Description
StressBook uses Apple Watch health data such as HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and resting heart rate to help you understand your physical fatigue and mental stress levels. It will promptly remind you to pay attention to your stress state and assist you in learning to better regulate and manage stress, keeping your mind and body in a comfortable state.
Through data analysis, it provides valuable insights to help you find inner peace and relaxation.

StressBook reads heart rate health data from the Apple Watch through Apple Health. StressBook requires authorization to read Apple Health data in order to provide reminders, stress statistics, and suggestions; otherwise, it cannot function properly. Rest assured, your health data is stored locally, and we do not upload any of your health information.
