I started selling on amazon 1 month ago . One of their agent came to my shop and told me how profitable it would be if i sell on amazon . I had a sale of ₹13000 in one week and they deducted ₹5500 from it because they didnt include shipping charges in the order which is their fault . I have raised a case and its been 3 weeks i still didnt got my refund. Even after 1 month i didnt got my first payment.

If there was 0 stars i would have given that, how people will buy my products without buy button and price shown I can’t even recommend amazon for my existing buyers because they can’t buy like that Thats why flipkart is way better than amazon. Very poor for selling your products on amazon never gonna recommend any seller to do that please go with other marketplaces they are way better

Not happy with the solution the executives are giving for my problems. I am only a week old vendor and most of the executives are shooting in the dark to resolve my issues .
Please be proactive in resolving my issues. Executives have now started citing algorithm issues which I don’t buy .

The Delete Listing and Close Listing buttons are right there in the bottom, nice and big, perfectly placed for accidentally hitting them. Several times I had hit the button and would be shocked to see my best seller ASIN one more click from being accidentally deleted. Common sense is to put these buttons somewhere else under a menu where one won’t accidentally hit it.

Referral fees is too high after taxation it will be increase up to 18 percentage . Then added easy ship fees . Packing material material and other expense . We try to talk about the fees matter but no one responsible for it. We think it is just we do social work. Thank you.
