Very fast delivery as the name suggests. I was expecting the groceries to be delivered the next day or within few hours gap. But it actually came within 8 mins. My only contention is the don’t restock some of the daily use items immediately. They’re out of stock for long. Further they can increase the choice of vegetables and household items which at present is minimal & does not give the customer much varieties to choose from.

Bloody rascals! I’ve been a regular customer with Blinkit and ordered products from them which of course were either stale or defective for which they expect that I won’t even raise a complaint! It was an everyday occurrence when either some or the other product sent from their end had an issue. So rather than working on their policies to provide a good consumer experience, they rather blocked the consumer! Slow claps! Do they really think that there is no other application in the market that can compete them or if I’m such a cheapskate who finds some sort of sadistic pleasure by crying for refunds? Well if they can’t respect the customer, the customer will be more than happy to switch to some other application. Goodbye Blinkit! You had already lost your reputation with your rebranding and all what saving grace you have had will also end soon. Thanks for nothing!

Wrong address selection by blinkit app

This app provides a quick delivery but the delivery address selected from my side was correct but due to malfunctioning of this application it automatically took my home address for delivery though I selected my work address manually and the same is reflected in my billing report while placing the order and the delivery man called me after reaching my home address to which i told him that this order needs to be delivered at my work place as i have chosen my work place address while placing the order to which he replied that we only deliver upto 3 Kms from the pickup point and then i told him to deliver it to my work address as that is the delivery address not my home location.
The problem is in blinkit application while selecting the delivery address though the customer is choosing the correct address while placing the address and the same is reflected in the billing report too but the delivery man is delivering the order to my home address as the app is selecting the wrong address automatically I and as a result I being the customer and delivery man both had to face the problem.

I ordered for some grocery in the morning and it took more than 45 minutes for you to deliver. Not only that the rider was standing at one single place during his ride from the pick up point to my house for about 20-25 minutes. I tried to contact your customer care via Chat and that was even a worst experience because I did not get on this answer to any of my queries. I don’t think I will ever be using your services again. You been extremely poor in your customers and centricity and experience that you are delivering. I had some very basic questions on the time you take to deliver and why was the rider not moving for so long and standing at one single point. When I contacted the rider he said he’s at the gas station and getting the fuel on his bike and later said he’s getting the air pressure checked and kept making more and more excuses which I don’t think was true and even if it was true it doesn’t take 2025 minutes at the petrol pump to get this done moreover he could have done that earlier or later not during the time of delivery. You must read my chat with Debbrat to know how the customer web chat is being handled

I have been using this app for more than 6 months now until today when I received an order with some missing items. For a total of 6 missing items they resolved for 4 items and closed the ticket mentioning only 2 requests can be taken per order. I was quite happy with the service even when the quality of fresh vegetables and fruits is very poor and there were always some items missing. It’s good until you don’t have complaints but once you opt for support, they will do every single thing to reject your requests or deliver a coin-sized guava instead of a Thai Guava just to close the complaint. I have lost a few hundred bucks and my precious time today just to learn to be cautious of such apps. Maybe this is the first ever review I am placing on the app store but might help people to understand these fishing apps. Better go for Bigbasket, Tata Star, Jiomart or Nature’s Basket. They take time but deliver to the expectations.

Hi Blinkit, I really love your service-its convenient, on time, excellent & has fresh products each time.
The only thing that stops me from ordering more often and also prevents me from giving you all 5 Stars is the amount of plastic you use in your packaging.
I know it says it can be reused but where? Its not a bag that can be carried. Why not have a scheme where u take back the bags on the next order and offer a minimum, like even a few paisas of rebate to encourage people to do it.
Also, veges in the old plastic obnoxious nets is a huge no-no plus it makes no sense! Please work on this and you would be the most perfect delivery app ever!!

I ordered for few items on app today morning . App was showing order will be delivered in 6 mins but there was no response for good 25 mins . I contacted customer support , agent Vaishali was assigned . She took good 8 mins to check the order status and then replied to me that she does not know where the delivery person is neither she can tell me time frame . She also said that she does not know time frame and suggested me to cancel the order . She again asked me to if I am confirmed to cancel the order and within one second she cancelled my order without waiting for my response . And the delivery boy was standing at my gate with the order and refused to hand me over the order stating that I cancelled . What an irony , she made me wait for 8 mins to respond where the delivery boy is and gave me a false information that he is taking lot of time and she can’t tell me time frame and she cancelled order on her own without even giving me one second to reply . When I asked her to assist me she said she does not have authority .
What a poor and pathetic service . I will never order or recommend people to get fooled on blinkit .

There is no longer a single delivery that comes without missing items which are not even refunded till proof is given. There are mistakes and missing items 99% times of late and when confronted on customer service in the App, they refuse to acknowledge. After losing money in multiple orders, finally, I have started taking pictures to prove my point and then they accept reluctantly.
Either the delivery warehouse is siphoning off products and making the customer pay or delivery agents are scooting away with it.
Please either discontinue the service or at least have honesty in accepting that not all customers may be lying. We pay for our order and then we have to take pictures to claim our rightful money for missing items - what justice is this in today’s day and age?

A watermelon is a size of big orange. When i complained for replacement with lot of request for a good quality. The customer care representative informed it will be delivered after 1:30 hrs, i accepted but the replacement came with in 10 minutes but same poor quality. Blinkit was a surprise, a pleasant one, delivering products within minutes, well packed. But guess as happens with most companies growing too fast, they have started becoming lackadaisical now. My last order was marked delivered in 8 mins (before time, as they usually declare), but was actually not delivered. When i tried contacting their helpdesk: (1) They were in a hurry to close the call (2) Connected me to the delivery guy who owned up that order was marked delivered before delivery but was then not delivered. (3) He would deliver it immediately. (4) This ‘immediate’ delivery happened after over an hour at 10:45 at night, after i again raised a complaint the second time requesting them to cancel my order.
So guess, they have now started faltering on deliveries…

No transparency about surge charges

They have quick service. But there is a big problem about surge charge. You only get to know that you have been charged surge charge only after the payment. So when I purchased something it showed me item price + delivery charges, so I proceeded for payment using Sodexo. But then I see debit message of more amount than expected and when I checked bill this ‘surge charge’ is applied. This is kind of cheating. You guys must show final amount including surge charge, so that one can decide whether to go ahead with the order or not? This cheating has happened twice with me. I will definitely would like to wait to place the order instead of paying any surge charge. But there seems to be no way of knowing if surge charge is applicable for my order or not. I will opt for more transparent app than this.

I order dairy products and what the delivered me are products which were packed 8-9 days back. Dailey products do not last too long. The product was already in a bad shape and smell soo bad. It’s not expected. Also on replacing the product they still send me product packed 9 days back and is was in expiry date with less than 10-14 hours of ordering. Similar thing happened in my 1st order as well, the cans they sent me were in bad shape and cold drinks were leaking. Also the packet of chips they sent me were also on expiry date. Also the milk I ordered was also bad in state and it turned sour in less than 1 hour of ordering and the product was expired. It’s a big time scam so better check the products you order. And if you report all this to there Customer care they will hardly reply you, and to replace a single product they will eventually take 30 mins to 1 hour. Uff its frustrating.
One thing positive I found is, they have very reasonable delivery charges and the product are delivered with in few minutes or max to an hour.
If they check the products which they send us then it’s can be one of the best apps.

After few minutes I got a message that ‘your order has been packed but one item is not available hence refund for the item would be made’. But the most unfortunate thing is that the item which was most urgent to me was dropped as the same was not available with the stores. It’s ok, but don’t you think that an option should be given to the customer for unavailable item(s) ? There may be alternatives available to the customer. But you don’t give such option. And the available Chat system is having very limited scope and no direct chat is available to place the concerns. Neither there is any customer service phone contact available.

(Edited. See update below) Love the service and speed. Quality and packaging have been great too. My only grouse is that there’s no way to give feedback on an order. These great delivery personnel deliver in under 10 minutes! That’s including the 2-3 minutes required to get through security and come up to my third-floor apartment! They need positive feedback when they do well, not to mention praise and a raise from the company!
Update: I had a product quality issue today. Blinkit advertises a lot but the path to issue resolution is almost nonexistent. Their chatbot, called Blinkbot, is a high school project from the 90s. There are no email IDs or phone numbers published in the app, and a human never joins the chat when you express your dissat with the bot. So Blinkit looks awesome until you reach the far end of their service.

No more Blinkit. Everyone please uninstall Blinkit and use some other app

When it was Grofers, never had issues in any of the orders for almost 5-6 years.
But after it became blinkit, issues started occurring.
Firstly it started charging Rs. 9 as delivery charge, then Rs. 15, and today it was worst one. Along with charging delivery fee of Rs. 15, another weird charge called surge charge of Rs. 30 was charged today.
Along with that, even after my payment was successful, but delivery guy was forcing us to pay complete cash, as in his system it was showing payment not done. I’ve even shown him my app and all screenshots of successful payment, but he’s asking to either pay or he was ready to take grocery back. Total useless blinkit.
Is this why we’re ordering from Blinkit? This is a complete mental torture.
Earlier order issue : Last weeks order was also a nightmare. Talked to 5-6 customer care executives, when they wrongly delivered 3 items (different item). When I asked for getting it corrected, got no support when 7th time got connected with senior and then only got help. This was another mental torture for 4-5 hours continuously.
Would be quiting blinkit from today, and would suggest everyone to quit and choose some better and reliable apps.

I requested for the refund and want to cancel the order but unable to to do that now I am disputing the case with my credit card company and asked them to save my money with this scam services. I use blinkit very often its been 1 year now I have been using blinkit(grofers) , but now past 2 3 months the service has become bad like i pften get damaged product , or a few items missing but usually gets resolved quickly but recently on 5 April I bought wet cat food for my cat and it was rotten as i had cats all my life i know when there food is bad , my whole house started stinking pf rotten meat and on complaining it took customer support 1 and a half hour to initiate a refund as the replies were after 10-15 mins and even 32 mins longest when the executive called they said they have to deal with multiple customers , and so I understood that you people are also over burdening these poor employees of your and they get treated badly as nobody has got 1 and a half hour for a simple refund , ( i even asked if the want they can pick the product and i will return and they can give me refund ) but they said i can dispose that , and its been 6 days and no refund yet! Negatives: 1) Too often, common groceries are out of stock. Especially on weekends, they should ensure that they are well stocked. Many a times had to go a competitor app just because one or two items were out of stock and cannot order them separately. 2) Couple of times had an item missing, but they send them the item as soon as I reported. However trust factor diminishes 3) Perishables should be quality checked before delivery. I got a packet containing rotten leafy vegetable once, could have been avoided just by a physical check

I wish I could give negetive rating. Their customer support is worst. I am trying to return a product from past one day. They don’t have return option. They can only place replacement order and ask to not accept replacement if I want to return a product.
At the time of replacement, delivery guy either call before coming and ask if I need replacement (same wrong product in replacement). Now if I say no, they cancel the replacement and again I go through same loop of contacting customer support and they create another replacement. If I say yes to delivery guy, he comes with the same product in replacement and deny to take the original product back and cancel the replacement in front of me. At that time I have no way to reach customer support. Only option I am left with contacting customer support over chat. A new support executive comes, I tell him whole story again and he creates another replacement order and same thing again. Ultimately everyone is suffering but nothing happening. 5 replacement orders are created in past 24 hours and they guys are so dumb that they are keep doing same thing again and again but unable to provide me resolution.

I have a loyal customer of (grofers) and enjoying their services until recently when I placed an order 2 days ago and I was notified that my order will be delivered in 8 min. But to my surprise my order didn’t come and I was not even informed that they have a strike and they won’t be delivering it on time . Very same evening a delivery boy came and said as there was a strike so now they are delivering. I asked him as they are very late I don’t need this order now. He went back any again came back the next morning with the same order. I again told him the entire episode what happened. Then yesterday when I tried to place another order I was shocked to see that my cod option has been disabled. Now I have few queries- if there’s some internal issue and you were not able to deliver my order why did you notifiy me that my order will arrive in 8 min and once I cleared my point then why didn’t you update it in your system that I don’t need order that any longer. If you check your system you will find I used to order from you every 2-3 days and there were no issues with order acceptance. This happened just once and you disabled my cod option while it was entirely your fault. Highly disappointed 👎. Customers make your company big and then you start treating your customers as your servants. I’m sorry but you lost a loyal customer.

Ordered for the very first time from Chandigarh tricity area and I have to gladly say that the order was delivered in under 20 minutes!! The best thing is I also get to have fresh milk, paneer and butter delivered anytime of the day especially in the times when one dreads going into a crowded shop and even more importantly if I am occupied and have to get the groceries delivered without having to bother to go myself out!
The prime thing is the instant delivery, which the other online aggregators-either automatically allowing you a delivery slot- can push a delivery time either a day away or within a stipulated time which runs in 4 hour slots, that sometimes can simply mean having to wait out for almost half a day.
The packaging is also a brilliant plus, since it comes in a properly sealed bag that can be left at the reception also if someone is unavailable during the package delivery! Post that I contacted the customer support and let me tell you guys just to speak with the agent I had to wait for good half n hr. Post half n hr an agent comes online, I tell her my problems and after waiting for 10 min the agent replies “I am sorry for the inconvenience caused” bas that’s it. I sent her multiple messages post that but got no reply. My issue is still not resolved and my money is still stuck without an order.

Grofers doesn’t connect with you professionally but personally as well. During pandemic time, they sent small kits including sanitiser, mask, a cookie etc. It shows how much they care for their customers. Was so touched by the gesture. Product pricing and delivery services are at par. The only reason I marked it 4/5 is because Grofers being a big brand should have all options for customers and at times it promotes or show only it’s own brands but not the ones which are popular and no. 1 choice for customers. For example many of scotch brite, cleaning products, options in sugar and spices. If they correct that, no one can beat you. Overall I am happy with Grofers services :) Good job!!

I used to be a regular grofers user for few years but lately some changes has led me to move to other better apps like bigbasket and flipkart supermart. Grofers has severely downgraded their products quality, customer service, decreased cards discount and even delivery partners are worse nowadays.
In GOBD sales I thought of retrying grofers and move back to using it but like always my experience had been pathetic- I won an INAAM which was changed automatically to of lower value product, even on raising issue on multiple platforms like grofers app, twitter no one took responsibility to solve my issue. They replied after few days that they can't help now as order is delivered. The delivery guy also comes much before the selected slot, customer service is pathetic. I would recommend you guys to move to flipkart or bigbasket to get much better customer service and better quality.

I usually order 6-12 packs of Nestle tetra milk packs each time I order so that they last for at least a month as the shell life is 6 months from packaging. Yesterday when I opened one box which was purchased by me 10 days earlier. The milk was of bad quality, having bad sour and spoiled. Grofers refused to return it saying they perishable items can be returned in 4 days only. This is nonsense. Tetra packs have a life of six months. We open it based on our need within the time allowed. Should we compulsory open all boxes within first four months only. Grofers terms and conditions are silent on this point. Grofers never told us about this condition to us neither at the time of signing nor at the time of placing order. The executive told a blatant lie on the matter. They even are unaware of Escalation matrix for handling complaints of its customers and just ignore the facts giving reason of internal policy matter. Pathetic and frustrating.

I have been a big spender since the last 6 months where I spent close to ₹5000 on groceries. Then as every month I select ₹79 Smart Bachat Club Membership and order it. Then when I am trying to order I find ₹50 delivery charge unless I order above ₹800. When I contact customer care on chat they ask me to wait 1 hour. Who waits an hour on chat??? When I contact them the next day I am told that the Smart Bachat Club policy has changed and now they are not offering 8 free deliveries but just 1 free delivery below ₹800 order. When i say that I have not yet ordered my first grocery order I get a stern reply saying I HAVE USED UP MY 1 FREE DELIVERY BU ORDERING THE ₹79 Smart Bachat Club Membership. I had purchased a dinner set comprising of 6 items which was delivered on 31st August by 'Delivery' courier service. When I opened the parcel, there were only 5 items instead of 6. I immediately contacted Grofer's CC....initially they were reluctant but after long discussions/ arguments, they finally agreed for a reverse pickup which was scheduled for 2nd September. To my surprise, when the delivery guy came he refused to take back the parcel saying there are only 5 items instead of 6. I tried explaining him the issue but he left without taking the parcel. I had to call Grofer's CC and again after lot of arguments, a pickup was scheduled for 8th September but to my utter dismay it was canceled by Grofer's at the last moment. I have been following up with Grofer's on call/chats but still haven't got any refund....only false assurances. The product was to be gifted to someone but now I can't as it's an incomplete set. It is of no use to me. As a customer I feel cheated.....this happening to me even though I have their membership. My early experience with Grofer's was okay but lately I have experienced dip in their quality of service and ethics. Very bad experience and highly disappointing

GROFERS said they would deliver my order in 4 days, since then they have rescheduled 4 TIMES without reasons and there is no guarantee when we will see our items delivered. Customer Service, though prompt, is unable to help since they cannot do anything except “sternly admonish” responsible teams. Is this how a company that is supposed to deliver essential commodities operates? We waited patiently for 10 days, even if it was rescheduled thrice but this last time we were not even informed via sms. Just saw updated date on app on the day my delivery was supposed to be. I started using Grofers only after the lockdown and before that was using other multinational online platforms for my grocery online purchases . I have done 2 purchases till date from Grofers since May 2020 and so far the experience has been good . I normally order for my senior citizens parents who cannot go down to the basement of the building to collect the deliveries which all other online company delivery boys are demanding and in case of Grofers they are ensuring they come to our flat door and deliver the goods keeping safe distance and they leave once we open the door and take photos. We are happy with the delivery standards as it has made life easy for senior citizens . The attitude of the delivery boy who came both the time was excellent and over all experience with grofers have been really soothing and satisfying.

The delivery agents take the liberty for the time they want to deliver you . I took the slot of 10am to 1pm of a Sunday . I got a call at 7:30 am from the delivery agent to come down from the building and receive the order as the delivery agent said that he has to go other way for the orders and won’t be able to deliver afterwards . I clearly told him that my slot if from 10am to 1pm . He disturbed my sleep for his own motives . I refused to take the order as I was not going to hurry up in the morning and do all the lifting of my stuff from ground floor to 3rd as he was not even willing to leave the order at my door step that is in my complete address with Floor clearly mentioned . At 12 I received a call from the same guy saying that some milk has spil in my ordered items so he will not be able to deliver it today. Clearly from his morning motives I can say he was lying and for the fact that I had 6 tetra packs of milk whose leakage is next to impossible.

I am writing this review after been very frustrated by the way Grofers has been created panic and forcing me to venture out in this scenario for emergency grocery. I placed order on 19th March. This was supposed to be delivered on 25 th March. It got rescheduled to 2nd April then 6th April then 10 April and now 13th April.
I kept on following up with them so I can order from some one else if they cannot deliver but each time they say they will definitely deliver it as mentioned. Now I am in a situation that I need stuff immediately as not all items are available with other vendors so I have to few stores to g t required items. I also want to point out that during this period Grofers kept on opening slots for 72 hour delivery. So not sure my order is getting pushed back so much. Only thing I can think is that they have increased the prices of many items compared to when I have placed the order so may be they are just delaying so I cancel the order. Grofers you got it...I am cancelling the order and the app once I get refund...thanks for creating panic and promoting hoarding of grocery

Please do not order this site. I ordered for the first time ever and the experience was literally horrible. Firstly the delivery was late and after coming back 2 hours later he forgets to bring half of my stuff! So he goes back and comes again. So after 3 complete hours I received my order and when I opened the package, the bread was scrambled completely, the tomatoes were squashed up and don’t all the vegetables were completely destroyed. Only the ladyfingers were fine until I discovered insects in them. And after about an hour of long conversation with the customer executives it comes out they cannot do anything as I have already accepted the order. No refund. Nothing.

I leaving in Mumbai. It’s a metro city but you guys are very bad service for delivery and you can’t get your responsibility. I ordered some items form Grofers and select my delivery date and time it’s after 2 days form the order placed. My Order delayed and Grofers help team say sorry for delayed it’s technical issue we try to solve it. And in Evening Grofers Reschedule my delivery time again for 2 days. I call Customer care and ask why Reschedule my delivery time and he say sorry for inconvenience but it’s automatic done. Again for the next delivery time Grofers says Sorry for delayed. And help desk reply same it’s technical issue we try to solve it.
If you guys Not provide better Service in Mumbai so why we trust on you. If you unable to deliver the product then why you get Order form us. After 2 - 3 days you guys say some products are unavailable. If you deliver right time then this type of problems customers can’t face.
I can’t recommend Grofers to my friends and colleagues. I have no option for rating. You guys can’t deserve 1 star. You deserve -10 star.

The way of delivery of Grofers is not that great as compare to other online sites, I have hardly ever used grofers that much from a couple of months but the last few times I did it the delivery guy got lost and he went to a totally opposite place after my proper conversation. Not only that, they don’t even rap the item very well. And the item is usually not in a great condition. I’m giving this app 4 stars only because I know they will improve this. Rest everything is fine. The delivery usually takes about three to four days to arrive but that’s not the issue the issue is that the delivery item should atless be in a good condition!
I hope u improve this because I want to give u those 5 stars but there should atless be 5 things that I’m happy about! 👍

Charged for undelivered items

I placed order of 13 items with grofers on 30th September and the delivery schedule was after 9:30am the next day but the delivery executive came around 8:00am only. That time I wasn’t around so my husband collected the order. He was not aware about the items and my husband paid him the total amount which was ₹585 (this includes the amount for undelivered items as well). Later when I checked three items were missing but delivery executive took the money for those items also. And also he updated about the delivery at 12:51pm.
I raise this issue with the customer support through chat. I have been breaking my head with them from last two days but they are not at all supportive and giving contradictory statements. Inspite one customer support agreed with my concern and they are aware of the entire chat but they are still not ready to refund the money for those undelivered items and blaming it on the customer. They don’t pay heed to any concerns shared and take things lightly. And this is the second time I am having delivery issues with them. No improvement is seen in their actions.

The delivery slot will then be revised automatically by the server to a slot which is not suitable to you, and when you try to edit the delivery slot it either says that you will be charged money or you cannot edit the delivery slot itself. The result is the delivery man goes back and then once again the groceries are not delivered.
This is a vicious circle, and sometimes important/urgent groceries are not delivered even after 1-2 weeks of placing order. Their GOBD sale is a perfect example. Where they take too much orders and the delivery capacity is 1/100. Sometimes the delivery is allocated to wrong persons too ( not related persons or persons responsible for some other delivery zone), by the server.
Overall pathetic delivery experience, you cannot order urgent groceries (required in 1-2 days) with them. Meat products are also delivered at normal temperature, which creates a question mark on their delivery process.
These feedback have already been communicated to them several times thru chat on their app, however what we get is standard copy paste replies from them, which is not at all concerned to your actual issue.

Everything is fine but still need few improvements:
1) frozen products are never taken care properly....they bring normally without cool bag with other products..so they are always melted or not in good shape... customer care promised me couple of times that they will look the matter in future but all futile.
2)items like Maggie, biscuits always come crumbelled... Without air in it..
3) At the time of scheme periods that is month's starting, middle of the month and at month's end Grofers delivery is very poor as compared to other grocery sites....for delivery Grofers take 3-4 or sometimes 5 days to deliver order and other sites takes a day to deliver their orders.

I always use to order from Big Basket and First even time i use these People.. First of all you wont find many Brands, Second of all its a very delayed delivery, and after all this too i was waiting for my groceries to get delivered and so pathetic service that they are send me the delivery Boy number and claiming that order is out for delivery. Its 11pm already hence I called this Guy to find out where did he reached and he refused stating Mam You have ordered so many items and I was asked by my office to Ignore your order.. wow !! Like really ??? Here I am waiting for my groceries for which I have already paid and these people are just ignoring my order.
Highly disappointed and will unistall once i receive my money..

It was very unpleasant experience i had order all grocery items and it was required on urgent basis but firstly they have pushed the order delivery by two days back, it was suppose to deliver by monday but i received on wednesday and I don’t understand purchased all the items and also already paid via online mode and all the items and it was packed and also out for delivery then i received a message that products are out of stock. I am surprised how it would be possible i am doing online shopping from so many years but haven’t had this type of experience with any of the ecommerce site. Yes if you have not brought and its in your case then i can understand but here i had paid the amount and it was all ready and then I received nothing at at the time of delivery I received only 5 products where i supposed to get around 15 items and they said its out of stock and worst customer service experience, they are doing nothing just automatic reply and same wording even you ask anything from them.

Had all items ready. Stayed up until midnight to get the order through for the supposed cash back. Order was ready before 12 that night but card wasn’t getting accepted which made me pay by cash. With attentive trials I was a minute after the deal time. Stupid errors during card payment. Worst payment experience.
Did receive a message from grofers that cashback will be added to account after delivery. Now the executives say that the order was made after the deal so no cashback.
Why the hell did they send a msg after the order was placed that cashback would be given? They shouldn’t have sent the message. This is straight away cheating to avoid loss on their end. I’m hurt terribly. I’m never going to order from them again.
Worst quality almost ration card quality. Better to buy from big basket for a nominal higher price rather than from grofers.
Customer service takes hours to respond but we are expected to wait and reply after so many hours.
Please don’t get cheated like me. Compare prices with big basket. Quality is better with big basket. Buy from them. They keep their word and much better customer service with them.
