The Country Club mobile application allows users to browse and locate updated Country Club properties (Resorts, Hotels, Clubs and Fitness centers) all across the globe. Users have convenient buttons to call, email or look up properties on a map. Users can also view available resort photos as well.

Country Club / Country Vacations members can login with their Country Club account credentials or with facebook or google if the email that we have matches the same facebook/google email.

Members can instantly view profiles, pay your membership/annual maintenance fee and book holidays real-time with instant confirmation voucher.

Still not received membership cards

I’m in Qatar, Despite paying all money for membership, I didn’t receive membership cards. When I asked them they told me that they closed Qatar branch , hence they told me to come to Hyderabad, India for picking cards. Later they told me will send to Qatar. So far I did not receive membership cards nor they responding to my mail thereafter.

Fraudsters

The art of ignoring customers should be learnt from the country club.especially thane branch.nobody receives call and if call is received nobody helps. This people only lure their customers into buying fancy packages and ask for money on every next planning. Customer care Number never receives calls. Stupid app doesn’t work. Bunch of fraudsters.

25 Years fraud company

I don’t know how they still doing business more than 25 years with only frauds, they loot money from customers, The employees of this company are worth of getting Aakar award for their acting while convincing people to take membership, once you paid money you will be ignored, after taking membership with paying big amount again they will ask money for each service, it is totally fraud company, I don’t recommend to anybody.

Very bad service by the agents. Professionally trained to dupe people of money. And false promise making by them. They hype a lot about providing services but do not deliver the same. Lot of fake promises made by them.

Simply superb service

I have a great experience. Service was really awesome. Food was great . Thanks to the country club staff and management. Hotel Amrutha Castle it’s really superb 👌🏻.

Me and my family was enjoyed a lot . My children 👶 was enjoying with swimming 🏊 pool a lot of time.

Pathetic app

In the earlier version app crashed when user scrolls through resort listing. In this version app crashes and relaunches as soon as start typing something to search in resorts. Extremely irritating and bad experience.

This is total fraud company including its sales and marketing teams . They make lots of promises but don't have guts to honour them.

Their sales team Tarannum and Ravinder ( 90-63-973465) tricked me into buying the membership by promising lots of things. But in reality it's a total bogus company. I can't believe they are surviving.

4 properties closed

I bought a 30 years holiday membership 2 years before. They already have very less properties and within a last 2 years they have closed 4 more properties in Puri, Kasauli, Kanha and Udaipur. I would not wonder if in next 5-10 years they will left with no properties. So dont buy the membership.

Superb holiday

The accommodations and amenities are really good. Staff is very courteous and friendly. I recommend everyone to become a member. One of my best holidays I have taken till date . All the best country club u guys are doing a great job . Keep it up

I liked te app as it shows all my memebership details, my histroy and all transactions.

I am giving 1 star less because it lacks to give update of events happening at my club or a club i prefer to get updates.

Please provide event updates and facilities provided updates at a particular club that we search for.
