Unable to get coin by watching videos

Hello I am Vanshika Aagarwal I have a complaint that I am unable to get coins by watching videos there are certain dialogues of the characters in which they ask you a question and give you a advice and you are given two options to choose from and one of the options cost coins so you can get more coins for free by just watching videos but I am unable to so please look up into this matter
