1. How to use them in other messaging services,for e.g. whatsapp?
Click emojis you like, a menu will pops up, hit the "Copy" button, open whatsapp, paste.
2. Favorting is not working?
Try to click "Trash" icon in the favorites page, then re-favoriting emojis you like.
3.Why text message does't display animate emojis?
Please make sure mms and iMessage is on, then double-click "home" button, close both of the message app and 3d emoji app, re-start 3d emoji app, it should be ok now.
Note:For better performance, please update your device to iOS7.0 or higher version.These emoticons can't be added to the standard keyboard.

Not for Whatsapp
The description on the app page said the app works for whatsapp too by copy pasting but the animation does not work in whatsapp at all! Got the paid version and now I feel cheated.
