Feedback on User Experience and Ad Duration
I came across an Ad on Instagram stating that this app was developed by a local company, so I decided to try it out. However, the user experience is quite poor. Even though it’s a free app, showing an ad after every click really ruins the experience. No user has the patience to wait 60 seconds just to access basic information. There are better apps available that provide similar details without ads. If you’re going to show ads, please reduce the duration to 7–20 seconds instead of 60, or you’ll lose users very quickly. I just deleted the app.
