Log your personal bests across eight core exercises: Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, Pull-Up, 5K Run, Plank Hold, Push-Up, and Shoulder Press. Each record is saved with the date it was set, giving you a clear view of your progress over time.
WORKOUT STREAK
Every day you open Himi, your activity is recorded. The app tracks consecutive active days so you can monitor your consistency. Build a streak and hold yourself accountable to your fitness routine.
FITNESS CHALLENGES
Browse a library of community challenges or create your own. Set a custom title, description, emoji, and duration. Join challenges to stay motivated, mark them complete when finished, and log any recent personal records along the way.
WATER INTAKE AND DAILY DIARY
Set a daily water consumption goal and track your intake throughout the day. Write diary entries to capture how your workouts felt, what you ate, or notes on recovery. Review your history to find patterns and adjust your habits.

DIAMOND REWARDS
Earn diamonds when you join and use them across the app. Diamonds unlock features such as sending messages, starting video calls, giving a Super Like, creating custom challenges, and boosting a published video to the front of the Discover feed for twenty-four hours. Replenish your diamond balance through in-app purchase options that range from small to large bundles.
CONTENT MODERATION AND SAFETY
Report any post or comment that does not meet community standards. Block users from your profile settings and manage your block list at any time. Access the user agreement and privacy policy directly from the settings menu. Delete your account with a single confirmation step.
PROFILE CUSTOMIZATION
