I can’t get through to any representative & every time I try to exchange through app it gives me the error stating validation failed. There is no proper details mentioned. I received an sms from lenskart saying your order is cancelled due to mismatch in power & lens & I am trying to contact you since two days but no one seems to care . On my application there is no such message about cancellation. You guys should rot in hell . My money, time & energy is wasted . I will go to the cops / consumer court if I have to . Because I am not getting any resolution with you idiots

(1) One reason I like Lenskart was the home delivery facility. This time I was told that parts of specs is coming from 2 different locations & hence home delivery is not possible. Didn’t understand the logic at all. Same was applicable for both specs I bought & I had to visit your store twice. (2) I bought a progressive lens. I had been to MG road Pune Lenskart store.
My experience has been really really disappointing.
I am not new to Lenskart have been this to store quite a few times.
I want to call out Prithviraj Raut - I really really hope someone provides him training and coaching pls.
Before approching him I asked him if he is free to which his answer was affirmative.
Post that everting he said was not at all customer centric.
Asked him if this can be fixed his answer No post that asked him if there is frame I can buy his answer was no asked him to check I can wait for stick answer again was no requested to talk
To manager came back saying manager not around .
Post pushing he gane ne his and and his managers name.
Namrata C finally cane as was having lunch - which is fine and I am felt really sorry to may be reason for her lunch being cut short that was not the intent.
She was very helpful and did provide all help guidance etc.
Over all training for Lenskart reps is deteriorate may be they are technically sound and I honestly think you may want to have some spot checks and refresher pls.

I visited their store at karur,Tamilnadu. They asked the old spectacle for checking the power. One side lens of the spectacle was broken so I felt uncomfortable to bring that to the store and I told the salesperson in the store I forget to bring the old one and I asked them to check eye for new power and provide lens. But the store incharge simply told we can’t provide new lenses without checking the old one if we give it by the way you asking it will create problems with your eye so we can’t provide spectacles without examining the old one. The real question I have is what if the old one is got break totally??? Can’t I get new spectacle throughout my entire life!!! Why are you lenskart people trying to fool us people!!! If you don’t want to sell why you should open a store and attract us people to your store and waste our time?!?!

I visited Boisar Lenskart’s store for eye glasses, before my eyes checking the optometrist quoted that you definitely have both type of power positive and negative so you should go through progressive lens, when I ask how to you say that before checking my eyes, she told me I am having good experience and I am sure about this without checking my eyes. When she checked eyes, I feel no any problem in my distance vision, but she was insisting me you should take progressive power glasses but after -0.5 power glasses my visibility was poor and I was comfortable without distance visibility power glass. When I ask you give me only near vision power glasses, again she insist me that, you should take progressive lens. When I denied I don’t need of this. She told me I Having six-year degree in optometrist, you should get out and don’t come again.

Lenskart has one of the worst delivery vendors.. as an order was to be delivered to my address but I received a call 24 hours after the expected delivery date (so, late order) informing me that my area is not serviceable and I will have to go to vendor to receive my glasses.
I’ve ordered a few glasses in the past to this same address, one just a few days ago. I had to place a complaint and even then the delivery vendors provide EXTREMELY poor service. (last time, few days ago, the glasses were delivered 48 hours after the expected date, at 11 in the night by some delivery personnel privately handing this item.
Due to this reason I am uninstalling Lenskart and will prefer to go to my local business where I can get a 1. much cheaper deal, 2. much better customer experience, 3. much better customer service because despite submitting feedbacks there’s 0 changes. Pathetic.

I want a refund now and they’re saying they have a policy that COD orders are not refunded only store credits are given, which we all know isn’t useful. I actuall cancelled the order in the first place but they said it’s been shipped so cannot be cancelled. The whole world offers a refund on literally any kind of payment, but these cheaters don’t. Amazing ways to rob people. I know this won’t matter but you’re Losing a long time customer over this dumb thing. Initial time of Lenskart I bought Lenskart lenses twice and it was good. But last time I brought a leans with price of 9720 Rs. Just four months ago. Before that I got feedback from my relative her frame broke in few months but still I brought as in past I have good experience.
Unfortunately this time happened with me, my frame broke without any reason. Wearer the lens suddenly get a small carrack sound and saw frame broke without any reason. It’s just four months now and lens cost nearly 10,000!
While brought the sale an insurance, then I took it as it was not much expensive. I am wearing lens from last 30+ years and never my lens broke so I thought it will never needed. Today came to know they will give 80% of lens cost remaining I need to bear and don’t know again I need to pay full price or one piece price.
Another point is their staff. I was upset due to broken lens, naturally I was not doing polite behaviour with store manager as they are only company representatives. This person said I am telling lie and this frame I have broken some other way!!! Totally rubbish company, poor product and cheap staff.

4. I ordered two glasses at the same time together and one is delivered by Bluedart and other by Kerryexpress.

I purchased two (Buy one get one) specs and I received one damaged product after returning the product they gave me store credit, when i went to store for another booking he said that as i have ordered one + one specs i have to return both the product in order to get new one, i did the same and from past 27 days i am in pain waiting for their refund so i can get my near pair of specs..
Please there are lots of vendors selling frames and lenses you can buy from them at least they have transparent policy they won’t force you to buy gold membership again which is of no use.

I recently had a bad experience with Lenskart. When I routinely ordered a pair of glasses with my old power , their executive insisted for a free eye check up . Somehow the optometrist was not confident and he observed that my eye power has increased significantly which I obviously didn’t understand. So when my new glasses with updated power arrived I started feeling giddy with that. So I contacted customer care who assured me to just visit nearest Lenskart store for hassle free exchange. At the store my power was rechecked and it was same as my old power so now they asked me to return the new pair and buy another one. They also assured me of quick refund . Now after 14 days I haven’t received my refund and due to company’s policy I am still arguing them on daily basis for refund. Obviously this could be my last purchase from Lenskart.

Lenskart has the worst refund process in this world of 5G network and web3 applications. I placed an order from their store, the order payment processed and money deducted. Within 2hrs, i get a sms saying the order is declined and refund LENSKART Cashfree link is issued. Where i have to enter my refund account details. This link never works in any mode of payment (UPI, Bank Details) and moreover the link has max 3 attempts and 20day validity. The refund link is useless now and i have to go back to the store to initiate a refund. The customer care number is a very well designed IVRS, which will never connect you to a representative and finally when it gets connected, the CC website has no registered record of the failed order from the store and they can do nothing about it. With instant UPI payments this clown is still working on refund links so that the customer will finally give up frustrated Looks lyk we need to process Legally for our refunds.

Make one mistake and try a replacement and you are in for a whole runaround. It’s been a whole week and they have successfully not even placed my replacement order yet. 1) The store incharge (Ratnadev) straight faced lies to the customer (me) when asked - how much longer will it take to even order this and considering it takes longer to deliver it will take days before it even reaches me - his answer to this is 2 days you will get your frames. Any decently educated person who reads their website knows it takes 5 days or longer for delivery in non-metros and when stated that he says my knowledge is wrong. So apparently even their team lies about duration of delivery on their website. 2) When asked why I wasn’t provided an update when I was told that the order will be placed on Saturday (22 Apr 2023), his response was system issues so order will be placed on Monday. My answer - understood but why no update. Repeat answers. Not even a proper apology. Epitome of customer service. Never using Lenskart again!!

The fact that lenses comes in pairs should be taken into account & priced too accordingly (at least for power less colour lenses) as for power it is understandable due to fluctuations in eyesight.
For coloured lenses, People can’t just buy one side lens for say 250 and skip the other , it would be great if you’d price powerless lenses jointly & keep the total say 500 for both under the product otherwise the description seems vague and misleading . It would be very convenient for customers like me !

However i have one suggestion- you are too focused on selling new frames which is something which not all customers wants when ever we step in your stores sometimes its as simple as replacing old lens with new one. I have visited your store 2-3 times different store they all have same reply this is not done by us you have go to some other (store located in metro city) store to get it done. Everything was going right but the eye specialist who visited home for eye check up placed one the second order on my mothers name instead of my wife’s name. The power on that order matches that of my wife, hence the name correction helps for placing future orders. But the man on the phone who I requested for this said NOT POSSIBLE. I explained the rationale as to why it makes sense for both , i.e. us and even the company and it’s the right thing to do. But he parroted what’s told to him, illogically. The account from where order placed is mine for all orders today, it’s the same credit card, same delivery address, only one of the orders has placed a wrong name. How is this an impossible thing to correct ? Such are the silly companies in today’s day and age. What was becoming a wonderful experience , in seconds was ruined by this parrot-in-human skin.

App is good enough. Does the job without any fuss. The 5 stars are actually for the service and products that Lenskart provides.
This is the first time I ordered Lenskart frames and lenses. Before this I have mostly used Ray-Ban frames with Crizal lenses. I never thought that I would like anything else under that price point. But, I am pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the lenses at a good price. Frames are good. I wouldn’t say that they are comparable to Ray-Bans. But they are in different price ranges and it’s not logical to compare them. Nonetheless the quality of frames are good.
I had some issues in the order but the Lenskart team handled them in a great way, without being defensive even once. This thing in particular will bring in more repeat customers. I think, I am going to be a Lenskart customer for a long time to come.

His absence is hugely felt as he has moved to Faridabad but even from there he does his own magic to attain highest customer satisfaction. I would recommend that Bhanu is given the responsibility to train every Store Manager and staff to have his exceptional knowledge base, outstanding customer relation skills as well as inter-office rapport with team members. He personally ensures that every crisis is best resolved and his very pleasant and respectful disposition adds value to customer experience at Lenskart…. Anyone who has ever interacted with him would know that. I have also seen that the team/ staff in the store he managed were equally alert and attentive to customers and their needs. Their knowhow was also above board. Keep it up Bhanu!!

I ordered an eye check at home from them. Got it done and they gave a prescription fir the same. I got the glasses made from the local shop(progressive ones). But they were not showing good results. When I got the eyes checked from there, the prescription given was not the same and much different from the one given by lenskart. On talking to the person from lenskart, the answer received was that ‘you should have got the glasses made by Lenskart, then only I could have helped’. Lenskart are real robbers as they are not doing the job assigned to them,ie, they are taking money for all wrong checkups and we are suffering as I lost 4000/- to 5000/-making the progressive lenses with the wrongly prescribed instructions from Lenskart. I would like to BEWARE EVERYBODY that don’t call these BUGGERS/ ROBBERS and never ever visit the shop named Lenskart.
If possible, would have given negative stars for what they have done, but don’t have an option here.

I have a worst experience regarding the stock of the product last day i have selected a product were i have to receive a voucher and store credit from Lenskart so it took 4 days to get those 2 things meanwhile I spoke with one of the associate from Lenskart and i told them i have selected the particular product so if you delaying the credit and voucher the frame may go out of stock that time the associate told “SIR DON’T WORRY THE PRODUCT WON’T GO OUT OF STOCK” and today after receiving the voucher and credit I called again the associate to say that it’s gone unavailable and they told they can’t do anything. If i wasn’t they will assist me to buy some other frame.
So I would suggest not to buy from the app with there assistance. They only have selection on small and medium size frames if you have a size of 140 or more don’t expect you will get better selection and if you find something you like then it will be in out of stock for sure.

I bought spectacles under the offer that I will get 50% cashback amount within 30 days of delivery. 30 days got completed on 4th may. I called them on 8th may regarding the same and they told that it is a mistake from there side and my cashback will be credited within 24 hrs. I waited till 10th I.e 48 hrs for the same and no amount for credited. I called them again and they said it would be credited within 24 hrs. I thought that this time they will definitely credit, but again no such amount got credited. And again I called on 12th may, they asked me to wait for another 24 hrs for the last time. Now, it’s 13th of may and the amount has still not been credited. What should I do now?
Again call you when there is no money being added to my account that I was promised for?

Do not download this app. Basically, your phone number and information will be passed on to the sales team who will then proceed to harass you on a daily basis.
They can access your app and see what you’ve favourited etc (extreme invasion of privacy) and can even add things to your cart and checkout.
They will put a lot of pressure on you, using classic sales tactics - “this item might not be available later/ in stores...” All of which is absolute nonsense.
I was so grateful for this option during the pandemic, but it’s just not worth the constant calls if you are the kind of person who wants to take their time deciding what to buy.

Made an appointment for eye checkup. Everything went fine and refractionist told I'll get the details of the checkup through sms. I waited few days but didnt recieve any sms with checkup details. After which I contacted the customer support team and explained my issue. They told me to book another appointment and will have to pay the charges again for it. I asked why I should test again when I have already done it and just need the details of the eye check up, they pretended to not understand what I was saying and would keey repeating that I should take a new appointment. Then they were like, call the refractionist and ask for the details. Like, why am I supposed to do that? Arent you the support staff and shouldnt you be doing all these stuff...really disappointed!

I bought a pair of glasses for my 11 year old son from Lenskart a couple of months back. The spectacles were delivered on time but turned out to be defective as the nose pad has come off. I took the glasses to the store in Indiranagar Bangalore but was told they couldn’t fix it there.
I contacted Customer Service who asked me to send photos of the defective product. They offered to replace the glasses but insisted that the defective frames be returned first after which a new pair would be dispatched after a few days. I tried to explain that my son requires to wear the glasses constantly and is also attending online school. Since he cannot function without glasses I offered to return the defective pair to the same delivery as the replacement. But to no avail.

Usually I prefer buying specs from store only because you are very much aware about the product you are buying, the fit etc. But in this lockdown I broke my specs and had no choice but to install lenskart. I ordered a specs but because of my fault I gave them alternate eye powers. But they were very supportive and helped me get a new one for exchange. It was seamless.

My specs were giving me problem, just to check I called Lenskart toll free number. Joy Roy called me from Hyderabad.
He guided me throughout the process and created confidence with Lenskart. Multiple suggestions later- a trial call ended with me buying my first specs online. That too the same evening! Even better, to my surprise, after one day I received the specs!
The app is very visually appealing- the person can try the specs on the face to see how it suits the face. One point where I think the experience would be even better: same facility being available for reading glasses as well. Though, I believe it shouldn’t be hard to incorporate.

The link to track the order has gives fake or false updates on it, and no matter how much you try to contact support or ask for escalation they don't do anything about it because they themselves do not know where our order is! This is extremely disappointing to see such service with lenskart, whatever they say in advertisement is all fake!! My glasses broke so I ordered prescription lenses with a frame and thought that they would deliver it atleast within 7 days but no its been more then 7 days, the funny part is my order has reached near my place 2-3 days back and they are still not delivering it! Support is absolutely useless! I'm having headache as I'm not able to see properly but they don't care at all! Now my money is stuck as well as my order.. It would have been much better if i would have bought it from my local Optical store!

A regular user of Lenskart. Recently, I wanted to make a purchase on Lenskart. As promoted in your website, I had installed the Lenskart app from appstore and was making my purchase through it. While trying to use the store credit i hold, from my last purchase return, I was surprised to see that there was no option in the mobile app to check my store credit balance. Then I had to call the customer care to know if my refund has been credited, only to realize that it’s available and can be verified through the website.
It would be great if you can incorporate all the vital website features (like payment and prescription related stuff) in your mobile ap, so that customers like us have a hassle free experience. I understand migration from web to mobile app isn’t easy, but I think it’s important to notice major details like these while designing.

I have bought multiple spectacles and sunglasses from Lenskart, all using the app. The value provided is amazing. Initially I was hesitant about fit and finish but the sizing guide is perfect and the 3D try-on gives an astonishingly good idea of how it will look.
I have been fully satisfied with all my purchases. Started small, ordering Vincent Chase branded frames and simple prescriptions, and didn’t face any issues. When I got my first bifocal prescription, I ventured into bolder territory and ordered a Rayban frame with progressive lenses. They called me multiple times to confirm the prescription and even made me visit a local Lenskart store to confirm something called the ED. The whole process was seamless. The glasses are perfect and they are my favourite pair for daily wear.
The best experience I have had to date was last week when I ordered a pair of powered sunglasses and for some reason the power of the lenses got inverted. It was honestly my own mistake- should have double checked- but they cheerfully changed the prescription and sent me the corrected lenses which I received today, just in time for a Goa vacation!
Lenskart rocks and I would recommend them to anyone. I even got my teenager’s first pair of glasses from the site. They are much more VFM than your friendly neighbourhood optician- almost 50% cheaper.

Attracted by the advertisements, I happened to Visit the Lenskart store at Kurnool. After regular check up We ordered for 3 pairs of spects to our family. It is pathetic to find that no single pair is fitted exactly to the existing site. When the difficulty was brought to the notice of the store they tried to convince and We also understand that it may take some time to adjust. I can after I month it could not adjust and hence we We happened to visit an Opthalmologist and found he deviation fine. The shop people promised to change my spects and did so. Thank you atleast after 1 month you could do it. During my visits, I found that several people are coming to the store for exchange which indicates that they are not so competent enough.
I got really vexed up with the quality and service. I suggest to avoid this store.

Have to give one star as less than that not possible. They offered me gold membership at an extra cost claiming that I will get two pairs of glasses at the price of one. However, when I tried purchasing the second pair a fee days later, they are now saying that I had to buy both pairs at the same time to avail the offer. There was however no clear indication of this clause at the time they offered it to me. So if you did not give me any benefit as such for the 600Rs. You took from me for the so called ‘Gold Membership’, so why did they take that money from me in the first place? It is just really sad. These are the reasons why brands like lenskart do not have the potential to ever amount to anything because the policy makers are cheats who are in it to make a quick buck by cheating their customers.

I have made purchase of two set of specs from Lenskart. One was Power sunglasses which were apparent if not blatant-fake, the return was accepted by Lenskart but I am yet to get credit.
Another purchase was Ray-ban bifocal lenses for 12K, I was extra cautious and also paid their person to check my power and enter in their system. The Ray-Ban was delivered and looked authentic however they made with someone else’s power and I am running heater-shelter to give this back to them and get the corrected ones. Their mailboxes have automated reply of ‘mailbox is full’ and their polite customer service are not able to get information from the system and collaborate. The IT infrastructure is very poor and they sell lot of fake products.

I really felt cheated, after getting numerous messages each day for the discounts & budget lenses/ frames, I went to see it for myself for the first time. My eyes tested & made me to realise that I need to change my lenses immediately & then the executive take me to the counter where all frames were much expensive then on the other counters (with discount & buy one get on offers available on other counters & no such offer on this counter) he took me there with a confirmation that you are going to pay for the lenses only & the frames are free, & never told me the cost of lenses. The cost of frame was Rs. 2500/- & the total bill came to be Rs. 2800/- isn’t this enough to make me understand that I am fooled....
As I move out of the store & get to see the much low cost frames, felt cheated after paying much more then what I could have paid...

I went to order contact lenses and change the glass lenses on my existing specs. The lady at the Breach Candy store tells me that because the frame I have for my specs is not purchased from Lenskart, they would not be allowed to make the lenses for it. It was my first visit and so disappointing to hear this. Went to Titan eye plus after this and they helped me out instantly.
Can’t believe that every new customer in your store is mandated to buy a frame first from your stores and only then will you help with issues pertaining to them.
How do you expect to cater to the requirements of someone who is new and has specs and is not in need of another pair. Highly disappointed and you just lost a customer or maybe more than one based on the feedback I would give anyone on the service quality and ability of Lenskart to cater to clients. Also deleting your app for good.

This app promised to deliver my glasses in 6-7 business days. I understand a delay in delivery due to any reason. But nope, they refuse to offer a credible reason. The customer care executive just says it is a delay that they don’t know a reason for. Sadly it’s been almost a month since I ordered just one just and no sign whatsoever on the delivery or the expected delivery. The app still says it is expected to be delivered on a date that’s already past.
Until I paid the services were top class. Immediate follow ups, lots of notifications and after my payment completion the entire team is just MIA. I was expecting Lenskart to be a lot better. Bad experience. I might visit some branded store in future to avoid this hassle.

Recently visited a shop in Xperia mall in Palava city Dombivali, Mumbai and got shocked with the behaviour of Lenkart executive “Mr. Abhijit Biswas” ..I was very wired and disappointed when he started talking bad about lenskart 3D try on app . He concluded in the discussion that the app is not good for all customers and it’s not that great as compared to buying directly from store. He pushed me to not buy frame online and to buy it from his store only. I was very impressed with 3D try on and I find it very nice to use. While making such statements to customers Abhijit is not only giving them a bad test but also spoiling the good brand image of lenskart. Lenskart is investing huge in its online store and apps on the other hand lenskart store executives are pushing customers to not trust online stores. I am a loyal lenskart Customer and will now think twice to visit the store again .

Don’t even think of buying your spectacles on this app. You will be waiting forever. I ordered a Rayban sunglass and as the due date for delivery approached the folks call and say it is not in stock and I should order another item. I ordered another specs and the executive promised that it will be taken care and delivered in 5-6 days. As the delivery date approaches, guess what the folks from Lenskart call and tell it is not in stock and I should change my order. What’s happening, do you guys really are in business or doing timepass. Wasting my time..added to that the casual behaviour of the customer service. We have to call 10 times to remind them to solve the issue.
Don’t waste time here, go and buy in another store. No stock, pathetic service and irresponsible customer service is the specialty of Lenskart....

I had order for glasses on 6th June I think it might be issue with the no as I wear them there is a head ache I requested for the person for a home visit and try to find the problem and I had clearly mention that please don’t send the person who had come on 6th June to take an order I made a request about it 2 or 3 times about it but then too lenskart we’re sending the same guy for the home visit that is not at all good when a customer makes a request about something the excecutive say that he will follow it but when the call get over they don’t follow it then why do you make false commitments it’s better you say it on the face that you won’t be able to do it why do you play with the customers I don’t entertain it

It was my first time experience of trying spectacles from lenskart and it’s been turning horrible day by day..
On 13th may I had placed order for two spectacles and out of that I received one post a week later.. and received other one almost 2 weeks later and surprisingly the second product which got delivered was not the one that was selected..as there was a slight change in design..
Since then it’s been a horrible experience in approaching your team first to get it picked up from my place Lenskart took almost two weeks and then it seems another five days delay occured as the spectacle which was received from mumbai took 5 days to reach delhi ware house.. after calling multiple times today I get the confirmation from CS team that the product which was selected is not in stock which to my surprise is still showing in stock even now..
I am really fed up of this carefree attitude from Lenskart and would like to raise this issue with the concerned department..
My Dad has been waiting for this specs since over a month now..
Kindly suggest what needs to be done as the alternate spectacles are not that comfortable to dad when he had tried it personally...
Would never recommend any of my friends to even try your service as I dont want my friends to suffer the way I went through..
