Seems like a fraud
I want to cancel the process of the credit card and initiate a refund of the FD amount, but the app has no option to do so. I deliberately did not complete vKYC so that it would automatically refund. Your customer care is pathetic with no response to emails or calls.
I think it is time we should reach out to RBI for such fraud apps.

Setup my card not working
Extremely disappointing experience with the Novio iOS app. I received approval for my credit card, but I’m completely unable to set it up due to a persistent error. Every time I click “Set Up Your Card,” the app throws a ValidationException (401) showing missing details like email and other fields—even though my information is already provided.
This clearly looks like a backend or app bug, not a user issue. I’ve tried reinstalling, logging out/in, and checking all details, but nothing works. An app handling financial services should not have such basic technical flaws.
Please fix this issue immediately, as it blocks users from accessing their own approved credit cards. Very poor user experience.

Vkyc agent not available
Trying to connect since yesterday no one is connecting for vkyc, have waited for almost 4 hour in waiting, no customer support no response on whatsapp. Process was smooth till the payment was due, once payment done no one is bothered to even respond
