Recently updated the app and found that now I can’t see who liked me. Earlier it was easy to connect match. But now everything is paid. This app was the best but it became worst. Surely it will also lose its identity as a best app.

It’s very difficult to search the profiles we have passed on and after a couple of weeks if we want to reconnect to a particular profile- it’s just not possible to get in touch cause no profile have ID NO’s. It would be very nice to search profiles with their ID NO’s

The app has lot of technical glitches
Even after taking Gold membership it does not get resolved
For example if you want to filter with ethnicity and certain filters of profession
Only one filter will be working it will take ethnicity into consideration and it will show all the profession
Same goes with all the other filters if you have selected multiple filters any one will be considered
Which result in lot of waste of time
Even after reporting the glitches there team will ask to reset the settings the problem is in app and not settings
Second lot of fake profile of your see 10 profile 4 will be fake
And every-time you report the msg will come form there team we have block the id
I am doubting the authenticity of person now
Owing to encountering so many fake profile
Suggest
Plz fix the technical glitches
And take some steps to stop the fake id

Boost not happens as per profile and location why MuzMatch always show profile of distant person.
You guys cheat on people you don’t make them see their alike profiles and keep on charging them with your offers. Remember you deliberately becoming hindrance. You manipulate search criteria shia will never see shia and sunni will have a look of sunni. What ever one fills in details will never get same.... others can try by putting incorrect data.
Your search will improve.

I am a gold member, i got an instant chat and it disappeared, i followed up on email about this instance but no response by muzmatch team. Apple must check this app. Also, i noticed that once u swipe quickly the donate page appears so as to make u press donate instantly even for gold members. I do not mind donating but I do mind aggressive marketing and eyes on pockets.
