While taking bookings for meals you never say that you don’t have heating facilities (OVENS) on Domestic & International flights. If one needs to have hot stuff than only Noddle- Poha & Upma is served hot rest Biryanis- Chicken Kulca are served cold.
Rest of the services are very good.

I did a flight booking today for 5 passengers with PNR: RQW7GA but, I forgot to add 2 infants while doing the booking.
The first thought that crossed my mind was - oh my god, I would have to cancel the ticket and book the ticket again. I checked the rates and unsurprisingly rates were increased by Rs. 1,000 per passenger.
Then I thought let me try and check with customer care if they can add 2 infants in the same itinerary.
I called the customer care. Mr. Ashish Rawat was on the line. I explained him the situation and he said yes we can add 2 infants in the same itinerary without cancelling the ticket.
β€˜β€™ I was relieved ’’ and thanked him (in my mind).
Very politely and patiently he took all the required informations from me, I made the required payment and he added the 2 infants in the same itinerary.
I would like to thank Indigo Airline for having this option of modifying the existing booking and would like to thank Mr. Ashish Rawat again for being very helpful and doing the needful with so much of ease.

Today while travelling from Kolkata to Dhaka, had forgotten to carry a pen, it is required to fill health check form and Immigration form in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am 58 years old and tried to check in different stores if anyone shop was selling Pen, but it was not available. I thought that will check in flight with air hostesses but extra pen was not available, had asked ANANYA, air hostess in that flight, she tried to find, but could not get one. She ultimately came to me & gave her Pen, saying, she will manage, I can keep the same. I booked my ticket for 6th April β€˜2022 from Hyd to BBS, it happen so the flight got cancelled and indigo allow me to book / rescheduled the flight at 0/- diff cost… trusting indigo blindly change the flight timing and happen so Indigo breach my trust and it by default took next day Ie., 7th April 2022… when I call customer care they ask me to pay the difference, as I have no choice I have may approx 5000/-β‚Ή as a diff fare. You know an app is really bad when it won’t even take your money. I was denied a meal on BOM-GOA Flight citing that’s not what I had chosen when I had clearly picked out a sandwich. And I was denied it. The app choice didn’t matter and I was given nuts instead. That’s a horrible way to treat a passenger.
Now onto why the app is bad. No matter what you have to remember your PNR cause that’s the only way the app will show you your booking. So all tabs that say β€œmy booking” β€œcheck in” are useless. You will have to manually enter details to access your booking.
Need a better functioning app.

Once you move out of the boarding pass window you cannot ever recover the same from the app. Adding this situation with a high handed employee folks, the app plus ground experience is equipped to give a terrible experience. Dear indigo I am attaching screenshots. I booked a flight yesterday from Hyderabad to Kolkata for 24th April. I paid 4368 also via paytm. The payment was done properly but still it was showing pending. I waited for 15 min and called the customer care who made me wait for 20 min. After that he said it will be resolved. He took my number and will call on my number in 1 hour. Though this 1hour never came. When I saw at night the booking was cancelled whereas I have never cancelled any booking and I haven’t got my money back . What you are indigo ! A robber or a potential thief ! I will never recommend this service to anyone and will definitely forward this to consumer forum

Mr. Farhan Ahmad really helped me out I am glad I went to his counter as per the grooming being in a management industry it is foremost and Mr. Ahmad was perfectly groomed . We reached airport 45 minutes prior and the counter girl Miss Rosita said for checkin baggage you are late for the checkin as checkin counter closes 1 hour prior and it’s written on the ticket. I showed them the ticket and this line was not written anywhere. Seeing two small kids with us and having 45minutes good time for a small airport like Goa I think checkin could have been done. But it’s the cheap policy of airlines to beg for money for every small thing (like 200/- to 300/- for seats, what nonsense) they said you can go on the next flight only after paying 1800/- per person. Utter non-sense and harassment it was. Just like all other big chor company shut down. Chor like indigo should also shut down too.
Then the worst part was their air-hostess they do not know where to make the passenger sit during landing as I had a kid with me. The themself started arguing inside the flight that too during landing and after further harassment of changing seats 3 times as per their direction I had to make the 3 of those idiots talk to each other and decide where should I sit.
Cheap company. Cheap employees.
Never travel by indigo even if it’s the cheapest of all. As they show their cheapness during travel and ruin the travel experience.

The crew were awesome during both the legs … the felicitation by the crew and the pilot on account of Vijay Diwas was a sweet surprise and took me off guard … I thanks the crew of 16 Dec kochi to Hubli for that … truly a memorable one ….The return leg was also very memorable wherein everyone played their role perfectly…. On Nov 1 i booked flight to Coimbatore, but then I couldn’t board the flight as they said i was late. Partial reason for this was the long que at the counter. However I couldnt get the flight and I checked if i can reschedule it. The lady at the counter said the next seat available is 9:50pm flight and said i have to pay another 3500 to get the ticket. I thought I’ll have to pay just the difference in price. But no she said i have to pay another 3500. Then I booked another ticket for the 9:50 flight. Today i had flight from Coimbatore to chennai that was at 11:45. We checked with the staff and he amended the ticket to a 4:10 flight WITHOUT any extra charges. That’s when I realised i was fooled. And that is why am making a complaint today. I didn’t expect this from Indigo. I am a frequent traveler of your flight. So disappointed.

My PNR number is RJVWWS. Yesterday i had my flight from Agartala to Chennai. My baggage condition is very bad when I receive. My trolley is full of scratches and mud. Doesn’t work well with Apple wallet to save boarding passes

The app is seamless, no doubt about it. But in my recent travel I faced a great difficulty saving all my boarding passes to the wallet. Tried in multiple iPhones but same issue. Only 1 or 2 persons boarding passes are being saved, when we try to add third person's pass it replaces the lastly added one. Please look into this issue. There is no use of wallet integration if that doesn’t work.

After verification in boarding gate-1 at AMD airport boarding pass vanished from the indigo application. Indigo staff Honey based out on AMD airport didn’t allow to get me to enter into flight & said app has technical glitches. She made me to wait for 20 minutes in aero bridge to get boarding pass copy then verified & still she made me to stand in aero bridge. I requested her can I board the flight madam then she allowed me. See the attitude of the staff. Don’t know why indigo keeps this type of staffs to trouble passengers. This digital initiative is useless. Burden to customer. Casual approach useless indigo team in AMD airport. No value to passengers. Carry copy of boarding pass always indigo is conducting trial with their app using passengers

Indigo donot know the value of time of customers. I am travelling two times in the airline this month and both time they reschedule flight. If you want to reach destination on time go for other airlines. Also in my last International journey from doha, the staff at baggage counter was so arrogant and was asking coolie to place luggage from trolley to conveyor. I would like to remind Indigo that your service towards the customer is not satisfactory. Since we’re paying for the service we would appreciate it if you would look in to the concerns of the customers and assist us in a timely manner. Recently I booked a ticket from Imphal to Chennai and the amount of the flight fare got deducted but my payment status was pending even after 20-30 minutes, so I contacted the customer service team for more information but nobody turned up, I waited for more than 15 minutes but to no avail. The refund which takes 5-7 days is a total scam for customers, we want Indigo to notice that we don’t have extra money to purchase a flight ticket instantly after the first failed ticket purchased. Kindly refund the amount you’ve deducted within 24 hrs. Is your company living off the interest form the money of your customers failed ticket purchase? You shouldn’t deduct the money from our account in the first place if you cannot provide a valid ticket on time.

In the last 10 days, I took 4 Indigo flights and the entire process of baggage drop has been a hassle. After making 2 hours prior to departure mandatory and web beck in mandatory, it’s taking an hour in line just for baggage drop. We come with printed baggage tags and wait an hour in line. The manager on duty accepts it’s their mistake. But mistakes are when they happen rarely, not everyday. Then it’s pure negligence and bad management. At the peak hour in the morning if you have two counters open with a queue that’s more than 8 lines long would you simply say it’s our fault, pls be patient? I’m not waking up 3.5 hours before my flight departure time to be standing in a queue for an hour because of your poor management. My time has value.

My PNR AH8CGC was for the flight from Pune to Bhopal. Pranali and Ravina were so helpful at Pune for my baggage to be checked in. As I requested them and they agreed that I will get my baggage only in Bhopal and not Delhi ( to recheck in).
Then once the flight took off Sabrina was so understanding and caring and gave me Tea and cookies and said it was ok if I paid later. Her team included Shefali, Amruta and Anisha. The biggest surprise I got was when I was given the Indigo Passport with some sweet words written. So thank you for that.
At the Delhi airport I came in touch with Apoorva who is actually an asset to the airline. I just happened to mention to her that I actually wanted the first row but since it was not available I couldn’t get it. Within a few minutes she got my seat changed and I was very very thrilled( of course I paid for it). God bless her . Then Apoorva and Astha both helped me in boarding.
Last but not the least Tomcy at Bhopal was so considerate when I told her that my phone was not working. She dialled my husband’s number on her phone and helped me out. Really thoughtful of her.
When I say it is the best airline, I mean it. Hats off to you and may you always be the best. Thank you and God Bless.

This review is for my flight from LKO to GOA pnr number PRDEYE..I booked flight for two adults and one 2year old child...First i paid full ticket of my child as per ur policy and then ur airline alotted diferent seats for all the passengers including my 2 years old child.
When i went to ur desk at the airport the concerned person told me that we cannot provide two or three seats in the same berth u have to manage it on ur own by requesting other passengers to exchange the seat or else u have paid and booked the seats at the time web checkin..while boarding I requested again for the same but neither of the officials cared about that...at last i requested on my own for the exchange and got one seat adjacent.
While we all three adjusted the whole flight for 3hrs in two seats while the third was left vacant and no body didn’t even asked/bothered why we 3 were sitting on two seats as if i was travelling to n normal state bus

Stupid & cumbersome app. Tried booking yesterday and the payment gateway refused all credit cards and tried my debit cards too only to be disappointed. Tried several times and the booking was going on HOLD and subsequently expiring. The staff at the Mumbai,T2 terminal is so lazy that they expect the passengers to do everything themselves. Why are we paying service charges to you wen we have to do all the work atthe airport ourselves. Inspite of web check in and getting the boarding pass online, I removed the print out of it, it was not accepted at the airport for the absence of the barcode nd had to pay extra for the β€˜so called assistance’ on the counter. When u yourself generate the boarding pass how come the barcode was not there...You ppl just dont want to make life easy for the passengers but for urself nd just make us pay more to u for ur stupid services. I was traveling to Calicut via mumbai,with my 80 year old,to fulfill our wish of Ayurvedic treatment.
Due to heavy rains in Mumbai our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t reach Calicut. From 5th September 2019 our treatment was to start at Kottakal AVS. The ground staff of Raipur airport,specially Mr Naresh,asst floor manager and his team worked very hard for the whole rescheduling and the next they again the flight got delayed. They ensured that we were comfortable and fulfilled all that was required.
Thanks a lot. So many people at a time work together with CO-operation ensuring our safety. My heart fills with gratitude. Though they did their duty but I guess it needs appreciation.

I connected the boarding counter and the lady there after consulting with a supervisor at the gate 46B gave me a boarding pass and requested me to rush... in next 3 min literally I cleared security and immigration and just after that another lady from indigo waiting to escort me to gate 46B (I guess so) and then she got a call from her manager asking me to stop and get deboarded ....
To my surprise she just hell bent to deny me the flight
For sometime she roam around the Mumbai immigration counters and when I asked why is she doing it she just coldly told me talk to the manager (I have no clue who the hell s/he is) and now she also left without informing me what’s the procedure here

No support for Apple wallet app

The previous versions of the Indigo app allowed us to store our boarding pass in the Apple wallet app. This was an easy way to flash the boarding pass during check in’s and security at the airport.
I don’t understand the reason why indigo decided to scrap this feature which was very convenient and useful.
Overall the app does the work. Fluidic and simple flow through the app with good User interface.
Just wish they bring back Apple Wallet support.
