In facebook im see the drama of kuku and there their website call me to pay 2 rupees for free trail and i paid it a 6 month back they debited the amt 1500 without any notification or further information by autopay still im not downloading kuku application and made a complaint to support team of kuku they said that..the amount only refund the duration of debited date belongs within 3days but this information also not notified….such a scam worst customer service and very clever scam platform please no one try to risk on yours own….

I am extremely angry and disappointed with Kuku FM! Yesterday, they charged my account without my permission, without any confirmation, and without warning! There was no option to cancel, no proper communication, and no support when I tried to reach out. I feel completely cheated and scammed. I trusted this platform, and now I regret even downloading it.

Guys I subscribed to their plan. They setup my autopay by deducting 2rs with immediate refund. It stated I am on trial for 6days after that autopay will be active. As common in every other app you can unsubscribe anytime if you want to. THIS APP DOESN’T HAVE AN OPTION TO UNSUBSCRIBE. I searched thoroughly on how to unsubscribe this plan and now I am not able to and my autopay is setup. I want the team to connect with me and fix this issue asap.

This is how you can cancel the auto payments
You can simply go to your google app, click on your profile picture, select autopay , find the mandate of Kuku TV under Live mandate section and click on cancel autopay.
This is how you can stop them from scamming you. I have not installed this particular app yet because i read the reviews first. But for every single app that creates a paymet mandate, you can easily cancel it from uour own gpay app, it is all under your control.

The trial offer looks attractive, but auto-pay gets activated and cancelling it is extremely difficult. The app claims “cancel anytime,” yet there is no easy way to stop the subscription. This feels misleading and needs immediate improvement.

I have already made the payment for my Kuku TV subscription, but it is not getting updated in the app.
When I click on “Restore Purchase,” it shows that a subscription is already activated and asks me to log in with the same number ending with 7565. However, when I log in using that same number, the app again asks me to make the payment. The payment is already completed and reflected on my side, but the app is not allowing me to access any premium content or sections.
This is very frustrating because the money has been deducted, but the subscription is not activated properly. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and fix the restore purchase/login system.

Very disappointed with Kuku TV. My subscription amount was successfully deducted from my account, but my subscription was NOT renewed or activated. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
If your system can deduct money instantly, it should also activate the subscription instantly. Customers should not have to follow up repeatedly for your internal technical failures.
I expect immediate action — either activate my subscription without any further delay or issue a full refund immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.

I am extremely disappointed with Kuku FM. I subscribed through the ₹1 trial offer, but after that, money started getting deducted automatically without any proper notification or reminder.

Trial was canceled along with autopay deletion
I just activated Kuku trial by paying 2/- which was supposed to be active for a week. However, the trial was canceled as soon as I deleted the autopay of 499/- to avoid accidental charges after the trial period. I wanted to choose the service based on the trial. Now I’m unable to try the app at all. This is silly that Kuku is forcing us to keep the subscription autopay active to try the app through trial.

Kuku TV / Kuku FM – Fraudulent Subscription Practices
I had an extremely bad experience with Kuku TV (Kuku FM). Despite unsubscribing from their service and even receiving confirmation of cancellation, they continued charging ₹499 every month without my consent.
I sent numerous emails and support requests asking for cancellation and refund, but the company showed complete negligence. There was no proper response, no refund, and no accountability. This behavior clearly feels like a deliberate attempt to extract money from users even after unsubscribing.
Such practices destroy customer trust and raise serious concerns about ethics and transparency. I strongly warn others to be very careful before subscribing. Once they have your payment details, getting out seems intentionally made difficult.
Highly disappointed. Would not recommend this platform to anyone.

Despite making payment and not able to access any shows
The in-app support is just a bot with fixed responses and there’s no option to reach a real human. The only way to contact support is through email or social media.
I’ve already emailed them but got only an automated reply, and there’s been no response on Twitter either.
Despite receiving a confirmation email from Apple that my payment was successful and my subscription is active, the app still shows that I do not have an active subscription.
While checking online, I found many other users facing the same problem, with no clear update on resolutions from anyone.
I will update this review if my issue gets resolved.

Scammers! I can’t cancel my autopay.
I have been trying to cancel my Google Pay autopay subscription, but it simply doesn’t cancel. It feels like the app is using some dark pattern techniques to keep users stuck in subscriptions.

Paid for Subscription but No Premium Access and No Support
I took a 3-month subscription on kuku TV for ₹699. The payment is reflected in my GPay account and also shows as an active subscription in my Apple ID, but the premium access is still not activated in the kuku TV app.
I’ve already followed up twice via email, but there is no response at all. There is no contact number available, and the virtual bot doesn’t connect to a live agent or provide any help.
Really disappointed with the lack of support and communication. I hope the team resolves this issue soon

Worst Experience: Payment Taken, No Service
I purchased a subscription on KukuFM and the payment was deducted from my account, but even after 3 days the subscription has not been activated. Biggest Scam App – Fraud Alert!
This app is a complete scam. They lure you with a fake ₹2 trial, force you to set up an autopay mandate, and then make sure you can’t cancel it. Once the trial ends, they start deducting money without your permission. There is no option in the app to cancel, and when you email them, they never reply.

I am extremely disappointed with your service. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to cancel my subscription. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Again this app deducted 499 from my account still i didn’t get any response from support team, mailed several times there’s no way for cancellation and our money is debiting from the account. What’s the solution for this issue how cheap this app total scam happening. Biggest Fraud Guys Never install
I have tried KuKu trial initially Rs.2:00 deducted and second day i realised its not good and i tried cancel autopay from gPay which never happens then contacted bank, bank says its 3rd party merchant UPI mandate they can’t cancel and also contacted KuKu support where they send some nonsense auto replies saying go to gPay and cancel and later i closed my account where they says all your subscriptions and mandate etc.. will be cancelled. All these done within trial period itself but still they deducted Rs. 499:00 on 10th august.
I feel cheated i don’t have any option left other than going to consumer court.

Kuku team never reply to mail other than some bot automated replies. you can make fool of us by just replying here. i have already emailed multiple times and no response from a human or a solution to it.

Autopay Fraud
I am extremely disappointed with KukuTV. They automatically deducted money from my account without clear consent, and there is no straightforward option to cancel the autopay. Bewkoof banaya phone pay se Rs2 debit kr k auto debit lagaya by saying free premium subscription trial 1 week now when I’m opening anything then you have to take subscription and pay them jab mujhe laga kafi time waste ho gaya to I thought account delete kr deta hu now account delete hi nai kr sakte aap kyun ki enter k button hi gaya hai 😂 what a shame on kuku fm itna ghatiya tech use and forcefully account retain karna is the worst idea.
I want to delete my account, and galti se bhi app download nai krna chahiye never promote it bakwas again and again …. Sorry to say but really worst experience..! Please share this with the promotors and developers!!

They are running false promotion of 7 days free trial which you can cancel anytime. But you won’t be able to cancel until they deduct your money. Chat support is worst and no support over phone only via email, when I mailed them they said they don’t found my account completely denying.
Contents are worst all are very similar kind of story like tv serials.
