Fraud app
Online top up in smart card never reflects in card . Money deducted from account but never updated in the smart card.
It do not allow you to track payment transactions.

Payment option not working properly
Recently many of my top ups are in error stage due to constant lagging in stuck mode while reaching payment option why is that need to clear out that too rest everything super
As a suggestion. If there is current running timings also mentioned it will be great on particular stations also metro navigation for passengers to connect there path like which way exit they should go like that etc need that too then this app would be outstanding.

Does not shows arrival/departure time from specific station (example trains from Majestic)
Also would be good to have live track of trains

Not helpful
If wtsapp qr ticket can be shared, y not this app allow you to share ticket. Very disappointed. Extra money charged by guards at metro station even though i had the photo of valid ticket booking as my friend booked the ticket for me and she was travelling to somewr else.

Unable to add the metro card to the App, card has 16 digit number where as app asking for 11 digit number

I tried multiple times for the payment through Phonepay application are getting failed and even App is not working properly for booking ticket

Need to improve
Money debited but not shown in the app, which resulted in paying again at the exit. Extremely frustrating experience. Customer support is useless no proper response or resolution through email. Needs serious improvement.

Fraud Scam Alert!
I tried to book a ticket and after the transaction was completed, but it said that the transaction had failed. No refund has been issued yet. And also i couldn’t the transaction logs using which i could raise my concern.

App is good but with bug
After recent update and this is specific yellow lane
If I search Infosys stop it shows Infosys konappana agrahara but when you select it takes indiranagar.
Value mapping is wrong somewhere.
Same thing for Silk Board.
Happing for yellow lane stops only, other stops are working fine
Otherwise app very useful
May be you could fav stops or bookmark frequently used stops that. Would great

Not support RBL Metro Card
Its funny as well frustrating that this app wont support Metro Card issued from Bangalore metro that says Rupay RBL Metro card.
How that happened? Card is issued from Customer Desk of metro station still it os not supported in any of the online platform. Bad.

Worst customer service
In metro station my amount went twice 1week ago raised the compliant trough mail and trying to customer service from long time no one is picking the call and no response.

App is super simple and soo elegant but there are some faults
I can add only my old normal metro card variant but I couldn’t add ONMC card also the app and features are so good i agree with that especially its good without bug or ads in iPhone they can add also other languages preferred too for commuters might be good make the map downloadable give any coupon code or offer to avail on recharging rest of it everything is super fine

Limited functionalities
App is good to book tickets and view map but it lacks many features offered by Delhi metro like trip planner with start time which shows total time required to travel from one station to another station. It is very much needed feature to plan the travel. Bus shuttle service is missing. Parking info for each station is missing. Nearest metro station is missing. I would suggest to refer delhi metro app.
