Do not purchase any non-returnable products and do not go by the product image

the product as in image and the product I received are completely different. the description says one fabric and u receive some other fabric product. and when u raise a concern they simply ignore and close it saying it is a non returnable product. Neither they are actively available through customer chat or call or email.

I’ve purchased a top from them and I got some size issue they said they can’t exchange you have to go with return soo I do and then they take more then promise date to process.. then they not refunded my full amount after that I ordered again the same top with extra charges because I got the refund on my wallet and it’s been passed 13 days and I didn’t get my order when I connect to customer care they just say sorry that it’s all about logistics issues what a pathetic service they provided hell app worst experience ever 😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I ordered 2 items with extra delivery charges and was waiting patiently… but they are sending me only 1 item saying the item got out of stock… why the hell U ppl show product available when it is not !! And when I said y should I give extra delivery charge only for one item… they gave me lame answer to refuse the product at time of delivery!!! Is this a solution?????

SCAM, Not trustworthy, CHEATER

I received an empty package from Cilory instead of the clothes, but the customer care representative told me that this is not possible as they do quality check before sending the item. First, they cheat and second, they don't accept that someone inside the company running a scam and cheating. When you don’t accept that the customer only received empty packages, you are encouraging your employees to do more scams. So people, please be careful. Don’t use Cilory. Cilory is a scam. Once they cheat you, you won’t get any response from their team despite sending multiple emails and WhatsApp messages. Doesn’t worth the risk.

Please don’t install Cilory. There is no guarantee that you will receive your order like me. Save your hard-earned money and use another online platform. Cilory is not trustworthy. Be careful about it, they won't return your money as well.

I placed order. Done payment in advance. Received SMS and App update saying item delivered. Had couple of calls with support team. They said they will revert in 48 hours. But neither they reverted, did not returned my amount. I had booked 2 sarees worth Rs 1600. NEVER TRUST CILORY.

Worst app ever

Keeping aside the product, I want to state that the service is totally third class. The product was delivered to me at my home address but it did not fit me. So I wanted to return it. Now the customer care says that it can’t be picked up from my home address as it doesn’t come under the service zone. Now they as asking me to courier the product for which I will be reimbursed up to rs 120, not more than that. I don’t understand how you can deliver at a certain address and not pick up from there. This is a fraud app and I believe all the good ratings are biased and fake. I advise not to ever buy from this app.

Cilory is totally a fraud company I ordered a track pants and due to size issue I returned it in original condition and later after the pickup when the product had reached to them they they rejected it by saying I have sent them a used product, I don’t know what had happened with the product, but instead of investigating with the pickup tram they directly blaming to its customers, please don’t order anything from this fraud online shopping company, go with Amazon or Flipkart they are far better and in this after the pickup there is no customers responsibility you will get the refund. Boycott cilory.

I have cheated through this aap they tricked me , n deduct 1499 rupees from my bank account, going to fill case against this website,

They said u can transfer ur money from transfer option from ur cilory wallet to personal bank account, as I entered my pin money has been deducted from wallet n start showing 0 but still not reflecting any money in my personal account number.

Also deduct 1499 from bank account, they trapped me .

I recently ordered a dress. The quality was ver bad and itchy. So I requested for return. There was no response from them for quite few days. When I contacted customer service, they said that I myself need to courier the dress to an address with my money. Not only the product is good but I need to pay extra for returning.

Very good purchasing app

I have purchased a variety of items like cloths, artificial jewellery and few more from cilory. Their service is very good compared to other apps. Their return policy is the best. Sometimes artificial jewellery gets damaged on transit. But they take it back in return and refund if there is any defect seen. Only thing is that, exchange is not available if we need to change for a different size. I recommend this app for everyone who wants quality items and hassle free returns

Pathetic experience

They have the worst customer relationship executives. They will never talk to you in properly. Their courier guys will nt call you and even if they call they ll disconnect nd return back the courier with meassge as refused by customers. Totally bogus way of doing business with them. Quite impressed

I waited for 2-3 times of purchase before writing a review. Honestly I m very impressed by their delivery and return policy. Each time my parcel came the next day of placing order and return happened the same day. Even refund was initiated the same day. So would really recommend the app. The stuff is as it shows in the pic. Quality may differ. But over all I m very satisfied and will buy again.

Good Products and Fast Delivery

I ordered 2 suit fabrics from Cilory, both are delivered on time and quality is good. I ordered a pack of 3 tshirts as well, this time also delivery was fast, however there is a small defect in one of the tshirts and I’ll raise a return request for it.

Disappointed reading the reviews

Reading the reviews has made me so disappointed that I won't make any purchase from this app. You need to realise that if so many customers are unhappy with your service then you really should restructure your policies. Just responding in sugar coated words will not make you better. You need some actionable plans to improve yourself.

Customer satisfaction should be your priority. Seems that’s last on your list. Bad!

I think its the worst and slowest online shopping app till date..Its return policy and service is so slow that u will have to forget that U have returned something. Worthless!!!! Worst experience ever

I ordered three dresses from this website and then quality was soo cheap!!! And there is no return policy either !!!! I called them for the return policy they say they don't have number of cilory !!!! and these ppl are so arrogant towards customers !!!! Thy barely speak English fluently !!!! I was connected to Haripriya ,she was so arrogant to me !!! They have no manners !!!! No proper soft skills !!!! Thy always gave me wrong numbers of local office !!!! Disappointed

My experience with cilory is quite disappointing.. I give one star as the product was delivered in time, I didn't liked the material so placed a request for return and since then m just writing to them next i contacted the customer care... 3days was assured so i waited and still waiting....
