No Delivery, No Response
Extremely disappointing experience with Lazada. I placed an order through LazMall and have been waiting for more than 20 days with no delivery, no proper updates, and no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer support has not responded or helped with cancellation/refund. Very poor customer service and after-sales support. Buyers should think carefully before ordering.

Vouchers orders are always cancelled
Lazada always cancel the order if you get a good deal after applying the voucher. All the vouchers are wasted of mine as Lazada always cancel it. Ideally my vouchers should be refunded back to me if my order is cancelled by Lazada but they never return the vouchers. They only return the balanced money. Playing very smart. Useless platform

Useless customer support
My phone number is linked to some one else’s account. Even though I am getting verification sms the customer support isn’t able to assign the phone number to me. Hence I am forced to uninstall the app and use shopee and other platforms. Had such a good experience with Lazada in Singapore but in Malaysia I guess Lazada is not for me.

No receipt or bill provided by Lazada
No e-receipt/bill/invoice of payment is provided by Lazada in email or in app. I tried to connect with Lazada for the same but couldn’t find this option. I need to talk to seller to get receipt which is extra hassle. Platform/Lazada should make sure I get e-receipt of each order and I should be able to download the receipt anytime from app, so that I can claim warranty easily when needed.
Also, one can’t send PII (e.g. email id) in chat which makes it even harder for buyer to give email id to seller so that seller can send the receipt to buyer.

Buggy app - excludes new users from all the benefits
I’ve downloaded the app and tried to do first purchase it is not allowing me to use welcome voucher. Then tried on Mart during Christmas offers, not accepting order with voucher. When asked customer care, they are referring unauthorised activity and there was no order placed yet. Not sure how Lazada is checking this, even customer care don’t know the exact reason. I’ve tried ordering one without offer as well, then app works, else can’t make any order.

Don’t pay by credit card here
I have been using Lazada for many years. But last week I woke up in the morning with many messages stating many transactions on my credit cards from China which was unusual. By the time I blocked my card it was already over 500$. Then I read in news very morning that Lazada has lost over 1.1 mil user data which may include credit card. And I could guess it’s no coincidence. When I reported back to Lazada. Their attitude struck me the most. While it’s easy for me to retrieve my money via my bank. But the way they were defending I decided to give up to make a case to save everyone’s time and recommend all my friends not to use this appplication anymore. There are tons of shopping apps available. Even if you use it. Never give them your credit card.

For 10 days no update on order. No replies to chata. Cancellations not allowed. Followed up with Ninjavan. They asked me to connect Lazada. Lazada asked me to wait. After several follow ups, they rudely reply that the order is cancelled. No FEEDBACK accepted.

I placed 200$ grocery at redmart(which was Perfect app before lazada took it) but couldn’t place order, which was cancelled at the app end and there was no option to reorder.
