The app has several bugs, crashes randomly, the iPhone XS notch and full edge to edge screen drives the app crazy. Also the filter options are very slow and at times the screen is blank with no data.

Fake ads
Droom is very irrresponsible and thug app.
I booked a car, after paying tokken money and within 30 mins when connected to seller he informed me that the car is already sold 2 days ago. So i requested for booking cancellation simultaneously, after 4 days (their returning money period is within 5 working days as per them) they called and asked for transfering tokken money to book another car if i like, but i refused and ask them to return the money.
after 7 days of cancellation, i told them to return money as its past 5 working days and they revert they are in process of refund and may notify me the same once processed.
Today it has been 14 days and the ad is still there for selling, where the car is been sold 14days ago.
Woww droom is so lethargic
Donot get tempted to buy froom droom even if the price is low,as the ad is just to keep your money for more than a week until you probe them via mail strictly.
Save your hard earn money from this app.

Worst app one can ever use to waste time
I have never seen such useless app before i have posted my bike CBR250R with all the details and also the person from droom checkout my bike but its being one month i have posted but i haven’t got a single offer or mag for it and i have also called droom support i.e Customer care but they were like your add is live n all but no solution

I have not seen any buggy app on iPhone in my life.
Whatever option i choose to short list is of no use like i opted for car less than 40,000 kms but it shows cars with 80000 kms driven and so on.

They are running a scam they have taken my money as a token amount since last 25 days next day only I disputed the bike and requested for refund of my money but it’s been 24 days I haven’t got my money back and called there customer care 50 times they are just tell me to wait for 5 days since last 25 days nothing can be done they are just fooling customer

Bas experience Token money not refunded
I have buyers activa 5g from droom and paid 2% amount of activa via droom and said That when you will pay all the amount you will get the refund of that 2% amount I.e 2000Rs in 20-30 days today 3 months passed still money is not refunded even after all the procedures

Not satisfactory
The app is slightly buggy, for e.g if you are looking at a vehicle and you click on the photos , it doesn’t allow you go back to the listing. Have to exit and restart, also need to fix the search bar for iPhone X, the notch hampers the experience.
Service wise also didn’t have a great experience, paid money for a comprehensive inspection report for my vehicle which never materialised and although I did get my money back it was not a good experience.

3rd class service
I wanted to buy a used two wheeler for home purposes and made offers to more than 20 vehicles but didn’t got a single reply. Droom assigns a personal “manager” to each user who will “help” you buy, didn’t received any calls. Great going droom.

Don’t book bike/car on it, go for olx or quikr
I had paid amount 1593 for seeing one bike, they said if you don’t like it then amount will be refunded in 2-3 days, after my purchase I want to cancel the order because of bike condition, then they said 7-8 days required to money refund in your account..
Now there is more than 10 days completed but they are not refunded any amount..also said check your account statement, money will be send to your account.
Very bad experience..
Also staff is not supportive..

Playing silly games
This people are selling helmets in flash sale ,when i tried to book one its showing time out. I tried it 10 times. They showed me sold out . You people think your smarter then general public don’t try to play this silly games again any how i think your going to close your organisation soon . iOS App is too poorly developed.
I am trying to sell my car. While adding key factor, not able to select location. Being iOS developer tried all possible way I can like turning location service on and launch app from scratch, remove and install app again but none of this worked for me.
OTP getting verified successfully but in app it shows alert view with otp verification failed, however in SMS you will receive success.
Provide quick fix and try to provide more premium feel.
