On screen TV Remote is missing
App was very useful for my Sony TV with all controls which are available on remote control unit.
For last few weeks the remote control screen is not available. Small movie controls can be seen on screen, but those are also not working.

Audio issue
They’re very misleading when it comes to audio issue. Original audio of some of the blockbuster are not available. And mislead customers are then not offered refund as well for unused screening. Very bad experience never returning to google play again

Horrible playback experience
This is for the app on LG TV app store. It was a horrible experience trying to watch the first movie itself. Kept buffering every few minutes. No problem with the internet connection as other OTT apps played flawlessly. Not buying or renting movie.

Rip-off and ridiculous!
Stay a mile away from this app. You pay per movie to find out it could be a bloody censored version with all the steamy scenes and cuss words clipped out!! Secondly, I also hate the fact that they couldn’t do something as basic as English subtitles with every movie! And there’s no way to know before paying for the movie if you’re gonna encounter either or both or none of the above two disappointments! Netflix never disappoints in this regard and is cheaper!

While we were watching a movie, we had a hundred different problems! First of all, during airplay, we were not able to hear anything. Secondly, it went back and forth, to different timings! Seriously! Improve this app!

Got cheated
Rented a movie VikramVedha. The rental movie should be available for 48 hours but it was not there for 48 min also. Within 30min i faced problem in screening the movie to TV, screening the movie from apple iphone was not supported.
Within 30min it got removed from my profile saying your rental expired. Didnt expect this quality from Google.

Can’t download my movies
I will change the rate maybe in later update. But for now it is unexpected from Google. The app crashes when I use LTE and all my downloads are pending even on wifi.

No playback controls
Google is not even trying with this app. It's understandable that there are no in app purchases; Google doesn't want to give Apple a cut of their earnings.
But why this app has no 10 second backward or forward controls is beyond me. It makes for a horrible viewing experience. Come on Google, your better than this.
