Pandamart steals products
In panda mart Bangladesh, I never get the free items, even if its mentioned in the product. The store keepers are thief or foodpanda is. I got few refunds reporting those, many times I didn’t bothered to report, also once even after reporting, I haven’t got the refund. It's so upsetting when you're hungry and your food takes forever. It feels like when you order through Foodpanda, the restaurants just don't care as much. That recent order, waiting over 30 minutes and the rider hasn't even gotten the food yet? That just makes you feel forgotten. It makes you wonder if it's even worth ordering again with Foodpanda.
On the other hand Pathao have no issues like this. Restaurants are very active about Pathao orders.

Ordered food from indian restaurant, but after one hour of ordering food panda has cancelled my order and refunded my money. Is it enough? How about I waited for one hour and still staying hungry? Literally the worst food delivery app. They’ve been taking platform fee and have been increasing it every year only to make the platform worse. I placed an order at 9:13 pm with a promised delivery time of 35-40 minutes. However, at 10:10 pm, I received a notification stating that my order was canceled by Foodpanda. It's frustrating that they canceled after all restaurants had closed, assuring me my money is safe and will be refunded. I need my food, not just a refund. I ordered food yesterday 2 pm in the afternoon and it deliver till 3 hours. I started a conversation with the support executive, they kept asking to wait and said they can’t process a refund. I waited for my order till 8 in the night but I never received by order and now the app automatically started showing my order delivered. When again I tried contacting the support guy, they still saying me to wait and cannot process a refund. I don’t understand how long I have to wait for my yesterdays lunch. They give delivery time of 60 mins. After 60 mins I contact the customer care chat they said that they'll check and get back to me. I got an SMS that my order will come in another 20 mins but instead they took 40 mins. So on the whole instead of waiting for 1 hour I had to wait for 1 hour and 40 mins for my order. Last time also the same thing happened with ordering from Foodpanda. Their delivery team is seriously taking customers for granted and so that people don't cancel their order they removed cash on delivery option. Swiggy is much better as it gives live tracking of delivery person. Foodpanda doesn't even provide the contact details of the delivery person. My last order was yesterday, so long Foodpanda.

Very Bad.. Negative rating
After taking order first time they cancelled it after half an hour saying that you have choosen wrong location. On correcting location, they cancelled order again after half an hour saying that their runner cannot deliver beyond 5 kms and my location is 5.2kms. If they cannot deliver then why the restaurent being shown as nearby? You asked customer to wait more than 1 hrs and cancelled the order.

Worst customer care service. Really Disappointing
I ordered some veg food from food panda & the restaurant delivered non-veg. Being a jain person, that is really intolerant. After that when i tried to contact the customer care, they took hours to resolve this problem(as you cannot call them, only chat option is available, to which they won't respond quickly.) Never expected this kind of service from foodpanda. I've to find some other(better) alternatives to order food from now onwards.

Customer support is very good
Few days back I ordered through FP but order came very late almost 2 hrs. I took the order and also paid full money. But 30 min later FP support called me and apologised for the late delivery and offered to refund the money. Such was their service that they refunded the whole amount without even asking. This has turned me into a loyal customer of FP and prompted me to right a review about the good service. Keep it up guys.

They tell you that food will get delivered within 45 minutes. For this you have to pay in advance. Even after advance payment there is no guarantee that you will receive the order. Even the delivery boy has the audacity to cancel your order at any time for which you will get a call after 50 minutes. Unacceptable treatment and the customer service can do nothing but apologise. Would have given zero stars if possible.

Taking one star away only coz American Express isn't supported. That's my primary card and many times I have rely on a non-preferred card for Payments. :/

Customer support is very poor
I am using Food Panda around one year. Some restaurants delivers before the agreed time and some are not. No updates are coming in application even after delivery. There is no option to cancel once the order is placed even it is delayed hours. Customer support over call is not there. And have to wait for hours to get connected on chats.

Recommended for people who regularly order food.
Shows a good amount of restaurants around you. Many payment options and option to rate/review restaurants also. Go for it.

Why ask for email when you can use my phone number
The food panda app only allows you to login using email. Then when you enter your phone number it says this phone number is already registered. Maybe you used used your phone number 1 year back to order some food and used a different email id at that time. The app will not allow you to use your own number with a different email id. This a crazy because they can just send an OTP and verify that its really you. Their app dev team needs some training on logic.

Bad Experience

This is my 1st order and Last order i m purchase food 5 khiri and loolypoop to pay all money but customers care call me and saying to me 1sweet dish(khiri) are not available choose another different dish so i m choose different sweet gulabjambul.. then few minutes later restaurant man call me and say sorry sir gulabjambul not available so try another sweet... then i complaint to app live chat and telling all matter.... customer care executive said to me sorry sir this is sweet dish'Gulabjambul' not available pls try another sweet or choose other restaurant.... then i m choose other restaurant but customer care executive said to me sorry gulabjambul is not this restaurant pls try other sweet so customer suggest to me Kulfi Faluda but few sec later customer care saying to me this restaurant loolypoop is not available pls choose other food dish... i m choose to Chicken tandoori.. then customer vare wait fee minute and saying 'sorry minimum order values 400 this restaurant
To place order with this restaurant we'll need to add one extra item and you will have to pay via card or net banking...

Ordering food is easy. There should be search box in restaurant sections to search directly instead of checking out the categories individually.

Always late by 30-60mins
Live chat is a waste of time. If you want to follow up on order it's impossible. And never will they refund your money. So it's pointless. Apart from this , almost 100% of the time the orders are late even though time for deliver itself is 45-60minutes, meaning delivery will be later than an hour. By that time you would have ordered from somewhere else. Discourage using this app. Dwight & other apps are better

Pathetic
It took 25 minutes to order food from Food panda app ... if was really frustrating... i was making payment online but it took 25 minutes to connect to payment page ... unfortunate I had a option to give rating of one star .. if there is anything worst then it I would rate in (-) minus ... and this is happening for the second time in last three days ... absolutely pathetic experience .. ☹️☹️

Most fallacious service
Going to uninstall the app. No point holding even 1 kb of my storage for such app which cant serve the basic intent of it. My last 3 orders have been delayed and cc team will always say apologies, exceptional this time, be patient for 3-4 minutes. Today it was horrible that I ordered for my breakfast and item has not been delivered even by 1.35 pm and still cc team is asking to be patient and apologies for the delay. They can't directly cancel the order and go for refund. Fallacious and offending service. If am not being refunded the amount immediately, i will take the same through social media handle. Only one word - THOooo

First impression is bad
I tried applying food panda first time coupon. Initially it allowed me and I proceeded to payment page . Later changed from one payment mode to other , surprisingly I got error saying you are not allowed the coupon as it is only for first time users . Funny , I am using it first time . I contacted their chat service and they gave me one more coupon. And it did not work . They asked me to login again and try , but no luck . Later I decided to cook instead of depending on this so called wonderful apps .

Better than Zomato.
I've saved more than 20% of my money spent on ordering food online by using this app instead of Zomato. Just select same foods from a same restaurant in both the apps and compare their final order amount. Zomato adds much more tax and shows high delivery rates even when that restaurant is offering free or less delivery price on foodpanda.

Pathetic and useless app
Not at all a good app. It unnecessarily takes a lot of time even for orders which are very simple and easy to go. I had ordered from Subway and the food came after 1h 10 min. And it was all soggy by the time it arrived. Also, the restaurant was in close proximity to my address. The customer care is of no use either. I would recommend to use Swiggy as it has a live tracking system and you have the contact number of the delivery person as well. When i ordered from Subway using Swiggy, the food came in half hour.
