Great app but huge difficulty making the payment
Tried multiple payment options on the website , checked with banks, but Kidslox teams is not open to check if there is any issue at their end.
Wish you’ll were a bit more open- minded towards resolving issues at your end. Multiple cards, multiple banks and multiple users, not everyone would be wrong.

Doesn’t support for Windows desktop
This parental control doesn’t support for Windows desktop personal computers. We can not control the child’s windows desktop or laptop machine through Kidslox app present on Parent’s mobile.
Child’s windows personal computer or laptop doesn’t come in Parent’s Kidslox parental mobile app under ‘Supervised Devices’. We have to control, parent has to login into child’s desktop or laptop. So it is not useful.

Security concern
When I am trying to install profile app is asking permission to allow admin at child lock to remotely configure and control my device. This seems to be a security and privacy concern. My phone is open and vulnerable to the app developer. Clarify it

Hideous
I downloaded this app and set everything up including the restrictions. After a while i decided to delete it and my apps are still restricted which means my access to social media and other important apps are blocked. I need immediate solution.

Very disappointed support
I couldn’t access the app for the last 2 days. It says incorrect password suddenly. The forget password reset link doesn’t get email. It says email sent and shows my email but no email is received so far. I wrote to support but no help or I did not even hear back from them.
