The latest update is having a bug in application which keeps on showing a popup to update the app when you open it. When you go to update it again it says app is up to date and shows a open button. When you open it from App Store it again ask to update. Which keeps on rotating.

I’ve used other shuttle rostering & tracking app. This seems to be the worst in responsiveness and ease of use. The maps never work!!!! Neither for me nor the driver. Every time a call is made it blabbers instructions for almost 20secs!!! 20secs ????? You think we got that kind of time when we’re rushing? Analytics team get to work, gather proper data to the labs.

The screen to create a schedule is so bad, when I save the schedule, it gives an orange pop up with the information that the roster has been partially saved. But before I can read the message, the message window disappears. At least give an ‘Ok’ button to let people read that the App is trying to say?

Employees are suffering becuase of way this app creates route. we did complaint. no one bothers about
Please see the scenarios.
* Routematic put two guy in different cabs for same pickup time staying at same home.
* Call from driver or to driver feature is in very basic state. they should think at least for the case when network is not goot then they can send the message to called person.
Cab moved for people many times.
it is very basic app and couldn't 6fit for corporate.

Vehicle tracking is highly inaccurate. Calling from app to driver doesn’t work most of the times. You receive call but won’t be able to hear driver. Check in check out is buggy too. Even if it’s already done, it doesn’t get registered and your transport department will call you to do it.

As the pick up is from home and drop is to home why is that option there. It is by default same and we are wasting time choosing the only option.

I have been using this app since a while and can see many compatibility bugs.
1. This app doesn’t support registration for new user in iPhone 6 - location search doesn’t work at all.
2. One can’t change shift timings for more than a day as app hangs after update in iPhone 6, have to restart again n again to update multiple entries
3. Usability poor
4. As a user I would give a honest feedback to check other competitive apps like moveinsync, they have many features which help user to trace vehicles and get sms when vehicle is at near your place.

And there should be settings to disable asking feedback for every single ride. Twice a day again.
If there is network issue App wouldn’t respond forever. Doesn’t report that issue is with network connectivity.
Latest update has different look. The pain in using App is still the same.

As a user; people create the roster for a week or two at atime. What they use frquently is the view Roster option which is on 2nd tab and every time we have to navigate to it. It will be user friendly if view is the default option and create roster is moved to 2nd tab.

To the development team— it would be great if we can have 1 of the following 2 features in routematic
1. Auto check-in by detecting vehicle’s GPS and employees mobile GPS. It can be a time period of at least 5-10 minute in which users GPS and vehicle GPS should match before auto check in.
2. App push notifications to prompt check- in at the time of pickup/drop timings defined. A push notification from the app at the time near boarding time can prompt user to remember to check in..

Latest update makes the app unusable/unreliable in many ways. It keeps showing wrong info about if there is an upcoming trip. Suddenly cabs becomes untraceable. Earlier we could at least check in and checkout reliably, but even that is gone.
What is the point of app which works only 50% of time? None of these are logistic/process issues. Just absolute horrible bugs.
I even get call about checkout response 15 minutes after doing check in.
Also nobody wants to rate driver twice a day. If there is a problem we will let you know, no point in bugging people with rating nonsense.

First not able to track vehicles through app. I am using iPhone and never able to track vehicles, always give some error. And developers are not bothered about it. Not able to add any employees in an emergency if any employee want to go early for some reason, ever the drop is on the way where Driver is scheduled. Really a worst app, need lots of improvement.
