Terrible customer support
The support team is not helpful in anyway. They don’t have sufficient information about the account or details of the transactions. They just apologise for everything as they couldn’t help. The person from support team takes almost 10 minutes for each reply and after 10 minutes, he will come back with asking me more details. Again after long time, you will just get apologise. Nothing more than that. It is terrible and really frustrating. After 2hrs I didn’t get any results.

The app is a total waste
Its clearly mentioned in their guidelines, that for referring friends we get 5€ coupons first two times. I referred two friends, and then forgot about it. One day, Wolt itself gave me those coupons without even me knowing. So, I tried to use them. Guess what? They are saying that I abused a discount code or something. I haven't even opened the app after that referral. Why bring such stupid gimmicks if no one can use them anyways? Or is it a system bug…which makes it even worse🤡

First time experience using the app in Copenhagen and there were several aha moments throughout the flow.

Worse than Glovo 100%
No refund policy. If your order arrived cold and delivery was delayed, they won’t take responsibility. They will blame restaurant and ask to call them, of course no refund will be provided. Moreover, any missing item in your order, you have to prove it and wait for support agent for 1 HOUR!!! If you won’t react on their message within 5 minutes, you will have to start over and explain it again. All that hassle for few bucks and wasted meal.
I’m not new user, got 100+ orders with them. It’s always been a problem, they will never solve it. It’s part of their business, to scam people.

Horrible customer support
Extreme rubbish customer support… I placed an order which I got almost after 1 hour of delay for that i raised a complaint and the system called Marta offered me a credit of 60 dkk. i still was happy that i got compensated for the mistake which wolt did. I tried to order some other day im combination of the credit i got but was unable to use that and after trying for multiple times and it failing again and again, i gave up and started a conversation for that asking why the hell i am not able to place order with that credit. Then after waiting for 3 plus hours, the system naming Marta replied that I have misused vouchers which i dont know when the hell i used any without any explanation and the chat was closed.
Guys you need to answer this.

Avoid ordering from Wolt if you are a traveler
I came to Denmark and ordered food from
Wolt. After 50 mins the food was marked delivered and it was never delivered. There is absolutely no way you will be able to get your money back. They don’t have a support number for customers, they don’t respond to chat or emails. I lost 300+ DKK it seems on charity to Wolt.

The customer support is terrible. The app displays a delivery time that is never accurate. When you try to reach customer care, they don’t respond. After waiting for two hours, they cancel your order without any explanation, claiming it’s damaged. It took them two hours to discover the order was damaged? Really? Racist customer support!
Ordered food from a restaurant. Received burnt items! Complained this to the support. They said they can’t take responsibility! Seriously!!! And the customer support person send a Georgian slur or something in the chat and deleted at the moment! The worst app I have ever used. I would not recommend anyone to use this or purchase their subscription. Since even if you purchase Wolt premium you still would not get most of the restaurants for free delivery!

Irresponsible support people.
Orders Doesn't come on time . App shows food is delivered but it is actually not delivered . If asked for cancellation Wolt customer support care asked me to contact restaurant 🤓 and when I called restaurant they asked me to contact Wolt to cancel it 🥸. These people are horrible they say that delivery is managed by restaurant and restaurant says it is Wolt . I think this Wolt app is the worst app to use in poland I fed up with it and uninstalling is for my own mental health ..
To the Wolt food is something that keep humans relax and I good mood . But it is horrible and frustrated when orders from you. I wish you go to Hell with hunger

Bad customer experience
Wish I could rate less than this. A pathetic customer experience. They said they waited for 15 minutes, but we received call only in the last minute. Immediately we called back, but the courier did not pick up. Then he says, he said he already left. They say they left the food at a random place, but it was not there. They also marked the order as delivered and also charged us the whole amount. The whole process seems suspicious

Always keep an eye on your order
It’s good to keep an eye on your order. I placed an order at a restaurant less than 2 Kms from my place with a delivery timing of 20-30 mins. After waiting for close to 90 mins (the delivery timing kept updating in the app), I pinged support to understand the situation and they just cancelled the order saying there was no one for pickup. It was close to 10.30 pm when the order was cancelled.
There was no empathy in realising the customer wanted something to eat and they’re effectively cancelling what the app was standing for without even checking-in if it’s ok!
Adding insult to injury, the team says “have a great evening!” to close the conversation 🤣
The lack of empathy was a fascinating customer service experience for me.

I have been trying to login to the app, and I get mobile number incorrect message. FYI I have a german mobile number (vodafone) spanning 13 digits. Just wondering if there is a validation behind based on no.of digits cause 13 digits number is not very common here.

Delivery boy never find location and we always have to go to the road.
Whatever the problem is they only reply that we apologize sir. That’s all.
