I purchased a pair of earbuds from Blinkit, but the audio quality is extremely poor and does not meet basic expectations. When I contacted Blinkit customer support, instead of helping with a replacement or resolution, I was told to contact the manufacturer directly. This was disappointing because the product was purchased through Blinkit, and customers expect support when they receive a defective or low-quality item.
The product quality is unsatisfactory, and the after-sales support experience was equally frustrating. I expected better customer service and accountability from Blinkit. I would not recommend purchasing this product based on my experience.
