This is the world's most rubbish airline which has no faith there is a stigma on the name of the airline. I don't know why the Saudi govt has given it the license. I want to give one suggestion personally to the Saudi govt. You people are Arabs, you might have forgotten this long ago. I had previously purchased a ticket through the Flynas app. I packed my luggage in two boxes as per the instructions given by the Flynas app. But during the check in process, the Flynas employee told me to pack my luggage in three packages!!! I told him that I packed my luggage based on the information given by Flynas. But he didn't even try to listen to me.. Such a bad employee!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have never experienced such bad behavior from any other airline employee!!!!

Very bad experience with flynas
Regarding hand baggage. Hand baggage’s were collected because cabin has not provided facility to keep atleast 3 hand baggage for 3 passengers of that row. The people asked us not to board the flight, if you are not handling us the hand baggage’s. You go and inform the flynas office , I cannot give the hand baggage’s so I won’t fly. What kind of service are you providing to us. As we have to board from Mumbai to Coimbatore. If the baggage’s are missing how will I get my bags.

No value for your seat reservation
I booked my seat in first row aisle side and that’s what I prefer for my travel. I paid 200 SAR extra for this seat and i was asked to move because they had a handicap person on board.
Isn’t that airline issue? And why peoples are not thinking while booking the seats for their parents instead of disturbing the other passengers?
Very disappointed and i will never book this airline again. I paid extra fornothing
