Can’t use Super Cash as cashback to account

What a stupid idea, that super cash can only be used as payment charges waiving off, why at first place I am charged to pay via card. Super cash amount should be transferred to account or used a waive off in paying due like other apps.

Lost money due to bug

I used the super cash to cover the fees. While authorising the payment I got an error on the app and it gave me an option to retry. I tried and got success but later realised that the first payment had also gone through. I got charged fees in the 2nd transfer!! I explained this issue to 2 support employees of Spaid. They accepted the issue as the transactions happened Ina. Asap of 15s. But said we cannot do anything!! They offered more Super Cash but that’s not real money!

I had a terrible experience with Spaid App. This is honestly one of the worst apps I’ve used, and I strongly advise others not to install it.

They lure users by offering “super cash” when you pay your credit card bills, but the reality is completely misleading. The so-called super cash:

* Is valid for barely 2 days

* Comes with so many restrictions that it’s practically unusable

* Feels like a gimmick rather than a real benefit

This is nothing but a bait tactic to attract users and then provide zero real value.

The whole experience feels deceptive and frustrating. What’s the point of rewards if you can’t actually use them?

Highly disappointed. Giving negative ratings. Avoid this app at all costs.

Could not add my AMEX

Tried to add my AMEX card the app said name doesn’t match. It doesn’t match because AMEX lets you shorten your full name printed the card. Gen Bug: SuperCash payment forced a decimal unnecessarily and wouldn’t let me change. Card verification needs to be re thought.

Rewards Are Misleading and Hard to Use

I found the app UI to be ok, but the overall experience was very disappointing. I received around ₹800 as Supercash, but it expired in 24hrs before I could use it meaningfully. The only option was to transfer it to another bank account, which wasn’t practical.

This makes the rewards feel almost useless. I would rather earn less on other apps where the benefits are actually usable and don’t expire so quickly.

Overall, a very frustrating experience. Not recommended.

Got 2% cash back on credit card payment and also Rs.500 on completing video KYC. But all these are useless. You need to pay any institution/Tutor to use these cashback. Also at a time only 10% of the cashback can be used. For example you need to transfer Rs.50000 to use the Rs.500 cashback which you received after doing video KYC. Big fraud. Not happy - tried to use it for 4-5 days but it did not allow me to do anything. One payment to a bank account took 30 minutes only to fail later. And of course I did not get the fee back (the amount of money was refunded though). KYC process from digilocker was hanging every time I tried. And for 50 times I tried to pay my credit card due and it asked me try again later. Reinstalling the app also didn’t help as it didn’t let me enter the passcode. Very disappointing experience

This is one of the most useless payment apps I have ever used. Nothing works when you actually need it.

The KYC process is completely broken, every time I try to make a payment, the verification fails or freezes for no reason. Because of this, my payment was stuck for TWO DAYS. Imagine trusting an app with your money and it just traps your payment without any update or accountability.

Customer support is a complete joke. They claim to “manually push” you into the call queue, but that means nothing when there are already 25 people ahead of you and no one ever actually picks up. After wasting so much time waiting, they still cannot answer basic queries or provide any real help.

A payment app that cannot process payments, cannot complete KYC, and cannot provide support is completely pointless. Extremely unreliable, badly managed, and incredibly frustrating to use. Avoid this app at all costs.

I have tried to contact multiple times, but I have not received any callback. My payment of ₹42,000 is still not settled, even though I have already paid the convenience fee and completed the transfer.

It has now been 6 days, which is completely unacceptable. As per standard financial practices, you cannot hold a customer’s payment for this long without proper resolution.

I used the app for the first time and my experience has been very bad. I withdrew a payment of ₹48,000, but the payment is not getting settled and it is asking me to complete video KYC. I tried to do the video KYC many times, but every time the DigiLocker verification remains pending. I tried calling customer care several times, but I couldn’t connect with them in any way. I also sent an email, but they haven’t replied to it yet. With such poor and third-class service, how do you expect people to use your app?

February 10th is stuck, showing "Auth Failed" with the refund step still marked in red. Having that much money stuck in limbo is incredibly stressful, and it is completely understandable that you want this resolved immediately.

Urgent: ₹30,000 Debited from ICICI RuPay Credit Card – Stuck at Authentication

I am facing a serious issue with a card payment and there has been no response from your customer support so far.

An amount of ₹30,000 was debited from my ICICI Bank RuPay Credit Card, but the payment was not received by the receiver. The transaction is currently showing “Authentication” / “In Progress” on your platform.

This clearly indicates that the payment did not complete successfully after authentication, yet the amount has been debited from my credit card. Even after several hours, the amount has neither been credited to the receiver nor refunded back to my card.

I have already contacted customer care multiple times. I even received a call where no one spoke, and I have sent emails earlier without receiving any response.

This is extremely concerning, especially when a large amount like ₹30,000 is involved and there is no proper support available.

I request you to please:

1.Immediately check this authentication-failed transaction

2.Confirm whether the amount will be credited to the receiver or refunded to my ICICI RuPay credit card

CRITICAL Payment Failures & ZERO Customer Support - A Major Downturn

I have been a long-time user, but the service has recently deteriorated drastically. I have ₹97,000 stuck across three critical transactions (48k, 48k, 1k) since yesterday (05 Nov 2025). The money is either deducted or stuck in "Settlement Pending."

The worst part is the complete collapse of customer support. The in-app call request consistently shows a queue of 20 people with ZERO movement, making it impossible to get urgent help for a financial emergency.

Extremely Disappointed – Payment Failed and No Immediate Refund

I made a payment of ₹30,000 for a medical emergency, and the transaction failed due to an issue on the app’s side. The amount was debited from my account but never reached the recipient.

To make things worse, the support team keeps asking me to wait for seven days instead of resolving it urgently — which is unacceptable in an emergency situation. It clearly shows poor customer support and lack of accountability.
