It takes ages to display their products on the app.
When you finally order them they take another decade to deliver them to you. Don’t get fooled by what they show as the time of delivery because they take much more time than that.
While you patiently wait for your order to arrive and ask their so called help centre, a helpless girl from their transportation partner receives your call and unprofessionally answers your call!
Despite knowing that the products won’t be of any use to you because they are arriving so late, you can’t cancel the order midway! They need to be delivered to you for you to cancel them.
After they get delivered, the return process is itself so complicated. The refund is not guaranteed and on top of that you have to bear the cost of return as well!
Such a pathetic logistic system! Save your time. Don’t download this app!

Received neither parcel nor refund
Had ordered 15 clothing set from this site worth rupees 15000. my bad luck that i thought of shopping through this site, even after continuous follow ups the parcel did not receive for which i waited for a month, fortunately or unfortunately i had to cancel order which i cancelled on 27th of Feb , its been more than month and this so called company os struggling to refund my money back to my original resources owing to some error. they say they are closely monitoring my refund process since last 20 days. i am following up daily and i get same answers everyday. i regret shopping from this site and recommend everyone to not to shop from here. they are fraudsters.

Highly disappointed with the product quality. Waste of money and time.
Honestly I was very excited to buy the cute clothes from PatPat. I bought 4 garments…waited for days for them to arrive and when they came they were of absolutely poor quality. The material is synthetic and not cotton which it should be ideally for the babies. One frock has such heavy material making it too uncomfortable for the baby to wear..there is no inner lining..honestly no thoughts has been given to the garments.all the clothes I got had amazing rating but I had worst experience with PatPat so much so that I will
Never ever buy from this site again. Honestly if you are looking for baby clothes please go for other websites like First cry or offline stores or other brands like H&M…. Please please please don’t get fooled by the photos and don’t waste your money.

Patpat delivered me two products

Pathetic App and Customer Service
I ordered few items but received wrong size. Decided to return the items on 30th November and since then customer care is making fool out of me by saying we are closely looking into it. And haven’t received the refund. They say refund for payments done with UPI is having some trouble. Then why the hell are you accepting payments with this mode, remove this bloody option from your app. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY
One of my orders got delivered in Gurugram not even near to my place. Upon contacting to customer service, they say it’s been escalated to higher management team. No action taken till now. Tried every possible thing but no luck. NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
This app is pathetic and same is there customer service.
I would advice not to order from this app ever.

I love the collection. Amazing fashion but if i want to order under 2000 the shipping charges are too heigh. I select a jumpsuit that value was 1350 in discount and 1599 in fresh but with shipping charges it show 1950 means more than the fresh pice this is very disappointing thing which i see. At least the charges should under the order value 500 or 800 and the charges should be varies feom 100 to 300.

For a 600 bag total they ask you shipping charges of 600 rs (idk from which part of world they are shipping from lol) and urge you to add more items in ur bag so that total becomes 1800 for free shipping so that they can loot u more and more money by not delivering ur products in even more than a month. Way to steal money and not delivering stuff
I ordered stuff and prepaid the complete order before almost 1.5months. Order is not delivered and suddenly got status saying customer refused the order..I have been wasting time to mail and update them that no one has come to delivery and I have not even refused it. On customer care also they are just making fool of people by just saying we are working for it and will get back to you. But not refunding the money neither order is delivered..They could not even cross check with their delivery partners about the issue. Such a pathetic services with low customer service and cheating people!

I gave a 4 star because of the free shipping only after 5,000rs bill in India which makes it inconvenient to purchase more often,or otherwise pay 500inr for the shipping process. Overall the clothes are new and good.delivery takes a month which is for genuine. If you could do something about shipping charges maybe more of customers will get attracted.

Have ordered some products a month and a half back., the delivery date is way past., and there is no update if ever gonna receive the package or not. No reply for any of the complaints made.! The order was prepaid so even ghe money is stuck now.! What kind of a pathetic service., where there is no revert to these complains.! We ordered on June 3 rd for our baby girl and after 1 month that is after July 3 Rd still tracking shows it hasn’t reached anything India. When I mailed them , u should see the way they replied ....it’s ultimate. Poor service from them , I suggest to not buy from this app there are good apps in India than this at lower price than this. Delivery times exceed a month everytime
