Description

Delhi Metro Rail app provides the customers of metro services with lot of useful information that helps in using the Metro Services. Following are the different sections in the app and the information available in them.
Route Between Stations- Selecting the starting and destination stations will display the user the Fares, Distance, Approximate Travel time, stations in between with change over station and the route map with plotting of the route on the map.
Station Info – Selecting a station will give you various useful information about the station like First and Last train timings, Platforms, Gates and directions, contact numbers, Tourist spots near that station, parking, feeder services etc.
Nearest metro station – This section will show you the nearest metro stations from your current place.
Other sections i.e. Tour guide, Metro Museum, Lost and found and Other info will give various other useful information to the user.

Unable to find Metro Station

Hi Team,
This is to inform you that this app is really pathetic, in this we are unable to find the metro station of any route showing blank. Thereafter you guys have updated this app. Earlier it was working fine and showing all the metro stations. I was not happy with new Ap version so I have uninstalled it Today.
Kindly request you to please fix this issue else reverts back to old version.

Can’t believe that this is main app of DMRC. The worst app I have ever seen. UI plus database connectivity both are terrible. Even after several update on ios it is same with no. of issues.
1. Why user needs to input date and time whilst searching onto the main page? It should be provided on another page if user required to search for another day but not on the main page.
2. Why every time main page needs to be connected with database? Why not connected to the local database for faster searching?
3. Why route btw stations ain’t showing in a simple way. It is showing just like a map so lot of confusion for users.
4. No station info ain’t provided.
Number of other apps provide the same functions as DMRC and they are far better than this app.
Developer must pay attention on this app as this is main app of DMRC.

App is opening slow and have loads of glitches as no information is provided in search station & plan my journey. No information is provided for fare calculation. This is the main app used for Delhi Metro but they hardly pay attention to detail. They have an issue when using Dark mode or Dark Theme on iOS the text becomes white while searching “Route Between Stations”
It’s been years but they haven’t fixed it. The app crashes if you click on “Station Information”

When the user sets the iphone settings to dark from light mode, then the texts are not visible and the options which comes up in the search when we type the station names is not visible.
Please do the needful at the earliest. Please do the functional testing properly before releasing it to the public. This bug is not supposed to b n found in the beta testing. And your product is live to the public.

Searching for full map is like nightmares! Someone tried to make it nice but still lots of design flaws. Just see sometime zvv app and u will learn how to make a app. Navigation inside app info and ease of information is missing. Feel like a poor design or someone just learning.

Application not designed for mobile data

The way to use this app is to first connect your iPhone to a wifi connection and start the app. Once you have done this then this app will work on mobile data as well.
Apparently there is a bug in application design or only it’s developer can confirm if this is his design choice but this application will not go past “Accept” button if you are on mobile data. I have verified this app doesn’t register itself for mobile data usage. If you connect wifi and use this app for once then in my opinion it will download all route, station and fares etc. After this it doesn’t matter to this app if you are in wifi or mobile data it will work as I think this app never communicates back to server after it has downloaded initial data.

What an irritating app you have developed. ? Its seems that the developer doesn't even bother about what most of the people complain. This app stops working when updated. It always says that there is network error. Try after some sometime.
