I had ordered a product and according to app it was shipped. On the first day of delivery, delivery guy called me and I addressed him the location. He didn’t even call me back again after that. And then I got a message stating that order was unsuccessful. After that I had called customer care everyday regarding the undelivered order. They just lied me each time that the order will be delivered by the next day. Again after days I was notified that the order will be delivered. But no one called me and the order was cancelled stating that delivery unsuccessful. I have never seen such a worst app ever.It took more than two weeks and It’s completely waste of time ordering from this app.

If you are planning to buy something please try any other e commerce site please don’t trust this company it’s just delivering wrost things to there customers and there no customer support having it I was using this platform since 2014 but last couple of orders I’m not getting the satisfaction with it so I think it’s time to say goodbye Snapdeal!

Snapdeal , great fraud and cheater .
I bought mobile from snapdeal . The phone was totally defective . My order id 33428486565.. I made request for return next day . Then after my notice they deputed courier. But their courier do not come . They msg the mobile no.of courier which has no incoming facility . Courier dont come , still snapdeal msg me that our courier has reported that you want to keep . Such fraudulent msg came twice. They dont want to refund and create fraudulent reply . Never buy from snapdeal . 7 day return policy on paper . They give defective materials and then they dont take back . I am cheated . Hence this review.

Waste app! Full of duplicate products. From one month I’m asking for a refund of money for a product I’ve purchased & the agent also took the product back but I didn’t recieve the money. I contacted many times from past a month but no response from snap deal. If I did not get the refund I have every right to file a case

Team I placed an order for decipher yellow design rayon gown but received something else. When I placed a request for return, someone Came after 2 days failed the quality Check for no reason and no one has come to pick up the order since then. When I call customer service team there isn’t anyone to pick the call. When I try to message through app, the app won’t work. If I see order status, it says pick up failed and I cannot request for refund. Call me immediately at 91-9910023891 and give me my money back. This has been a pathetic experience.

Please people don’t get fooled by snapdeal. I got a faulty product and from last 7 days i have been trying to replace the item but 3 time it says pickup failed, 1 time it says pickup rejected by your side.. 1 time pickup guy told me to raise the request again but there is not even a single issue from my side. Snapdeal and its service is totally crap. These people are a bunch of crooks. Go for flipkart and amazon as they have far better services.

I recently ordered for a Fossil blue dial wrist watch. I was quite surprised that a 10K watch was being offered for close to 2Konly. Still I ordered. I waited patiently for almost a week when the item arrived. Upon opening I realised that the product was fake!! First red flag was the cheap looking ‘leather’ band of the watch. The second red flag was that the chronograph was not working. The watch itself was very light. Last but not the least the packet in which the watch was packed with Fossil branding was cheap paper!! The seller also had the audacity to put in a black card asking the buyer to register their product on the official site of Fossil. I logged in and then realised that the current price of that watch is 20K and not 10K. It was proven fake.
Thankfully Snapdeal has a no hassle return policy. I returned the stuff and the money got credited in no time.
Snapdeal management must look into this. I can see Google ads popping up every now and then with insanely low prices of expensive watches. I am sure they too are fake. Please be aware.
