It’s completely scam don’t try this app when I applied is shown 5000rs loan app with upcoming month due date but later in few minute I got only 3000rs from an individual upi.
Then I got suspect checked app is shown repayment is 5000re which they not credited this value and due date also current month.
I returned the amount immediately to the upi where u recieved. It’s complete scam don’t try this.

I am writing to file a formal and urgent complaint regarding an unsolicited and unauthorized loan amount that was unexpectedly credited to my bank account.
Details of the Transaction:
1. Date of Credit: 20/10/2025
2. Amount Credited: ₹3,250.00
3. Sender Name (in Bank Statement): SHREENATH ENTERPRISE
Nature of Complaint:
I utilized the FinScanr application only to check my eligibility for a loan and was never presented with, nor did I formally consent to, the immediate disbursement of this small-term loan.
1. Exorbitant and Predatory Interest: The repayment demand is ₹5,000.00 due on 26/10/2025 (a one-week repayment period). This represents a direct interest charge of ₹1,750.00 on a principal of only ₹3,250.00. This is an exorbitant and predatory rate that is a violation of the fair lending practices mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
2. Lack of Consent and Transparency: I was never informed of the one-week tenure or the final repayment amount prior to the disbursement. Had I been aware of these terms, I would have explicitly declined the offer.
Demand for Resolution:
I request one of the following resolutions immediately:
1. Immediate Reversal/Cancellation: Provide the procedure to instantly reverse the ₹3,250.00 amount, which I will transfer immediately, thereby settling this matter without the illegal interest charge.
2. Compliance with RBI Norms: If a reversal is not possible, I demand that the interest rate be immediately revised to comply with statutory and reasonable lending limits, and a formal repayment schedule with legitimate installments be provided.
I reiterate that I did not consent to these terms. If this matter, including the predatory interest and lack of an installment option, is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be compelled to report this unauthorized and unfair lending practice to the RBI Ombudsman and the RBI Sachet Portal for necessary action against your company and its lending partner, SHREENATH ENTERPRISE.
I await your immediate response with a clear path to resolution.

It deposits loans into your bank without consent, charges astronomical interest, then extorts you—threatening to share fabricated nude photos with your contacts (parents, spouse, siblings) if you don’t pay. This is a loan fraud scheme operating out of Pakistan.
They issue loans to your phone number without your consent and then blackmail you for money.
They may also manipulate your photos and present them in a degrading or defamatory way.
I don’t understand how this app is available on the iOS App Store.
Apple should remove it immediately.

Fake loan app

I want to warn everyone about a fake loan app. I applied for a loan of ₹5,000, but they only credited ₹3,000 to my account. Later, they started demanding full repayment of ₹5,000.
When I asked questions, they began to blackmail me using personal photos, threatening to send nude images to all my contacts.
This is a serious violation of privacy and a scam. I am going to file a police complaint and report this app to the Apple App Store.
