Worst experience

Bought four dressses and i had to escalate back to back for the delivery of items and i got few items delivered more than a week later due date.

After delivery was the main headache as they were least bothered to pick ul the item which was requested for return and its been more than three weeks now still no update .we have ti call cus care day in and out and out and all they say is within 24-48 hours it will be picked up which will not happen.

Such a bad service !!!!

India’s top online shopping services like myntra,flipkart,jabong ,amazon provide best and quality deliveries to their customers.But hopscotch gives very pathetic and unsatisfactory experiences .they don’t care customers.poor quality customer care .They never deliver ordered and paid items at right time.i got my items after 24th day of order.customer service executives are always lying.When they join with blue dart courier, don’t expect your ordered things ever..🤣..you never get it.especially in Kerala .0/5 ratings...really hate this app now

Terrible Customer Service

Customer service is terrible. It’s been a week and a damaged package hasn’t been picked up. They keep saying 24 to 48 hours but nothing is actually being done about it and they are refusing to give me my refund until it is picked up. Have used hopscotch a lot over the years and have noticed quite a decline over the last few months. Will definitely think twice before using it again.

I have placed order seeing that product will be delivered in 2-3 days . I have placed one order for my brothers daughter bday. Placed order on 16 nov expecting it to be delivered by 19 but even after 23 product is not delivered. My order was cancelled last minute without any notification

I had placed order for 3 personalised christmas tees for kids for a special occasion. It didn’t show as pre-order, I had assumed that i will recieve it on time and make all the three kids wear the same tees for there Nanu’s 70th Birthday. I had placed the order on Dec 2, and without any intimation one of the onesis was cancelled and the other 2 kept showing delayed. It’s disgusting that an online shopping brand like Hopscotch has no values clients needs. Now even if I order elsewhere it would atleast take 3-4 working days. I was such a Hopscotch user and kept telling my friends to use it as it was so convenient but I am really taken aback, will never recommend anyone to shop here now. If u’ll can’t procure such personalised stuff, u’ll should not keep it on ur portal. Really disgusted with this kind of behaviour.
