Hi Team,
I am a very frequent user of freecharge app, but most of the time I login and close the app without doing any recharge just because the particular recharge amount is not listed in the list. This heppens with me specially in Jio’s case. Also, there should be freedom to type in a recharge amount which we have confirmed from the operator, but it doesn’t allow us to do that. Kindly make the relevant changes and also allow one option to chat with a live agent in case of any urgency.

I would say, being a frequent user of this app, I manage to utilise the app twice or thrice every month without fail. They have got unique offers for regular users where you’ll get cashback of Rs.10-75 at times for a minimal recharge of your bills/payments. I think the app is fast and very accurate but at times, it gets slowed down too for some reason. Still I believe they have doing good for the users so far and on a similar patch to Paytm, their counterpart inthe competition.
