Unable to Book HbA1c in Iphone 12 Mini

I am using Goqii app in my Iphone 12 Mini and after taking paid subscription I am eligible for a free HbA1c test but the app is having some bug it seems. It is not allowing me to book the test as Select State, City and Pin is not giving any values to choose and so test booking is not proceeding.

Changes coaches frequently just takes away all the trust you’ve built and the motivation that both have worked hard upon.

Hi guys. I am sharing my experience. I purchased 3 products from app. On 5 August 2022. They all turned out to be stale and unusable. I contacted support. I am still waiting for any resolution so far.
This makes me realize they are scammers and scarp seller. All the kachra they purchased from various companies, will be dumped on us. There is no customer support. I raise multiple request and no one is even bothered to help.
Please be careful nothing beats Amazon. At least I terms of returns and customer support.

My first smart watch and it couldn’t have been any better for me. Very easy to use, light weight and sleek. It’s been just a few days and I regret not investing in a tracker earlier. Navigating is very easy and all of our health parameters are just a touch away. Overall a nice experience so far and I now hope I am able to achieve the health goals I have set for myself. Haven’t faced any technical or compatibility issues with my iPhone either. Very reasonable price for the product. You also get to talk to a Doctor or a coach for any assistance whatsoever. I hope GOQii customer support stands by me if ever I need any assistance.

Regarding the product (GOQii smart vital lite):
I have purchased this after a long research. Brilliant product I must say, very light weight, exactly how a smart watch should be, coz we will wearing it all days long. I love the interface. heart rate monitor is accurate. SPO2 is also accurate, step counts are almost accurate. We can change the wallpaper from phone’s gallery .strap quality is also good.
Regarding the App:
App works great with minimum to no disconnection at all. 3 month personal assistance is a great add on.

UI is poor, doesn’t work properly with I phone. First page of the app does not have statistics rather have advertisement of their products. Every now and then sale flashes on the screen. Does not record calories burnt during tennis mode (opposite of what they advertise). Doesn’t calculate calories intake from food. Chat with the coach does not work properly there is a partial message display sometimes and it does not refresh quickly Food logs does not indicate anything about the calories we ate On the whole not satisfied with the way app works I am also not recommending for for anyone it feels like a cheap product with obviously a poor interface

Not sure what to classify this as, a health service with a free watch, or a watch with a health service. The health service is great, the consultant allocated to me does a great job in following up. The product (watch) can be improved, the UI needs to be better, the UX piece needs improvement - many times the watch does not respond as well as you would like, sync needs to be better, it does not sync older dates/steps properly.

The watch is amazing and it’s application is so user friendly, easy to use and understand.I can easily track my health related parameters like SpO2 and blood pressure. It even monitors my sleep profile and even I can consult doctors which give me proper advice for my health fitness. I have been using the app for the last 3 years now. Good aspects 1. Coaching services are good at the price point. Have improved over time. 2. Interesting and engaging content 3. Wide variety of products in market place Areas of improvement 1. App is full of bugs and difficult to navigate 2. App crashes 4 to 5 times before any log can be made. 3. The customer support is very difficult to reach, even for a paid user like me. Call center calls back only during working hours and if you don't pick up, leaving important meetings, the call is closed after blaming the customer for not receiving calls.

Started using the GOQii from 8days very good product it give accurate Oxygen (SPO2) in line with Oxymeter, shows correct steps and other workouts. The best part is battery comes for 4days with continuous usage. With reference to BP measurements there is deviation between GOQii vs normal BP machine variation range 10-15%. Only cons is if watch gets switched off it needs to kept in charging mode and you cannot switch on instantly in charging mode. Overall good product and recommend for all sports and health freak people .

Keeps crashing randomly on my iPhone 8. The click on data->steps just kills the app. The larger problem is on apple instead of feeding your data to health app, it pulls data from it. So one the health app does not get any data from GOQii app, but if you have another pedometer app on your phone, your steps gets doubled in GOQii app. That’s my observation.

I am using this watch since a week and I have observed a few things about this watch …..
The smartwatch comes with an aesthetic look and a very precise design which makes it easy to carry in most of the conditions , it has a very professional look .
Apart from the looks and design , there are some vital salient features as well such as blood pressure monitoring which gives pretty accurate reading as I have compared those readings with the actual machine and another feature it has is the SpO2 meter , which is a essential one nowadays .

Ian writing this review after using the product for almost a month, it is easy to use, the battery runs for 4 days and it rightly tracks the foot steps at least and also as part of its first 3 months subscription you will get free personal coaching and I was really impressed with the person whom I connected with, as they promptly reached out to me exactly on the schedules time and did what she was supposed to do the right way, very prompt and professional, I also scheduled a call with doctor and he was professional as well and was able to address my concerns appropriately, the experience was much better than the ones we get on doctor’s other virtual online platforms, I was impressed. Coming to the accuracy of the device’s reading especially spo2 and heart rate, I am not sure how accurate it is and haven’t tried comparing it with doctor’s actual equipment, if that turns out to be accurate then I will rate this device a full 5 stars without any doubt

The watch was delivered on time with good packing. It comes with three different bands with a self-locking mechanism which is very easy to change the band without any hassles. The screen size is a bit small for the number of features that it supports. Only a few Screen wallpaper are available to change watch faces. The watch screen is so delicate that it was broken on the same day of delivery just with a small hit with a football. There is green color light for the pulse/temperature sensor that keeps on glowing frequently even after disabling the feature from the mobile app. The watch comes with 3 months of free dietician consultation and it is really awesome as Dr. calls you once you create your profile and start using the watch.

I have been using this app for last 04 months. Very good app to monitor all your health logs and different type of suggestions and lectures given by doc. I am using this app on my iPhone. I have found some issues with the app i.e when I connect my GOQii watch with my phone through Bluetooth my keyboard didn’t pop up if I want to use google app for typing something. Secondly if u are not wearing ur watch then the step count recoded through other app get reduced when u sync your watch with phone. Rest all is fine.

I have been GOQii player since past more than three years. I must say that initially I thought that it was just for the sake of some exercises or 10 k steps ie. walking a day etc. After some time when I had regular chat with my coach from time to time I came to know that it’s for healthy living life. I really appreciate the efforts taken by my GOQii coach especially Ms. Preeti Gerg. She has been my friend, my advisor and my mentor in all this journey towards healthy living. She went on adding few habits which I tried to follow and the results started showing up. I reduced 4 kg over the period of time and my all the blood reports were very good.

Am a goqii follower for more than 2 years . I had purchased goqii band and used it for my healthy well being. The band was damaged after about 1.5 years in swimming pool. Somehow it created a void as i got habituated with the daily routine. Again I purchased upgraded band and gifted it to my wife. There are daily reminders you can set for drinking water , for walking or getting active. There are qualified coaches who guide you to live a healthy life and advise exercise according to your lifestyle. There are healthy readings also available. This product has great value for money. The bands come with amazing battery life. I could see date, time which is common in all watches...additionally I could track my sleep automatically, blood pressure which we can measure whenever required and that will reflect in the app, oxygen level, heartbeat, temperature and 6mutliple alarms which will vibrate. We could see regular videos posted by experts about lifestyle, good health tips, tutorial on healthy readings, etc. Also You get calls, SMS, WhatsApp and other app notification. Goqii band also have a concept of karma points which we can donate for a noble cause.

App is as good and as bad as their device

GOQii device itself is not as accurate as it should have been. Blood pressure sensor is not reliable at all. Ditto for heart rate sensor. Steps counting is not much better either. I have been using it daily to count my daily steps since the device was launched and it recorded good account on my iPhone. But after about a year of use, most of my step records are absolutely inaccurate. I am thinking of discarding GOQii device since it is pointless to use it for the purpose I bought it. Because it does not accurately reflect, neither does it show nor it keeps records of steps I have walked on my iPhone. Useless.

This product has great value for money. Their bands come with amazing battery life and it is fairly accurate in measuring heart rate and blood pressure. The steps count is very accurate. But more than the band, it the service and platform that helps you to achieve your fitness goals. This is my second goqii band - the first one broke :( - and I find it much easier to use compared to before. The app is also updated to be smooth functionally. Lots of features in the app keep us engaged. Also, they have a large community which is constantly growing.

I have been using GOQii since last 1 year and a half. If I look back and see the changes I have made is numerous. I want to jot down the most important points.
1. Overcome my depression and asthma issues by changing lifestyle issues and forming good eating habits.
2. I was not able to walk much, now I walk close to 7-8 km daily from Monday to Saturday, and participate in GOQii Active Sunday to do exercise with like minded people.
3. Do 1.5 hrs of exercise daily, I could achieve this after doing daily exercises suggested by GOQii coaches for an year. Now this has become my habit.
4. Overcome my habit of eating junk foods.
5. Practice mindful eating.
6. Lost weight and achieved ideal weight.

Coach is very helpful for analyzing your food logs, you eating habits, workouts. My coach also helped me for preparing my high altitude treks, 10k-15k runs. In Nov 16 , I took up GOQii , initially it bit boring, once with help coaches guidance interest started. In the binging the coach started advising me regarding the kind of meal ideal for me. Then she also start pushing me for activity I should do.
Evangeline is excellent coach, she encourage me to identify mywellness vision, motivators, obstacles, and strategies to overcome obstacles, and commit me to improving my wellness.
