My ride was cancelled 3 times

After waiting for over 10 mins for each ride, the driver would cancel it! It took nearly 30 mins for a driver to finally arrive. I could have walked but I had if I had no luggage.

It’s convenient... but now Jugnoo charges really high... initially to attract customers it had very fair rates but now they charge high... sometimes the drivers don’t come to the exact location and argue about the location captured by google maps... they are not ready to understand that google will not take the location house number wise...

At the time of booking just enter the destination and it shows your ride has been accepted and it’s on the way to pick you
But what about fare details ?
When you enter your destination it should show the estimated fare, right ? But it doesn’t

They display a certain fare, then when you reach the destination the fare displayed is never the same, its always hiked up, always and not just by 5-10 rupees but by 30-40 rupees. You think you get a wallet amount for referral and newbies, but they are hell smart, they will hike the fare so much after you reach the destination that even if 20rs is deducted from the wallet you still have to pay lot more than at what price you booked. Seriously use ola or uber. It’s pathetic. Never going to use this app again

The customer representatives are always there to understand the problem and not to repeat the same thing again and again. The estimated fare shown is always less than the actual fare and everytime i complain to the customer representative, he/she repeats same thing of the fare getting charged according to your trip. While booking the Vehicle from location other than permanent residence address message of location issue comes as the location do not match with those available in App menu . Better , if Passenger can guide the driver by calling and giving the exact location . But now it is not permitted as per today experience . So I had to book another cab . Help number to book the ride by phone by all ready registered user may be useful and is suggested .
Otherwise experience is good .

App is good I suffered down time various time on it but overall its good.
The main problem is related to payment acceptance by riders they always ask whether payment is through cash at the time of booking and mostly they avoid (or say me to cancel) the ride if payment is through digital mode I know auto drivers rely on cash for various reasons but it’s back office job to train them properly and guide them to use digital payment methods. Their main expenses are like petrol gas etc They can easily use the digital money recieved from Custmer over such places.
You people should encourage them and teach them how to manage reciepts and expenses recieved through any mode.

Very much unprofessional as far as drivers are concerned.

I was charged 10/- for cancelling the ride. The reason was the driver switched off his phone and did not turn up for 15 minutes. After I cancelled the ride his phone was switched on.
