State of the art worst app. Hardly it happens i find a caller tune. When u don't have the proper hello tunes, particularly the one which is searched then why r u showing off. U guys almost waste my precious hour whenever i go for setting hello tune but disappointingly i never get the proper piece of the required song. This app is no more than a pack of garbage. Shame!!!!!

Disappointed with Paid-Only Playback
Earlier, Wynk used to be one of the best music apps because we could enjoy songs for free (with ads). Now, it doesn’t even let us play songs without paying for a subscription. This is very disappointing for long-time users. At least provide some free access to music instead of forcing payment for everything. Please bring back the old experience!

Wynk: A Poor service provider
The Airtel free premium subscription with Wynk was discontinued to my sudden discovery One day, when I tried starting my day with Hanuman Chalisa and suddenly my playlist disappeared. I was not extended the courtesy of going in for a fresh paid subscription. This is rude and unprofessional service without prior or proper notice. You just remove the playlist and premium services. My earlier issue was that downloaded songs would just disappear from the account and despite complaining there was no action. also, certain songs were listed with error in the description. There was no response to that complaint also. Poor show by Wynk so deleting the app forever so deleting the app forever. Not worth it! unprofessional management and staff.

Good App but Not user friendly now the way it was
I've been using Wynk Music for a while and generally enjoy the app's features and song selection. However, there are a couple of recent developments that have been quite frustrating.
Firstly, when I'm driving, it's inconvenient and unsafe to have to unlock my phone just to change the music. This really needs a solution, like more driver-friendly controls or the ability to change songs without unlocking the phone.
Additionally, the recent push to download a separate app not just for searching, but also for changing songs while the phone is locked, is bothersome. I understand the need for ads and other monetization efforts, but forcing users to download another app for basic functionality is a step too far. It complicates what should be a simple and seamless experience.
I hope Wynk addresses these issues soon, as they significantly impact the user experience.

Absolutely worst app
I had wynk music for quite a long time. It was the best music streaming platform out there. But now this app has been degrading slowly. Now it forces users to download xstream play app to play any songs, removed all the download songs that I previously had. Could not found my favourite singers in this app anymore. I can just set their music as hello tunes which is very insulting. They ask us to pay premium for what? There’s nothing left in this app to worth purchasing this app for. This app became the worst streaming platform out there. Uninstalling this app to get rid of all the headache i have to endure to play my favourite music. There are simpler better apps out there which are getting better n better. Please stop forcing users to download worthless apps and improve your music library.

Regarding songs
Few days back I have all my songs exactly the number is 829 songs and I have premium enable. And the next day when I open my Wynk music app to listen songs, which I downloaded From online those songs all are gone only I have 178 in numbers. Where all those remaining songs went I didn’t done anything like formatting or resetting the app I haven’t done. And as well Telugu songs lists are not showing properly these days to listen favourite songs also it’s not showing the name. So please look into this

I keep losing my songs
Look I love Wynk music My most used music app then anything on my phone - but many times and everytime when you release an update I keep loosing my downloaded songs my saved playlists for my travel purposes - while I am going for a walk - getting a relief for my stress - for my every emotion I have made my playlists I just lost 400+ songs - many songs were gone from my playlists - there are some amazing songs which I saved or downloaded which I don’t even remember the names of the songs are gone just like that - I told this many times - why you keep making this mistake over and over again - I don’t wanna go away from Wynk Music - But also I don’t wanna suffer - please Don’t make a mess of My Wynk Music Playlists and Downloads which are my valuable Properties more than my life which I love the most - lost Krewella Team - some micheal Jackson’ songs -Mahesh Khaleja Movie music Album - and many more which I couldn’t even remember all 400+ songs gone like that - makes my heart stop everytime you guys come up with an update 😢

Great but lot of things need to be fixed
1. Make personalised recommendations better. This can be done by: (a) Making a list of liked music by Wynk fans and recommend them what kind of music similar users listen. (b) Ask for their date of birth and play music from that era mostly. 2. While playing a song, do some music setting changes for few seconds like which gives a little ‘चोट’ to their heart (they will be enjoy more then music) and then resume the settings.
3. Make AD experience better. Don’t play full screen Ad. Rather overlay Ad over music screen such that Ad will be in centre of screen and rest of the music screen remain visible translucently. ————————————Thank you—————————

I’ve been using Wynk Music for a while now, and while the app has a lot of potential, there are some significant issues that need addressing. The most notable problem is the lack of trending songs. It’s quite frustrating to open the app, expecting to find the latest hits, only to discover that many of them are missing. This is especially true for the current top charts and newly released tracks.
While Wynk Music offers a decent selection of songs across various genres, the absence of trending music seriously impacts the overall user experience. For a music streaming service to compete effectively, it needs to keep its library updated with the latest and most popular songs, which is currently a major shortfall for Wynk.
On a positive note, the app has a user-friendly interface and good sound quality. However, until Wynk Music improves its catalog by including more trending and up-to-date songs, it will struggle to keep users satisfied.

Airtel users have to download wynk app to set hello tunes , if this is the only option then why there is a need to advertise it before playing hellotune after all we have this the only option. I think we set hellotunes for the callers for whichever be the reason . As soon as gana copy krne k liye advertisement starts our phone starts ringing , then whats the benefit , they are not able to heart it anyways , is this the case that do we need to make them wait deliberately for some time to hear it please remove that audio promotion.

Hi same comment as below after updating phone to ios 16. I’ve been using Wynk for past several years and never had issue but recently I noticed whenever a new song gets played ,it reflect or give very poor sound quality for at least 10 to 12 seconds and then I get proper sound. I am using other music app as well but none of them having such issues . I tried using app on other iPhone as well but I guess it has some issue with iOS only. 2nd issue .. it stops unexpectedly in iPhone . I had to reinstall.

Please try to bring the old version
I’m using wynk music for a long time. In recent times after the new version released the songs recommendation are not good as old ones. Also I’m unable to choose the next song in the “now playing” page. Older version it was easier to handle. For some time you provided the option to switch to old version, at least try to bring that feature back. If not please upgrade the new version similar to old version key features. Basically we are using the app to listen songs, if the recommendations are not good then it’s of no use.

The app lags so much and is slow that you get frustrated. It’s main focus has become to show random ads rather than play music. If you are just scrolling also it lags so much that you will feel your phone is working on 2G. Don’t use to Apple CarPlay, after it plays some ad it just stops until you go and open the app. So you end up opening the app frequently.
Worst part is it if you have paused a song and close it and then come back to the app it does not start from that song. You have to again either start the playlist or do something else. Another thing that is frustrating is it would randomly insert some song you have never heard under “most played playlist”.

Bug, worst then ever.
I’m using this app from last 5years, before I loved to use this Wynk but now it’s become a worst app, I have more that 500songs in my downloads list, but I can’t listen for entire songs when I click on play all it will to play then after some songs it will app me to play from beginning, and if the songs is not played for 12hours then it will play from the starting, what is the point of download list. And now a days for hello tunes it’s asking me for premium I have done recharge to my Airtel number but still it’s asking subscription, I reached customer care nearly 4-5 times when I reach them they will respond after 1-2 hours later, then they told me to write a email, I don’t understand if they’re not responding in the chat, then how can I expect this issue will be resolved in 1 email?

Beyond expectations
It’s been like minimum 4/5 years since I’m using wynk back then it wasn’t renowned the way it is now, at first I thought it’s just gonna be like others will be in market for few days and then it will vanished from market, since I’m already enthusiastic for airtel, the love for airtel made me use wynk music, now it seems i do love wynk music more than i used to love airtel (meaning) airtel services data calls packages etc, but now there could be a moment that i can live without airtel data calls and all other services but without wynk music impossible

Loving it!
It’s been a wonderful 4 years of journey with Wynk music. All my favourite tracks are available for me here that too in hd sound quality, really really appreciate the developers. I can download and listen to podcasts and also set caller tunes that’s awesome. Just a small request, please add a feature where, if the song is already existing in the playlist and when you try to add it again it should give you a pop up message that “Song already exists in playlist” Thank you!💜

Not so good not so bad
Tried Wynk app songs collection is not that good . Features are missing from the app which will make it more worth for the users . I have been waiting for this feature but it’s not available . 1. User can change mobile number from the logged in account on wynk if they wish to without losing all the saved playlists and downloaded songs so it will just change the mobile number not users songs collection and favourites. 2. When a user search for a particular song on wynk app and found it’s not available on wynk then those particular searches should get noticed by your technical team who adds up songs on wynk and then your technical team should add those songs and reflect in recent search of the user as “song last searched is available now “ kind of message or notification to very user based on their searches . It will make user experience far better and interesting. They will then be more into expecting from wynk to have users favourite music on list of wynk … Kindly reply and confirm if these 2 changes we can see in wynk app . Hopefully we all get to see above additions very soon ..please check both changes mentioned above .kindly revert to my message if you going to consider it..

Support for apple watch series 8
I see that I can use the wynk app on my iwatch, but with very much limited features. Is it not possible for this app to work on my iwatch without my connecting it with iphone ?
Whenever I disconnect my iPhone with iwatch, the app stops working. The reason I’m asking for this feature is, in case of working out I don’t want to carry my phone around for music. I’ve airpods pro 2, so I should be able to simply connect with my watch, and listen to music.
I’m using the cellular version, so I don’t think there should be any problem, however I’m unable to do so.

Great App featuring almost All Recent Popular Songs
It’s a great app however these features are necessary : (1) Sort Playlists by name, date, Last played (2) Create multiple hierarchical personal folders in My Music where playlists can be moved for faster sorted access (3) App crashes or becomes slow to respond to play downloaded music and waits for 3 - 5 minutes before playing a song which is frustrating (4) App can’t handle many downloaded songs like 5000 or above (5) Find songs in certain playlists sorted by year or artists is missing (6) Doesn’t fully classify my downloaded songs i.e. by Artist, Album etc (7) Doesn’t have music classification via genre like Year, Genre ( Pop, Rock, Classical etc) for both it’s own library and also for My Music.

My companion and as well as a friend
It was nice when I downloaded the Wynk music app. At the first place I didn’t knew I could download the songs which I liked/enjoyed throughout the day. And the second I love the way when the Wynk could download the all musics and store it in the app and play it when I feel to listen the music which I preferred . Finally this app made my depression,anger,frustration and ego go like a wind and say bye for all this. I recommend to all people who feel lonely, anger ,frustration at some time ,they must feel free to listen and give a time for the music while they are riding , walking or simply sitting. Therefore I would conclude that this app can make a man to smile or calm his mind .. All the best who listens and have a nice day by listening the songs which they preferred to listen..!!!!

Sell Green peas rather than upgrading
You people have to stop upgrading app. As per the performance starting version of this app is better. I think you should sell this to another entity like which is a better and leading technical giant. you do not have the knowledge about bug fixes please remove your app developers or whoever maintaining this application remove them and recruit who have knowledge about fix the problems. Every time I see in my apps update section I feel “ what is going wrong this time “ and after I open the app what I feel before that was true. What is this yaar nothing is good in this app sometimes it is going to pause the entire songs, sometimes stops working, if a message the customer care they said we will rectify but it’s been some months that is not solved.
So one thing I would say go and do better work because you can’t solve the issue

Waste of money and time
We are wasting money and time using this app, basic requirements are not there in the app when installed two years back it was good now it’s getting worst. You will not find latest released albums, you are forced to play the playlist created by them very limited albums are available that too will old one’s. If you are looking for new releases forget it this is not the place. Also earlier through the playlist if I choose a song go to info I would get to access album now I do not see it. Seems like this company is saving space online with limited songs you will not be entertained here this place is not for music lovers
Also when I choose one language as my preference app still shows other language playlist and albums, it’s not worth a try if company don’t decide to improve changes.

There’s something wrong and nobody at Bharti Airtel seems to care
The app since past few updates has become quite poor; extremely slow in response and plays up all the time. It also keeps crashing and freezing throughout. Plus it seems like Wynk has lost rights to lot of music and doesn’t seem bothered to restore them. Lack of availability of popular songs easily encourages one to switch to other music apps. A limited library is not a successful business model for any music based app. Also, nobody at the back end team seems to care about adding content to caller tunes library when requested. I am sure you people there must’ve your challenges but improving the customer experience can never be neglected.

It’s a BUG in the form of an APP
First of all let’s not call this an “APP” it’s a bug in form of an APP.
Let’s start with some basics and then come to majors.
Basics:-
Playlists disappear when it’s offline, you have to start with an internet connection to see your playlist offline.
While moving songs up and down in queue it automatically goes to it’s original position no matter how many times you put that song at different position.
It shows hellotune for many songs but they don’t have any.
Majors:-
Downloaded songs get deleted automatically, you have to download again and again.(HAPPENS VERY OFTEN)
This “APP” (although it’s a BUG) don’t even have all the good songs, other than that it doesn’t have many great singers and bands like Adele (tho it’s recently showing but two three songs) Bangers Only(not even a single song) many more.
Let’s call this flaw a disaster
Recently 100+ songs have been removed or something like that I don’t know what it is they are just gone approximately all songs of Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and other artists they are gone.
This “APP” is piece of crap nothing else.
It deserves one star coz it’s premium is very cheap.

Getting better day by day
Really in love with the latest version. Getting better with each upcoming update. After the lyrics addition and such super clean interface, i can prominently say that wynk is currently the best among all online streaming platforms available on iOS. Also, the compact size of the app is very worth appreciating. It's a humble request to the team, that you guys should try to add latest punjabi music on a bit higher frequency, so that people like me would be much happier. Thank you and lots of good expectations from Wynk Music in near future.

Playlist
Guys, the app is great and the collection is great, HOWEVER, when you try to play a playlist, soon you discover that it starts paying songs outside of the playlist! I wasted a lot of time trying to figure the fault in this because i had curated s king playlist. Then i discovered recommended songs that is on by default and then you have to go turn it off. It doesn’t stop there, you have to clear the queue, again load the playlist and disable the automatically play recommended songs.. I almost abandoned the app and started exploring other music apps but the problem is, i have invested a long time curating that playlist..
Please rectify this really irritating bug (in your mind it might be a feature, but bear in mind, you might automatically play recommended songs for a person who is playing a single song, but when one loads a playlist, the whole effort is defeated, especially when you are driving).
Hope somebody listens and rectify this.

I am addicted to it
Wynk seems a boon for music lovers. My favourite buddy app. My best comrade-in-mobile during lockdown. I am delighted user. Tried free and paid version of various other music app and found nothing better than it.
Own created playlist across devices created bit problem for me. Also, I started using this app on my iphone 4 where it is no longer supported so I upgraded my iPhone.
I would like to see some improvements on menu appearance and search however these are tiny issues. I still remember when Airtel used to charge No Data fir using Wynk. What a great thought it was. Always providing value added services.

Battery Drainer App !!
This App just drains my battery at a crazy rate... Its fine if you are just listening to songs in the background... but if you are browsing the app like searching songs/ callertunes , my battery degrades from 100% to 30% in less than half an hour... This was not case earlier version but ever since the app UI revamp, this has been happening..
Another problem i have observed is caller tunes for a lot of songs get deleted ... Same song which i had set as my hello tune no longer shows as having any hellotune available..
Song Deletion from downloaded section is a well known bug which you guys have not been able to resolve for eternity...
Also , when playing the song in background, if you pause the player for more than a minute, the player no longer shows as running in background(on ur lock screen).. When play them again, it resumes from the first song rather than from where it left off which is frustrating..
Improve on these areas and your app would be unbeatable ...

Lot of necessary features missing with lot of useless features added.

Few things in this new update is like picking up songs from the suggested list and automatically playing them is not very good. Like if I decide to play something new from suggestions, it will not play songs from my playlist (unlike earlier) rather play all songs related.
Plus you cant sort the songs with album or name is also very irritating.
Another thing is some times they have same songs under multiple albums with different song info registered which leads to duplicate downloads some times.
Also I cannot delete the single song from the queue if I dont want that song to be played in future. I have to clear the whole queue. In earlier version I remember this was not the case. We can remove the song from playlist by sliding option.

Good High Five app who r Airtel Network
I am using this app when this app was in the development since than this app got lots of features / upgrades with quality music/playlists at there bag. For all who r on Airtel network this app is free for them and have cherry on top, I don’t know why users given negative rating coz I don’t facing any difficulty they have mentioned in the reviews. But I want only shuffle play option in the playlist tab coz I have over 100 songs in my playlists and I don’t want to play songs from song one...hope they will include this one in the upcoming updates

I have been listening to Wynk for the last 3 years & ever since this became bundled with Airtel Thanks, I didn’t think of going to any other platform. I have dozens of playlists created here & I have always loved the curations & collections of songs available at the platform. Recently Wynk decided to change their queueing alogrithm & that just crashes the entire listening experience. I complained multiple times & they have finally fixed the problem, by giving each group of people to decide how they want their playlists to be queued. So THANK YOU Wynk for listening. Worst Latest version
Previous version was working good. In latest version if I pause a song and play it again the playlist plays the first song and not the song i paused. I’m not able to maintain queue manually like before, the queue is automatic and random songs starts playing. I’m not able to play two playlists at a time.
Downloading songs also has become a problem. Songs doesn’t download when i try to download even though i have good data connection or wifi. The shuffle is also in an order that it is not shuffling , i know what’s the next song.
I contacted customer service many times but they never gave helpful instructions. Infact they indirectly tell me to adjust to the new version. When the problems are not resolved why do you people release new updates like every week for no reason even though there’re no changes made.

Single star to updated version
This app is awesome when it was old version. The new version is worst very very worst. I don’t know other user but I’m using this app only while I’m driving (car). While I’m listening the song using Bluetooth it will play smoothly that’s good there is no issue but when I receive a call obviously the song will automatically paused and when I disconnect the call it will not play automatically but in previous version the song was played automatically and another thing is when I start the car I used to play manually and it will play from the beginning the horrible thing is this because while long drive I used to listening so many song for example I listened first 20 songs I used to stop (off) the car for some reason when I start the car it should play from 21st song or 20th song but it will play from 1st song. I’m not using these types of problems from previous version. I’m requesting the developer to correct it or kindly let me know how to rollback to older version.

Nice app fo rmusic
Its a good app if we want to listen good quality music for free with a good collection. It also gives a chance for airtel users to activate free caller tune... It also allows us to choose the quality of music according to our internet connection. It also allows us to download songs of latest or retro for free...
There are just few small problems with the app. It does not always gives us the correct result we want if we search. We could find the song after long search or with reference to the singer or related music. Though download option is available for us but still it sometimes doesn't allow us to download the song...
If we have good internet connection and speed, this is a very good app to use to listen song.

Problematic
1. Having problems with playlists, it’s asking me again and again to download some songs.
2. Even if a playlist contains 300+ songs, the songs get in a loop where 10 songs keep on playing again and again, I clear queue then add playlist to the queue again and again.
3. Sometimes when I choose a song to add to playlist, it takes several tries to add it, it says song added each time but still manages not to actually add it. That’s so annoying.
4. A glitch where if I play songs and use another app or press homebutton it stops playing, even though we all know it supports background playing. Then I restart the app and it then runs alright. This is also really annoying.
5. One time, I was outstation on a trip and I was playing all the downloaded songs, all of a sudden it said no internet access, because there weren’t not much signal in range, and it all tuned red and nothing remained functional, I had to wait for 2hours for my internet to work again and I saw all my songs had a re-download button next to them -.- seriously? You are asking me to download 400+ songs again ?
PLEASE FIX THESE IMMEDIATELY, OR I MUST STOP USING THIS APP.

Need much more user flexibility!
1. Search song in the saved/current listed songs
2. if playlist is updated then there should be an option in the user's playlist to update that playlist. Eg. if latest songs playlist is updated then user should have option saying 'Update playlist' with fresh songs
3. If song is playing at the top then there should be an option for 'Go to the song' which will take you to the location of the song currently playing in user's playlist.
4. Saved playlist should be open in the same order in which it is being saved. It gets messed up right now if saved playlist is opened!
Work on these things, and update the app. Is any point in not clear, ask me again!

[Update] Bug [Track Seeking Problem]
On the ipad and ipad pro, if you play any longer songs then the song seeking progress bar becomes unresponsive. It wont let you seek songs by dragging it. And this issue is present for over six months now.

I have been using Wynk since its birth. Loving it overall. But still the app UI on ipad looks very phone-ish.
If you can get inspire from Apple music app then it would be great. I request for a few UI improvements for ipad app.
1. Floating player: Just like apple music has. One can easily swipe down the player and minimise it.
2. Clutter Free Music: App can have 2 major sections. One for browsing music from where we can add albums and tracks to our library and download it (optionally). The other section can be the actual library where all added / downloaded music can be listed in album view / song view. Minimalistic look will add more elegance. I know these sections are still present but compare that with apple music app and you will understand what I mean.
3. The homepage images are very small. They look great on phones but on ipad you must increase their size a bit.
Hopefully you will consider and implement these feature in future updates.

Unfinished, Unfollowed, Not in Order, Good song quality, not enough artists
App is showing songs in unfinished downloads which I have downloaded already and making me download again.. and app shows some songs in unfinished downloads but when I hit that it has no songs under it...really annoyed by bugs..also the song order feature is not working.. when I hit song order based on date added it’s not showing that way and making it in random order.. because I have Airtel sim I’m using this app.. it has become real bad in course of time.. when I started using it this is like best music streaming app.. but now it just has bugs.. also when I hit on following some particular artists it shows in my follows but when I close and open app they are no where to be found on my following list.. only letting people follow popular artists not letting people follow faves.. But def have to give kudos to the song quality.. really awesome tho.. also need more artists, like you have Loren gray but you don’t have Emma blackery and people like that?? hope the developers team responds quickly

Its Pretty Good
The app works fine , I haven’t faced much issues with the app. It has good library of regional songs and most of the trending international tracks as well. I cant comment on people who look for exclusive tracks of particular genre or an artist. I have found that wynk has the best curated playlist for regional music. I like the playlist in “ Telugu Language “. The quality of the music being played is kind of ok. I have used apple music, saavn and gaana. When I shifted to wynk I could see the difference. But still its just my opinion.
Pro’s :
1. Airtel users get free subscription , which could be a cherry on the top for many. Usually I never paid for wynk subscription though I am not on an airtel network
2. Has the best curated playlist’s for regional music. In my case “ Telugu “
Con’s :
1. Search retrievals are not accurate most of the times. Most of the time the album I am searching for will not turn up. But when I particularly look for a song from that album I can find that.

Glitches
There have been many a glitches lately in the app and it’s really annoying.
The downloaded songs should appear in the order according to how recently they were downloaded but they show up in random order and that becomes hard to access the songs that I’ve recently downloaded. Apart from that when I scroll down the list of my downloaded songs it starts to haphazardly scroll down by itself and won’t stop as if stuck in a loop and the same songs keep repeating on the screen which is really annoying if I want to find a particular song.
Also the search option won’t show the song I’ve already downloaded until I switch on my net.
It’s a humble request to the developers of the app to take a look into these matters and try to improve on it so as to improve the user experience and the app performance.
It would be great if there were some much needed fixes soon. Thankyou.

Good for a “free” music streaming app
Well, it gets the job done. But gets a bit too frustrating and sometimes you feel like just going straight up buying a subscription in some other music streaming app because of so many bugs in the iOS app. I hope the developers are reading the comments because I genuinely feel they are doing a bad job in regularly updating the app for fixing minor bugs and all.
Some bugs are:
> queuing function is very frustrating. It will not even play out all the songs in the queue, just loops some songs in the queue.
> downloaded songs list keeps on scrolling on its own.
> the playbac bar shows very limited details and is difficult to operate as it is tucked away in the bottom corner (on the iPad) and is difficult to precisely adjust the bar.
> you can NEVER go back to the last heard song while the shuffle setting is on. It will just play any random song when you press previous song button.
These might be minor bugs, but are frustrating enough for me to actually write a review. So kind of a big deal for me.

Still rudimentary in features
Despite being here for so long, the app is still very basic in terms of features.
As a regular user, one of the biggest issue I face is that there is no option to even sort the downloaded songs in some order, for example by date of download. Every time I download a new song, I have to keep searching the whole downloaded list to find out where the new song has gone.
Another grave issue is that the recommendation engine is still not personalized. Further, the whole UI is so frustrating to use. While listening music, there aren't many things to do - atleast try to make all the usual functions as one-tap.

A Suggestion!!
Hey Guys!! I seriously love this app. As such I do not want any changes in the app, however I have a suggestion if that can be implemented. I was thinking if an option of requesting a song/artist/band can be added to the app. Many a times, when you search for a song and you do not find it in the app, there must be an option where users can request the song or artist to be added. I don't know about the operational difficulties in that. But I guess if that's not too much, this will really help enhancing user experience.

Great App but need to remove some bugs
This is a great app which I have been using quite frequently for a very long time now. Things have definitely improved over time - however some bugs need to be removed & some improvements are needed to make this a 5* App.
I travel a lot including abroad - this app says it allows 4 weeks of usage abroad including steaming & downloading songs but that doesn’t work. I can only listen to the offline music that has already been downloaded on my device while in India.
This is a big set back especially when you’re out of country for a long period.
Another issue is the inability to resume playback from the same track & position in case you pause the track for any reason or if you receive a phone call.
Currently the app sort of goes dormant in the background & you have to open the app window again & select play in the app itself to resume playback but you can’t resume from the same position on the track.
The library section needs a lot of work especially sorting / filtering by artist / genre / album etc - the usual stuff in any music app.

Cool App need some Improvement
A must needed app if you want to be ahead in the latest songs family. The app is so advanced that it traces the songs you hear the most and the genre of them as well and creates a Fav playlist.
It sometimes crashes in my Iphn7 and sometimes takes too long to run a song. Search can be made a bit better if we can sort out the songs in the basis of genre and year etc. In the end it would be awesomely if you can add an assist for the apple watch as I couldn’t find it compatible with it and the app doesn’t show up in the apps menu of mu Apple watch.
It would flawless with the above improvements and I would definitely rate it 5 stars!! Cheers!!!

Lacks basic playlist feature
The playlist feature is useless. It starts playing songs that are not even in the playlist. And right now I'm using the latest version of this app. Though it does helps download songs but that's not free and there are other providers that do the same.

I am still facing the same issues. But over the time I have realised that this app is better than a lot of others(if not all) so increased the ratings to 5, because it’s more or less free, and I don’t like criticising the free stuff. But please do something about the queue/playlist issues.

Multiple Issues
1. Downloaded song doesn't play in sequence of their listing. If i click a song on a playlist then that song play but after that different song gets played. Saw it in some review that we need to clear the queued songs...there is no option in my app wit version 1.7.1.
2. Songs are repeated in an album. For eg if i want to and click on "download all" option, then i get a song getting downloaded multiple times.
3. User interface is poor. Not many options avail to justify itself as a music player.
4. Searching of song is cumbersome. Limited option is displayed when a keyword is entered to search a song.
5. Overall not a good app and worse as a music player.
