This company is fraud. I booked skydive Dubai through Klook and when i reached Skydive Dubai at the scheduled time of the dive, i got to know that Klook has not transferred by booking to them. Finally after one hour chatting with their representatives nothing could be done. So i requested cancellation as my skydive scheduled time also passed. They sent me a mail that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. Its been 7 days and i am still waiting for my refund. Time and money wasted.

Booked whole days trip for the Koh Larn island trip from Pattaya. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, so we ha e not taken the sea walk and paragliding. But we have taken 30 minutes of snokling in the package.
The Tour company and denied the same and we missed the snokling.
Overall experience when you book by Klook is very bad as they give you the third class services. The book the services which is very dirty and food is cheap. They will treat you like you did a mistake by booking through klook.
My first experience is so bad that I will never use this app again and will suggest you not to book from this app rather go to city and book in almost same price.
I am going to chargeback through my card company for such a horrible experience.

I am really very disappointed. So many Indians travel to airport and get down at Don Mueang International Airport DMK in Bangkok and there is no kiosk there to collect BTS sky train ticket. We need to go to Siam BTS station or BKK airport to collect the BTS sky train ticket. Will Klook put arrange something after seeing this review??

Guys donot download or use this app for your trips,
I made a booking using klook, first they took like forever to tell me if the booking will be confirmed or no. Then at the very last moment just couple of hours before my booking time and day they mentioned they booking cannot be done.
And i was left to be look like a fool infront of those authorities and friends.
More over while making the booking they want money to be paid off instantly, but when it comes to refund it takes like 7-30 days.

I tried buying a thai sim card today. I have gone till the last page to make the payment. Everytime i fill the form value gets disappeared. If I fill personal details, special requirements field is getting blank. If I add card details, personal details are getting erased.
Some how I managed to fill all the forms Mr title will be reset back to Miss.
After correcting all fields and click pay now. Error message pops up. “Please fill all the fields (code: 5037).
I gave up hopes on booking other activities. When the first booking is failed, we cannot trust the rest all. Very very disappointing. I may need to try web version.

Klook is super. Excellent app. Very good service - exactly as promised. Clear instructions. I booked a sim and it was ready when I reached their counter. Within 30 seconds I was done with the sim in my phone.
Had booked safari world tickets but there were some mistakes. These guys are awesome. They helped me with cancellation and partial refund at the last moment. When I reached the counter, possibly the updated booking had not reached safari world counter. It it was not an issue, the lady at counter could speak to them and sort it out.
Once again, great experience and very much recommended. Of course their prices have a discount and I think they offer the best prices.
