طلبت أوردر وكان المفروض يوصل خلال يوم واحد ، لكن بعد 4 أيام تم إلغاؤه بدون إشعار.

We'll get a random message about the shipment when it's out for delivery with no tracking number, no ID, no contact number after order is placed. I ordered a few things, and I said they would be delivered in the morning, but messages keep coming, and even the helpline doesn't know where they are. This is the best E-commerce platform I've ever used, so thanks for keeping me in house for 2 days for the wrong order.

Fake Offer

Recently there sale is going on, and they are promoting ADIB 25% cash back on min order of 300. As a customer I felt like cheated. I ordered a product above 300 and offer is not applied. When i called customer care, they informed me my card was not eligible, the card 1st 6 numbers should match whats in their system.

Mine was not matching and deducted the whole amount.

Pathetic delivery service

I’ve selected the priority delivery option for my order to be delivered early and paid an additional amount.

The delivery date has passed already and I’ve not received my order yet.

Talking to helpline people feels like talking to robots. They can’t do anything except read out the status of the delivery which can be seen in the app itself.

Please avoid this app if you want your order to be delivered on time. Priority delivery option is as useless as their service team and delivery carrier are.

Extremely disappointed!!

Did an order. Forgot to enter a coupon code. Cancelled it. Waited for long to response about the cancellation. They show that it’s been cancelled but when I track the order they still shows it as processing. This app is such a failure.

Extremely bad customer service!

Their service is very poor when it comes to return of products. A huge amount is deducted from the actual amount paid which is credited as namshi cash and not into the bank account. It's completely useless as we can't redeem it ever on any purchase. Seriously, they have to modify this operation by reimbursing the amount back into the customer's actual mode of payment. Never going to order again as I lost 70AED, completely unreliable!

Namshi Conning Customers with Fake Offers

Namshi is the worst shopping experience I have add. Their 100% cashback is a big lie. Don’t fall for it.

Here’s how they cheat you:

When you buy a product that is entitled for 100% cashback they promise to give you the cashback in 4 installments over a period of ONE YEAR.

And when you get the first installment, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REDEEM IT FULL against any product.

Instead, you can REEEM ONLY 15% of the new product value. Which means, they make you purchase 10-12 products more to give you back your 100% cashback.

This is cheating in broad day light. And nowhere in the world it can be termed as cashback.

I have every reason to be harsh as I have received a damaged product and requested for an exchange. The follow up was poor and after directly meeting a courier guy with so much difficulty I sent back the shoes requesting an exchange. And after few days I received the package from NAMSHI and was shocked to see the same shoes in much more worse condition. I am seeking help to raise a legal action against you guys. You order product it will be delivered at the earliest but if you want to exchange or return then they consider you at the very lower priority which is actually a Sign of bad or worst customer service I can say

Till the time exchange or return happens you will miss the other offers from them

And they gives you the credit in Namshi wallet which is again useless if there is no offer left

Also you will miss the offer from other websites

Really really Namshi has to work or focus more on to its return policy or procedures
