated to next level. I cannot allow them to use the blood sample for another patients report. This needs to be reported on serious note. They are frauds !

There is no option in this app or their website to remove/delete save cards. I have emailed customer support and they have replied that there is no option to remove/delete save cards. So basically they want to keep their customers card details for life long. Something is fishy. I am not sure how Apple has approved an app like this which allows to save debit/credit card details but DOES NOT allow to remove/delete those debit/credit card details. This kind of app is a privacy and security risk. The only way to contact customer support is to email them, I don’t see any customer support phone number in the app or website. So if you face any issue then email them and wait for their reply after few days and if the issue is still not resolved then again email them and wait. What a great customer support!

A company who has no concern for their customers except from raising money thru IPO. They collected blood sample and commited to provide blood report by 48 hrs but didnt get the complete report from pharmeasy side and when contacted them they simply said that they lost the blood sample and the point is they are even not bothered to inform the customer that they had misplaced the blood sample.
After that they again collected the sample and this time they assured us to provide us the report by the evening but later on they again started playing games by saying u have been misinformed by someone and that someone is noone else infact their customer care executive. So they again asked for 48 hrs and same story going on that they doesnt have any update on report
This completely shows the irresponsible attitude of company who doesnt think in a way that if someone is undergoing thru blood test than there must be reason for that and that person may need some kind of medical treatment based on that report but they think only for raising money.
I want to clear one more thing that all this happening when the covid cases in Delhi is around 300. So they cant make a excuse of excess pressure.

Unprofessional phlebotomist/ delayed in reports

I have placed order on 5th June 9, 2021 for samples to be collected at 6:00 am to 6:30 pm slot on 7th June, received a call from phlebotomist on 6th June evening asking me to send my location which I did. On 7th June, waited till 6:20 am for phlebotomist but there was no call or any sign of him, so contacted customer care, they assigned a different phlebotomist, when I contacted this one, he said he is in Chennai where as I am in Hyderabad. I called first phlebotomist 10-12 times but he was not answering call, finally after trying so many times, he answered my called and he told me that my sample collection is schedule at 8:30 am, I informed him that its 6:00 am not 8:30 am. Anyways I asked him to come at 8:30 am…. there was no sign of phlebotomist after 8:30 am, again I started calling him after trying 8-10 times, he finally answered and told me that he is coming to collected sample which he did around 9:30 am. Now it’s been 2 days since sample collected but there is no sign of diagnostics report. I have already made the payment but still no sign of report. Now I have doubt on their quality of testing and authenticity of report. I will not recommend them any one and I fell local diagnostic centers are much better then these online player..

I would highly not recommend pharmeasy to anybody as i faced a very bad experience wuth them i placed an order which was suppose to be delivered the next day all my medicines were over i kept waiting the next day at home but this rude unprofessional delivery boy named Akhilesh Ramkumar yadav did not even attempt a delivery and just mentioned in the app that the delivery was not done as no one was available. Because of him i missed my night dose of medicine. I called customer service but recieved no help the next day i call the delivery boy number mentioned on the app and he says he was unwell so he dint deliver my order yesterday i was like what the hell and he updated that i wasnt available look at the odasity and he was so rude and told me do watever u can. Very disappointed with service if you don’t have the item on inventory then be clear before you or place order... Before ensuring the order can be delivered (or in stock) then why to appoint a doctor for call and placing order. This happens twice a need to order a Ointment. Once you get to know the item is not available put it as “Currently Unavailable” either customer needs to wait 2-3 days for actual confirmation. Last Thing : Might be I missed wether you have written such thing but before confirming of delivery (in stock item) how you give the delivery date of my item? And one more thing please be clear for FAQ’s and Need Help because when i click on Need help i just see a dialogue boxes of Q and A which is not a Need Help Section and at last some how i come across “Still Need Help” which have option to email... that u can put on top that is really very frustrating according to me. Please take this words as advice.

I booked for a test on site. Next day the person came on time but he wasn’t wearing PPE as they claim on the site or app. He informed me that my registered number is wrong and asked me to get it updated. When I called the customer care to update number she said it’s fine to will get your report on mail let it be. Then in evening another person calls and ask me when he can come to collect the sample and I told him that I have already given my blood sample to which he simply replies then where is your blood sample, I was shocked to hear, I wanted to enquire what excatly is happening and hung up the call. It’s more than 48 hours and I’m just chasing for my report, not getting any response, they just keep apologising and ask me to wait for the report but still no sign of my report. They hung up the calls also.

This is my third year with Pharmeasy and I can safely say it has been the worst experience by far. They never have the medicines and they just randomly cancel your order without as much as an intimidation or an attempt to get the medication from elsewhere. Your order is modified without your knowledge and the refund processing procedure is as painful as passing a kidney stone and as smooth as an appendectomy. Their customer care executives are absolutely useless. If you ask them for a transaction reference number they’ll give you some rubbish ablut how it will take them 72 hours to send you an email with a transaction. They never update their website and important medication that’s out of stock is always marked as present. It’s absolute nonsense. I’ve already switched to a different platform, I recommend others do the same. Do not allow incompetent businesses like pharmeasy to flourish.

Pathetic service. Took blood sample yesterday morning for CBC and CRP with promise to provide report within 24 hours. Now since morning I called 4 times and everyone have different answer. One said it’s ready we are send in 5 minutes. Second one asked is your sample collected ? Third one said you have to wait but for how many hours/days he was not aware. But wait wait wait. After so much of insisting he said I will check and get back to you In two hours and as usaul no call back. Forth one said you have to wait 48 hours then we will investigate why it’s not coming. After insisting he transferred his call to Sr and he promised me to reply with report within 2 that also elapsed.
I am not able to start my medicine because of there jockers. Don’t book any service from this site

In the middle of the pandemic you think going out get your medicine is a risk ! Don’t worry PharmEasy got you covered they promise delivery to your home sounds fantastic right? No WRONG!!!!! You try to order most of the medicines are out of stock and when you order the ones they have, they cancel it after a few days of the sitting in packing state!!! @ PharmEasy: stop spending a lot on advertising and have your supply infrastructure developed, what you could have done better is keep someone posted if you cannot get the medicines so they can check for alternative options elsewhere , we are not waiting for a non essential Item here, understand what you sell and the serious impact of canceling a order after days of delays.

He did not contacted me at all and the app showed that i was not available at the moment so the delivery could not be made . I called him and he said that i will not deliver the product to you because i have no other deliveries to make in your area which he said in a very rude way , I was just surprised as how much unethical and awful your service is . They are the worst app for getting medicine delivered at home, I ordered medicines 3 days back and they said it will get delivered within 2 days but that did not happen, rather after 2 days they first said that 3 of the 7 medicines i have ordered are out of stock, which is not expected as if the medicines were not there with you why did you guys confirm the order.
That is not all, after making the payment for rest of the medicines left, i got one more message stating that my order is canceled and the agency that was suppose to deliver has refused.
Now after 3 days of waiting, i am left with no other option but to go out and get the medicines for my family because of these cheaters and dishonest company.
Pathetic is all i can say and i do not know when will i get my refund also because they have not sent anything regarding intimation for refund.

I downloaded this app just to check availability of a drug. First thing they want is you contact details. Then they will keep spamming you with their promotional messages.
The drug was available with them. The drug is over the counter drug but they asked for a prescription.
I uploaded my legitimate prescription to them . They just refused to accept the same. They want it from a doctor of their choice. Then without my consent they shared my contact no to their doctor who called me up to verify my details and disease. I have a right to privacy. A communication with a my doctor is a privileged one. How dare you share my details and prescription with another doctor without my consent. When I tried to contact the customer care, there is no contact not even email Id. All I got from them is promotional messages every day
Really really shocked and irritated with such unprofessional behaviour. There is no way to contact them or stop them from sending promotional messages and call despite my no being in DND

To be fair, the App is good for ordering medicines online.
But it’s a horrible mess when ordering home based diagnostic tests.
To start with, they don’t own any of this labs. The reason this is a problem is because they don’t have any control on the service quality aspects of this side of business. You would assume that reports would be made available to you within a day or two. But since they don’t own this labs, they can’t control how fast you get your reports.
Take my case as example. Had blood sample taken on Saturday morning. It’s Tuesday now - It has been 4 days now and no one has any clue as to when I will get my reports. Neither does anyone know the exact status of where my reports are stuck. Calling up customer support is of no use as they simply ask you to call up the Lab guys. Try calling up the Lab team and it simply goes on call hold for endless time. In nutshell nobody helps you. I logged the complain thrice. Each time I was promised someone will call me with two hours. Nobody calls up. No option of 24x7 support.
So to summarise. If you need reliable lab reports. And within 24-48 hours, Avoid PharmEasy. AVOID at all cost.
You will end up running pillar to post just to get your reports delivered in your email account.

Huge disappointment from the customer service regarding refund issue

Huge disappointment and totally inefficient customer care service. I have a simple issue of refund of a payment which I had to do twice as the payment wasn't reflecting in the technician's app. After that I can't even recall the number of times I have spoken to these people at the customer care and everytime I call, I have to narrate the entire story and provide all the details and then I get the same response that the diagnostic team is looking into it. I don't really understand how these guys function!! As I'm typing I can't express my anger over such a small issue that the pharmeasy people failed to resolve. Inspite of providing the details through WhatsApp and mailing in their app, I have not received a proper response from their team. I was charged delivery charges which is over 20% of my order without being informed of it. I wasn't charges earlier at the same address. The discount is also reduced to 15% (from 20%) which is lesser than the delivery charge of over 20%....so in fact I'm paying more than the MRP. In such case I would rather buy from my local pharmacy which gives me a discount of 10%.
Pharmeasy is now doing unethical business without specifically informing the regular customer's & are cheating in this Covid situation.
Their customer care personnel says policies have changed due to Covid & couriers are not available but in reality lockdown is over & all other online platforms I order deliver at no extra cost.
I now intend to discontinue using Pharmeasy & inform several of my friends who had started because of me.

This is the first time I’m reviewing an App on the store, so you can figure out how pathetic my experience would have been!
The App caught my attention due to 20% discount and additional cashback offers. However, I’m highly disappointed with the developers as when I first ordered the products, the same was confirmed, only to be informed the next day that the items are out of stock. The first time I felt that it was by mistake, but this went on for 3 times straight, for different products, and I found it extremely annoying especially today when I was expecting the delivery but got the cancellation message instead. I suggest that you either do not confirm the order if the products are unavailable, or update the details on your App promptly to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
Happily deleting the App.

I ordered medicine from pharmacy on 28th April and i received damaged medicines. There was dust inside and on tablets. I contacted them from app but they didn't revert back then i contacted them through call many time but couldn't connect due to covid-19 because i was not able to connect then finally on 12th may i decided to directly mail them and they said they couldn't find if medicine is damaged and i clearly sent them images. They are new in these and just want to make money as soon as possible so they can sell the company to someone and make profits. This is the model prevalent in India. I connected finally on 13th may and they said they couldn't place return order because I've passed ten days. I won't buy anything from here and will recommend everyone on Instagram, Facebook, snapchat, twitter etc NOT TO BUY FROM PHARMEASY.

I ordered multiple meds including a cream for application. The cream was of 10gm weight. A doctor called, confirmed availability of all medicines, changed medicines unavailable to substitutes and then said the order would be received as per committed date. The order delivery was revised twice by 6 days in all (understandable given Covid situation)
1 day before the delivery, the 10gm cream was changed to a 30gm tube (the cream is expensive - a 30gm tube costs INR 1000). There is no option to modify / change the order or drop medicines. So I did not cancel the order. When the delivery guy came, I said I do not want the cream and want the rest. The guy told me that either I take the full order or cancel.
This company is trying to loot people by increasing order value and to make money in the process. I cancelled the order even though I need the medicines. How can Pharmeasy change my order without my consent and the force me to accept it? Bunch of crooks. Avoid these cheap fraudsters.

Worst and pathetic experience from the side of customer care services.

I might have given this app a full five stars....but just in a span of 2 days my whole opinion has changed. The customer service is horrible. I had sent a complain regarding wrong medicines that they sent us. I had asked them to send me Telmisartan 40mg tablets. It was not available so a doctor from your behalf called me up and asked me whether he should prescribe telmisartan and cilnidipine 40mg tablets as a substitute. I declined, and he agreed. But when the medicines came, two strips of telmisartan and cilnidipine 40mg was there. This all happened on the 23rd of April. On getting no response, I called them up today and they are claiming that the whole fault is mine and that women misbehaved with me. Instead of understanding my problems, or trying to solve them, she was busy in trying to make me feel guilty and put all the guilt on my side. My question is, if I sent the wrong medicines, why did your doctor call me? And what is the use of uploading a prescription then? Please get into your head that medicines are a serious thing, they are not a matter of joke. Please try and resolve this problem, or I shall have refrain taking medicines from here.

I have placed more than 15 orders for medicines and 6 orders for diagnostics over a period of time and I guess that’s substantial.
But today I have cancelled all my refills and order. I have started experimenting now with Medlife, 1 mg and Netmeds.
The reason is simple. Insensitive to our needs. Happened some time back with diagnostic order but after wasting three precious days and sorting out issues, I continued. Today it’s with medicine order delivery. Worst part is that you take us for granted and do not think it’s necessary to keep us informed of your short comings due to which your delivery is likely to affect.
In spite of my repeated calls and informing that the medicines are ordered for a senior citizen facing challenges of advanced stage cancer and request to deliver on time or at least inform us of non delivery so that we can make alternate arrangement and ensure timely and proper care is provided to our loved ones.
But there has been no response of any kind or non delivery notification thereby preventing us from making alternative arrangements.
Ultimately, I waited for next day, still no change in situation, no notification and upon calling was given standard reply.
Promptly cancelled order after disconnecting from the call center. Cancelled all refill orders and moved on to others!
Lesson: Never depend on one platform for your medical needs!

I have ordered multiple times, initially it was good and had prompt delivery. Then from few times we had a delay in delivery but still was only for a day so it’s acceptable. Recently when I ordered, the order was out for delivery and the eod it turned as customer not available, no one contacted or reached address even though we were still available. So I still waited and then contacted customer care when the order was not received for 2 days. The customer service response was to keep patience and it will get delivered on priority the next day by 1 pm. The next day also passed but no sign of delivery. In between I have order for another prescription from my insurance and it reached same location. That order also same case happened. The medicines which are needed for the 1st prescription was very urgent, but the The customer service representative doesn’t understand that and asked for apology and keep patience. He also said we are checking with logistics team and I will get updated once any progress of updates. But did not solve the delivery even though contacted almost 5 times in 2 days. Worst service ever. Please don’t buy from here. Instead order from near by stores who can deliver at almost same price.

It usually deliver medicines on or before the said time, which is good. Medicine selection is also very easy. Once selected you can repeat order easily.
Only one service issue, your consultant doctor is useless. He only asks about when we last visited doctor and if change in medicine then question would be “For xx disease you are taking it”, but if you upload a prescription instead of selecting medicine, they delay your order, because CONSULTANT HAVE NO ABILITY TO READ DOCTOR’s Poor writing. So I purchase medicine from open market once and then search the same online here to order, to receive correct medicine.

It’s the worst app for Medicine needs . I don’t know how they are even working . I have been waiting for my medicines for almost 10 days and still haven’t got it . Have spoken dozen of times with their people on call and they keep pushing the date . I think they have forgotten what they are working with coz people could wait for 10 -15 days for their clothes to be delivered but obviously not medical needs .
Just so disappointed to have some faith on them to deliver it to me and still iam in a lurch. Thankfully i hadn’t ordered for some chronic or acute illness medicines . Iam sure I would have died waiting for them literally ..
start dealing with clothes or other necessities and not medicines if u keep people waiting for 10-15 days coz that’s not what medicines are for . THEY ARE NEEDED TO BE TAKEN AT THEIR GIVEN TIME.

Recently, the delivery service of medicines become very irregular. I faced very unpleasant incident few days back when I was waiting for my medicines which I needed very urgently. The delivery was a COD delivery. The delivery boy neither was ready to give even one rupee change nor he was ready to take my Card (as it would charge few extra bucks as the processing fee). All he wanted was bloody EXACT amount. His attitude was very unprofessional and he threatened me in front of my family members. He did not handed over the items to me and marked 'Customer rejected the order' in the system.
I informed Customer Care about the same. They assured me of getting the pack delivered by the same day which did not happen. Today, the order is showing cancelled in the app. Pathetic!!!!!!

Third class pathetic service. 8 days of order still not received. Out for delivery 3 days ago nit delivered yet.
Also, they bill generate and says order is packed. They dont give you any invoice or anything till then u receive items. One can’t see detailed charges and discounts of the medicines until you pay for it. Lastly, when relevant courier attempted delivery but the shipment wasn’t ready at the pharmeasy partner. And they dispatched the order after the delivery date and yet not delivered to me. And worst thing is my source and destination city of shipment is same. Third class service. Poor support. Dont reply on this people they dont know the difference and importance of medicines and magazines 😕. And if you cancel your order it will go to their wallet not back to your source of payment. Down rated. Poor service. Its name should be PharmImpossible instead of Pharmeasy. 😕👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Review of services and relationship with PharmEasy

This has been my 3rd year of relationship with PharmEasy. It has been a wonderful journey though had some initial hiccups due to teething problem of connecting some loose ends of the entire online process and physical delivery chain and collection of original prescription with date validity from patients.
But ever since streamlining done, I find after the countrywide demonetization exercise of Govt of India, PhramEasy’s efforts on online ordering and delivery linkages and multiple option payment mechanisms especially, have been working so well and I love it. I even posted many positive feedback in my fb page many a times.
One of the recent laudable value additions is registering for FREE to get reminder calls and delivery of monthly lot of medicines on the same date based on our order history but with an option for changing the quantity as well based on the need of the patients. This service is further enhanced with the great feature of NOT GOING THROUGH THE RIGMAROLE OF GIVING THE ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION AND COLLE CTING IT BACK ARE ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED as advised by PharmEasy- though I did not test it so far as my ordering cycle didn’t come up yet.
Great job PharmEasy. Would LOVE IT MORE IF DISCOUNT % IS offered at least 25% to 30% TO REGULAR AND LONG STANDING CUSTOMERS.
