Forces you to take 1 year trial and then makes it difficult to cancel
The cancel autopay option before the trial period gets over is hidden away. I couldn’t find it. Had to contact Apple support. Even they couldn’t cancel it. They escalated it to the senior advisor. Who finally helped me. Very Shady practices.

How Pathetic this app is, it is not connecting to my apple Id while signing me in to my current subscription but when I tried to buy new one it immediately commented me to apply Id very good. I have purchased their expensive membership but not able to use it since I brought it because it is not logging me in with my apple ID and their support is not resolving my issue. my money is wasted.

Fraud App
I have taken the VIP subscription. The money got deducted from my UPI account but the app did not got updated to VIP or Premium Version. Either refund my money else give me what I paid for. Utterly dissapointed.

Worst app ever!!
This is the worst app ever..its AI enhance tool doesn’t work at all. When i was not a VIP member the AI tool was perfect but I couldn’t save any images without paying for it! Once i paid for the AI enhance tool, it suddenly stopped working!! I couldn’t edit a single pic after i paid for premium membership..Very big scam!!!

Yearly subscription with no prior intimation
I am charged Rs 2099/- for yearly subscription without any prior notification. Now I want to cancel my subscription, but can't find any such option to get my refund. Horrible experience it is. Poor photo clarity

Ios 10 it worked good but not on ios 11
Hi team,
I purchased a lot of effects on youcam in ios 10. Such as monotone etc. But as i upgraded to ios 11. The effects are not loading on to the main camera app to use it. I have tried many times. Also did restore Purchase, but it is not loading onto the main camera app. Only default filters are available to use but not the additional filters purchased.
Please fix it urgently. Otherwise it's an awsome app.
