Disappointed with High Prices / Pricing Transparency
Very disappointing experience with Bharat Taxi / this app. Initially, the app promoted itself as best, most affordable, better than competitors, but these claims turned out to be false misleading.
The taxi fares are much higher even more expensive than other taxi apps.
This feels misleading,!deceptive, Instead of helping customers, it seems like Bharat Taxi has been launched just to overcharge / loot customers / fool people.
I would not recommend / strongly discourage using this app for anyone looking for fair pricing / honest service / transparency. Thanks

Live tracking could be better
After the ride starts, live tracking view is not as good as other apps in the same category. Please add proper arrow for the car direction once user boards the cab.

Categories Incorrect, Unsafe Payment Method
The categories coming in the application is not correct. When I am Booking a Sedan class car. I’m getting a wagon R which is a hatchback, but I am being charged Money of a Sedan class.
For the Payments, I am being asked to pay through UPI or cash, which is unsafe as I am exposing my contact number to each driver I will be taking ride to.
Hence this application is currently not safe to use as this application is made for Drivers not for customer.

Costly
The taxi prices are up. We have to change our earlier stance of reliability as a system run by Delhi Traffic Police. The system is now privatised it seems. Last time I came I had downloaded the app. Today I paid Rs. 775 for a ride that would cost 500-550 may be and the took the ride but deleted the app. It’s just another….

Don’t waste your time..
Most areas are currently unserviceable, so it’s better not to waste your time. I’d recommend using Uber or Ola for now, as this service is still in its early phase and may not be fully reliable yet.

Why are the fares not final?
1. Did you rename surge pricing as congestion fee?
Or is this extra money for >1 person?
2. What’s the pickup fees for?
If this covers charges to reach me, i would like to control the radius of search to make it 0.
3. What do you mean “driver can quote extra charges wrt traffic”. The app could put in situations I don’t want to be in.
One driver on 23Dec used this app in parallel with ola to measure my fare. He claimed I can pay this fare instead of ola even if it’s low. I don’t want to risk it and said let’s freeze the amount to 250. The final fare on this app shows 350 after my trip. Big uncertainty.
