Extremely Disappointed with Service
Ordered medicines on 22nd May. Completed the doctor consultation the same day — did it TWICE just to be sure. After waiting 3 days, the app still showed 'Doctor Consultation Pending.' Contacted customer care on 23rd May and was promised a callback within 20 minutes. It has been over 24 hours now — no call, no update, no resolution.
These are essential medicines, not a luxury purchase. A pharmacy platform that cannot process critical prescriptions or keep its customer care promises is a serious concern. The entire experience — the technical glitch, the false callback promise, and the complete silence after — has been deeply frustrating.
I hope the Truemeds team takes this seriously and resolves this immediately. As of now, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone who depends on timely medicine delivery.

Fraud Cheater
They increase the price after confirming order during dispatch without your consent. Bigger crime is they never update the price on app and continue to get orders on old discounted reduced price only. Pathetic service and customer support
I placed an order, received the first call for confirmation about the patient details and was told that I would receive another call from pharmacist team. Received call from pharmacist, call got dropped automatically and after repeatedly requesting callback, same issue happened everytime. Called their customer support twice to inform about this issue, rather than connecting me directly with the pharmacist, they asked me to pick up the call as if I was disconnecting the call. Now the status is, they collected all the data about the patient, the disease and the medicines and showing no interest in processing the order.
I feel their core objective is to sell the substitute and if someone is not opting for it, rather than fulfilling the order, at least collect the data.
Scam is happening, never gonna use again. Dont fall for their paid reviews

Never buy medicines from this application
I placed an order on 15th April and paid ₹4000 in full, but the order didn’t even appear in the app until I repeatedly followed up with customer support. They blamed it on a “technical glitch.” Once it finally showed up, the status incorrectly changed to “payment pending.” As of 20th April, the order is still not dispatched. Customer support has been completely unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue. This is extremely frustrating, especially since the medicines are for a seizure patient at home. Very disappointing experience. On top of that these people are saying now to cancel my order and will give refund after 2 days.

Disappointed with slow service
I placed an order on the app because it clearly promised delivery by 10 a.m. the next day. Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the purchase since some of the medicines were urgent.
However, it’s now 5 p.m. and the order still hasn’t been delivered. I even contacted customer service around 12 noon, and they assured me that the order would be marked as urgent and delivered within a few hours. Unfortunately, that commitment was not honored.
This kind of delay, especially for essential medicines, is highly disappointing and unreliable. The app should not make delivery promises it cannot keep.:::

Worst platform ever
I have placed an order on 27 mar 2026 and which was to delivered by 29 mar 2026 as promised in the application but the delivery was getting delayed so i have cancelled the order. Inspite of which the executives of truemeds called me multiple times asking to place the order and promising to deliver the medicines within 48 hrs from the time of ordering but its been 1 week i.e. 4 april 2026 and the medicines are not still not yet delivered and i have been calling to the customer support and no proper response is being given to the customers and they are incapable of giving proper information.

Guys if you think this is a reliable app for online delivery of medicine it’s not. They will not take any actions against the incompetencies of their logistics team, and will keep harassing you for your refund by calling once or twice every single day. Their delivery service is very poor and in my case they literally gave medicine to someone else in my building while I was present there, without calling or informing me first. After so many calls with their customer executive five days later they informed me how they gave the medicine to somebody else, assuming I would just know!!! No resolution to the issue, no action against delivery team.

Pathetic service
Poor Service by Truemeds.
It has been more than 48 hours, and there is still no update regarding my order. The app is not working properly, which makes it even more frustrating. When I contacted customer support, the response was very slow and unsatisfactory. Instead of understanding the customer’s concern, the representative (a girl named Manika) was rude and unhelpful.
Neither has my order been delivered nor has my money been refunded. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially since medicines are time-sensitive. I expected much better service from Truemeds.

Highly pathetic and unorganised service.
The medicine delivery was initially scheduled for 30th December, but the delivery executive assumed the address was in a different location and rescheduled it to 31st December. On the rescheduled date, another delivery executive refused to deliver, stating that the area does not fall under his jurisdiction.
The WhatsApp helpline is completely ineffective—only automated responses saying an agent will connect, but no one ever does. After calling the customer care number, a complaint was raised with an assurance of a response within 48 hours, which is unacceptable for a medicine delivery.
This reflects extremely poor coordination, lack of accountability, and unorganised management. For a healthcare-related service, such delays and negligence are unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this service unless major improvements are made in delivery management and customer support.

Extremely disappointed with Truemeds
I am highly disappointed with my recent experience with Truemeds. Their service quality has gone down drastically. I ordered medicines for my father, and not only was the invoice generated with the wrong patient name, but even the doctor’s name didn’t match the prescription I had uploaded. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to medical documents that are required for insurance claims.
I tried contacting customer support, and although they assured me that the corrected invoice would be sent, nothing has been done till now. The delay and lack of responsibility show how unreliable their service has become.
Medicines and documents are sensitive—customers shouldn’t have to chase support repeatedly for basic accuracy. Very poor experience, and I will think twice before ordering from Truemeds again.

Concern Regarding Medicine Packaging & Pending Refund
I have been a regular user of online platforms for all my needs and wants, and this is the first time I have been truly disappointed. Medicines, being sensitive and essential products, should be sealed properly, yet in this case, it appears there was no concern for the customer’s safety or satisfaction.
How can such products be sold without verifying their authenticity, packaging, and adherence to safety measures? This raises serious concerns about quality control.
It has now been a week since I initiated the return and refund request on the same day I received the order. Yet, your team has been asking for pictures and videos even after the product was returned. I fail to understand why, after returning the product, the customer must repeatedly call and follow up, instead of your team arranging a pickup and promptly initiating the refund.
I cannot waste my time continuously chasing this matter, as I am a businesswoman, and these medicines were for my mother and father. The delay has caused both inconvenience and distress.
For these reasons, I am requesting an immediate refund. I understand my words may not have a significant impact on your business, but I feel compelled to share my honest feedback. Apologies for the harsh tone, and thank you for your time.

Bad process so don’t buy medicines
My experience with Truemeds was extremely disappointing. After placing an order, I wasn't given a payment option until the medicine was dispatched. Even after I paid online before delivery, the delivery partner still demanded cash because their system showed it as Cash on Delivery. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful, simply stating it was their "process" and that I'd have to wait another day for them to update the payment status to the delivery partner already for delivery they spend two says. This entire process is inefficient and frustrating. I've now switched to other apps that offer much quicker and smoother delivery, and I won't be using Truemeds again.
