1. The album of my game doesn’t open so can’t get benifits of stars gained from cards.
2. I can’t use collected bombs coz as soon as I try to use it the game disappeared, thus can’t get advantage of the collected bombs.

After the games get over no update on status e.g on 18sept 2018 the bars and drums related contest got over and it was told to announce gift after 2 hours but till now nothing heard. I used my 600 spins to collect about 838 bars and no prize so far. This leads to loss of interest in the game

Spins are lost if there’s a network error. Also money earned by those spins are not added.
Another quick fix required is for the money with cash king. It doesn’t show the actual money incase when it’s already utilised. It should show the actual amount the cash king has so it becomes easier to play and move ahead in the game.
Also if the number of spins could be increased from 5 to 10 in an hour as 5 spins per hour is very less.

If the internet connection gets lost while spinning, it shows the spins getting redeemed, however, the spins end up getting deducted.
During the jungle cup cash hunt, six times, the monkey appears on the screen with a ball but does not smash the ball, thus, the hunt never begins.
In 60 mins. I receive only 5 spins. However, there are people who receive 10 spins in 1hr.

If you are updating the app for iphone x atleast update it in a proper way. The bar which shows the money you have hides within the top notch and it is impossible to know how much money you have while playing and have to open the gift tab to see the actual amount. Please fix the same.

What’s wrong with you guys! Many times i asked to sort out my problem but still i am facing the same problem!! Why i am not getting 10 spins in one hour like others??? I am on the last island still getting 5 spins and others are getting 10 spins in one hour!! I am fed up now!! Fix this problem ASAP!!
