The most beautiful thing about the app was the clean layout, but they ruined it with the latest upgrade. The playing area is reduced in favor of blank blue spaces. Buttons have been shrunk so we can easily fat finger them... Very disappointed with the last upgrade

"I've been a 5-star rater and loyal player of this game since 2018. While I understand that occasional bugs can occur after updates, I'm disappointed in the customer service response to my recent issue.
Despite their claim to track every game, they seem unaware of the lags and bugs that led to my losing 12 billion coins due to a game crash. Their offer of 25 million coins in compensation feels insufficient, especially considering the time and effort I've invested. The cold response from support has left me feeling frustrated and considering uninstalling the game."
As a long-time player, I hope they can better understand the value of my progress and provide a more suitable resolution."

This game is totally rigged. You don’t play the game, they play you!.First they will make you win so that you love the game and get used to it and then the game begins!
You are only going to lose no matter what cards you are holding. Once you lose the chips, they will lure you into buying chips and other packs. Total waste of your real money for their fake chips that you are going to lose anyway.

when I started playing this game I would getting a good cards I would be winning I would be loosing the level was equal but as a time passed I stopped getting good cards I would relentlessly lossing and not winning at all, I play this game everyday and they make us fool like an idiot for few days I thought it must be a bad luck that I’m loosing but actually the scene is first they will let you win and once you get addicted to this game you will start loosing and then you spend your money to buy their paid coins, stop making people fool, this is the way you want your application to grow ? to run more ? I’m sorry but if you go this way then you shall never reach the top, uninstalling the application, totally disappointed and listen it’s not about 2-3 days I’m facing this issue since a month then I decided to write a review if you don’t believe me then check my game progress.

WSOP was a lot of fun as a beginner. As soon as you go higher in rank etc, they start cheating you subtly and make sure you lose all your chips so that you buy with real money. Not cool.

Working Issue
I’ve been playing WSOP - Texas Hold’em for over three years, and have thoroughly enjoyed myself. The game is very entertaining.
However after my last upgrade on March 12, 2019 ( version 6.3.1 ) - I can’t play the game. In the middle of a hand, the App quits and shows the wall paper. In the past 10-11 days, I’ve not been able to play the game for more than 1-2 minutes without interruption - resulting in my Club rank dropping from K V to Q V.
The support staff needs to fix this problem.

Sorry to say, this is of the idiots, by the idiots and for the idiots. Very very slow app. Drains battery like anything.
WSOP is even greedier than Zynga. They want you to buy chips from 2nd/3rd day!!! Trust me you won’t win anything on 2nd/3rd day. No wonder why they are much less popular.
If you have any poker skills, that’ll be destroyed by this. Insane algorithm to make the game amusing. In real life it never happens.
