Poor customer service

The quality of the clothes is good, but if an item doesn’t fit, it should either be exchanged or returned. However, I have never faced such an irritating situation on any shopping app as I have with this one.
At the very least, there should be a customer call option so that people can easily lodge complaints. But no. The pickup agent who came for the pickup the first time called and said he would arrive shortly, but he never showed up. A pickup was scheduled again the next day, but the agent neither called nor sent a message. Even on the third day, there was no update at all. When I tried calling, there was no response. When I checked the app, it showed that the pickup agent had been calling me and that I was not responding. What nonsense is this? I never received any call from the pickup agent.
What kind of poor service is this? Is this how business is supposed to be run? It’s not as if our money grows on trees and has no value.
This app is terrible, and the courier service is even worse. I will definitely advise everyone I know not to shop from Savana.
Very, very, very disappointed.
Stop providing such poor service and stop cheating customers.

Great app and overall a very good shopping experience. The interface is easy to use, orders are smooth, and customer service is reliable. My only suggestion would be to improve product availability. Some items go out of stock and don’t seem to return for a long time, which can be frustrating when customers want to repurchase their favorite products. More consistent restocking would make the experience even better. Overall, highly recommended!

Bad customer service

Shocking Lack of Accountability from Savana and Shadowfax 🛑
I ordered a gift parcel from Savana on 31st May 2026. After shifting the delivery window three separate times, it was finally marked "Out for Delivery" yesterday via Shadowfax.
The delivery associate promised to deliver it by 8:30 PM. Instead, he switched off his phone, ignored over 25 subsequent calls from me, and then at 10:44 PM, falsely marked the status as "Delivery Attempted." I received absolutely no calls or visits.
When I forced Savana’s automated bot to connect me to a human agent, the customer service was appalling. Instead of investigating why their delivery partner log is filled with fake updates, the agent gave a highly diplomatic brush-off, stating that since the final window extends to June 16th, I just have to wait. When I mentioned taking this to social media, the agent casually replied: "Continuing this chat will not help you with expediting the delivery."
This shows absolute zero responsibility towards customer satisfaction. You cannot let your logistics partners manipulate delivery metrics with fake attempts while telling paying customers to just deal with it.

Scam app! don’t even install it

What an absolute joke of a platform. I wasted ₹3,000 on clothes from here and what I received was complete garbage. The products looked NOTHING like the pictures. The quality was so bad that the whole order wasn’t even worth ₹1,000.
And then comes the best part—when I tried to return this trash, the return never got processed. No refund, no update, nothing. Customer service is completely useless. Nobody answers calls, nobody responds, and nobody seems to care after taking your money.
Seriously, this feels like a scam. They show attractive products online and send cheap low-quality items instead. Once they have your money, good luck trying to get it back. I’ve never been this disappointed with an online purchase.
Save your money and buy from literally anywhere else. This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

Why has savana deleted me past order history? This is pathetic, why would you do something like that. Disgusting return process

Fraud App

Worst experience with the Savana app.
The material quality was very poor. I requested a return, but no one came to pick up the product. I contacted customer support, and for two days no one even registered my complaint.
Finally, an agent provided me with a complaint ID and assured me that the return would be completed within 4–5 days. However, nothing happened. When I followed up again after 4–5 days, I was told it would take even more time.
Worst customer service ever.
This app feels like a fraud. They keep misleading customers instead of providing proper support. I would not recommend it to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE; Pathetic Customer Service

My order was supposed to be delivered by 8 June, yet days later it still has not been delivered. What has been even more frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of transparency and accountability from customer support.
I raised multiple complaints and repeatedly asked for basic information:
* The reason for the delay.
* An estimated delivery date.
* A solution since I would soon be leaving the delivery location.
* Escalation to a senior representative.
Despite numerous chats with different agents, I received the same scripted responses over and over again: “the issue has been escalated,” “please don’t worry,” and “we are working on it.” However, no one was able to provide a delivery timeline, answer my questions directly, or connect me with a senior representative despite repeated requests.
As a customer, I understand that delays can happen. What is not acceptable is being left completely in the dark while support continuously repeats generic assurances instead of providing actual information or taking ownership of the issue.
The most frustrating part is that I spent more time chasing updates than receiving any meaningful help.
Based on my experience, Savana’s biggest problem is not delayed delivery; it’s the inability of customer support to provide clear answers, accountability, and effective resolution when something goes wrong.
I sincerely hope the company improves both its logistics and customer service processes because this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.

Return and refund

Worst experience with this company. I returned two tops worth around ₹1,600, but my refund has still not been processed even after 10–12 days. The delay is completely unacceptable.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. Whenever I tried to contact them, I was either left waiting in the queue for a long time or did not receive a proper response. There was no clear update regarding my refund, and I had to keep following up myself.
Customers should not have to chase their own money after returning products. Very disappointed with the service and the way this issue has been handled. I would not recommend shopping here unless they improve their refund process and customer support.

Worst shopping experience ever

Savana has been one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I have had. Orders are not delivered on time, and there is no way to contact the delivery executive because their contact details are not provided. To make matters worse, delivery executives do not even call before marking a delivery attempt.
The customer service is practically non-existent, making it impossible to get updates or resolve issues. There seems to be no proper delivery process in place, and customers are left completely in the dark about their orders.
Overall, Savana shows very little regard for its customers’ time and concerns. Delayed deliveries, poor communication, and lack of support make this app highly frustrating to use. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable shopping experience.

Worst customer support

I had a good experience with Savana initially, but the refund process has been extremely disappointing.
I paid through Google Pay (UPI), but when I requested a refund, I was only shown the wallet refund option. Later, I was informed by a team member that due to a technical issue, the amount had gone to wallet balance and could be refunded back to the original payment source. I have screenshots of this conversation.
Since 26 May, I have been continuously following up with support, sharing details and waiting patiently for a resolution. Despite this, I have mostly received repetitive responses and my issue remains unresolved.
₹1008 of my own money is still stuck in the wallet. This is not promotional credit or cashback—it is money that came from my own payment.
I genuinely wanted to continue shopping with Savana, but this experience has been frustrating and exhausting. I hope the team takes customer concerns seriously and resolves refund issues more transparently in the future.

Cancellation and refunds

This is my first time experiencing incredibly poor service from the Savana app and I'm deeply disappointed. The company's policies and customer support are a major cause for concern.
First, their cancellation policy is a joke. The app promises to refund the cancelled order’s money within 7-10 days , but its been 13 days since i cancelled my order and didnt receive any payment or any updates regarding my refund too and i texted few days back in the chat option regarding this and didnt get any proper response…
Customer service was unhelpful, constantly giving me vague responses and leaving me to wait.
Second, the lack of reliable communication is appalling. There is no call service; you are forced to use email or a chat system with a long queue. This makes it impossible to get timely help when you need it.
Im so much done with savana app and its so annoying to constantly text to some AI which doesnt respond properly to refund MY MONEY and it feels so annoying to do it…i need a proper response from savana for my refund or else u’ll face the consequences…Im done being polite and people’s money isnt a JOKE

i ordered a product almost 11 days ago, savana is so irresponsible and doesn’t understand customer policy, it’s such a trash app that it doesn’t even have a customer support number, i had to leave for a week’s vacation and i had ordered some products 11 days ago and till the last day i was home it didn’t deliver my product the original date of delivery was supposed to be earlier but after their own personal delay in processing the delivery date was shifted to after i had already left for my holiday, i even contacted their useless AI chatbot to hurry up with my order they could you know make an exception here and there in such emergencies, i’m so disappointed i kept waiting and waiting hoping somehow it’d arrive a day or even 1 hour before i left but it didn’t, i’m never gonna make a purchase from your stupid app again, either work on your delivery policies or shut down your useless service

Products not getting delivered

Well well! Last time I ordered an earring and a flare pants and I received 1 denim bag and a pouch which I never ordered so I tried connecting to the customer service but the order ID didn’t matched and was immediately rejected and I had the keep the products which no choice left. And again, I ordered two slings bags already paid and I never received any. When tried reaching customer service they informed me that the delivery agents attempted 3 times and since it was a failed delivery they had to sent back the products to the warehouse. I chatted the customer service that I never received any calls from any delivery agents or unknown numbers and it had the audacity to tell me to go and check “my call logs “ again really dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service. I’m gonna say it, since it became savana by urbanic it has been full of disappointment. I’ll never use this site to order anything.

I am sharing my experience so others do not go through the same stress and harassment that I faced. The product quality I received was poor and completely different from what I expected, so I raised a return request. But instead of a simple return process, this turned into the worst customer experience I have ever had.
For several days, the delivery partner kept calling only to ask for my address and then never came for pickup. Every day I waited with the parcel packed and ready, but the return kept getting cancelled repeatedly without any fault from my side.
Even after sharing proof, screenshots, call logs, and repeated complaints, customer support kept sending the same automated replies instead of giving a real solution. The courier partner, Shadowfax, kept changing locations, not answering calls, and wasting my time daily.
The most shocking and unacceptable part was that the delivery boy even took ₹50 from me during the return process, which is completely wrong and feels like fraud. A customer should never have to pay money for a return pickup.

Seriously disappointing customer service

Have been shopping from here since years and I must say, recently the quality of their customer service has gone down tremendously and there are soo many logistical issues faced by customers.
I order a pair of jeans which clearly was too small and not accurate with the size chart. I placed a return request immediately and waited for 6 long days for it to be picked up by the return executive but all i got was a OTP text and no one apparently showed up to pick it up. Now I am moving from this address so worried about who will return it from here, I cancelled the request and now they are saying they cannot do anything as return window has passed so I cannot generate a new return request. This is highly frustrating and I feel like my hard earned money is being wasted due to company’s unresolved logistical issues. Disappointed. I feel like I should stop shopping from here seriously.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Savana.
My order was scheduled to be delivered between 18th March and 21st March, but for days it kept showing “in transit” with no actual progress or transparency. Every single day, I had to raise complaints just to get some movement on my order, which is honestly unacceptable.
After continuously chasing their support, the status finally changed to “out for delivery” today on 25th March. But even now, there has been no call, no message, no attempt from the courier to contact me till now. It feels like customers are left completely in the dark.
What makes this even worse is the lack of proper customer support. There is no real person to talk to — only automated AI responses that do not solve anything. There is no customer care number, no proper email support, and not even basic contact details of the delivery partner are shared.
This kind of service shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect towards customers. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers and providing no real support is unacceptable.
Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Savana until they seriously improve their delivery system and customer support.

Perfect fit and perfect budget

Almost forgot about the other shopping apps and Sowcarpet purchases.. this app does it all. Every dresses I bought was perfect fit and stitching and offers always make me feel like I the jackpot. Urbanic is good but bit expensive compared to savana.. I almost purchased more than 30 products in Savana and I liked all them up to 97%. Returning the product has some simple instructions to be followed, other than that returning product is soon and fast refund too.. you should go for it and am sure you regret it.. to the readers - always check the reviews for every product and size..

Very Disappointing Experience – Missing Item, No Resolution

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on the Savana app.
I placed an order for two items, but upon delivery, I received only one item. The second item—a dress worth around ₹1100–₹1200—was missing, even though I have already paid the full amount.
I raised this issue on 14 January 2026 and shared all the required proofs, including the parcel opening video, photos, and every detail requested by the customer support team. I fully cooperated and responded promptly at every step.
I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 24–48 hours, but since then, all I’ve been told repeatedly is to “wait for one more day.” This has been going on for three days, with no resolution, no clear update, and no concrete action taken.
I also tried reaching out via email, but I was redirected back to chat support. Unfortunately, there is no option to speak to a real customer care agent, and chat support has been completely ineffective. No calls, no proper responses—just endless waiting.
I have paid for the missing dress, and I am simply asking for what I already paid for—either ship the missing item or issue a refund. The way this situation has been handled feels unfair, unprofessional, and highly frustrating.
I have been a regular customer and have placed multiple orders through this app, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to cancel my upcoming orders and escalate the matter to a consumer grievance forum.

Fraud

I had a very bad experience with the Savana clothing app. I ordered a top from Savana, but after receiving it, I didn’t like the quality, so I decided to return it.
Savana arranged an EKART delivery person to pick up the return parcel. I handed over the parcel, and the delivery person confirmed that it was delivered to the hub and then sent to the Savana warehouse. However, even after 5–6 days, I still haven’t received my refund.
The worst part is that Savana’s customer support is completely unreachable. Their contact number seems fake, their email does not work, and it’s impossible to send an email through their website. There is no proper way to contact them for help or updates.
In short, Savana has taken my money (around ₹700) and not returned it even after a successful return. Nothing feels genuine about this app—no real customer support, no refund transparency.
I strongly do not recommend ordering from Savana. Please be careful before spending your money here.

Pathetic customer care service.

Since there is no call facility available for customer care, resolving issues related to refunds and returns becomes extremely difficult and frustrating. Customers are forced to rely solely on chat support, which is highly inefficient for explaining and resolving such matters.
I strongly advise being very cautious while purchasing items from here, as if you encounter any refund or return issue, it becomes mentally exhausting with no proper resolution in sight.
I recently faced a similar issue. A delivery agent came for a return pickup and asked for three items. I handed over all three items; however, the Savana app acknowledged only two items as picked up. The third item was not updated in the system, and my refund for that item is still pending.
When I contacted customer care via chat, I was asked to wait for 24–48 hours. It has now been more than 72 hours, and I have still not received any response or resolution. Additionally, the customer care representatives are unprofessional and abrupt in their communication, often ending the chat without providing proper clarification or closing the issue.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the customer support system.

I honestly did not expect such a horrible experience from an app like Savana. It has been more than 5 days since I placed the return request, and till now the pickup has not been done. Every single day I try to reach out to customer service, but the experience is beyond disappointing.
Whenever I contact customer support, they keep me on hold for an endless amount of time, and no one ever responds. The moment I send a message explaining my issue, they simply close the ticket without giving any solution. This clearly shows how careless, unprofessional, and irresponsible their support system is.
If Savana cannot even manage a simple pickup process properly, then I don’t know what kind of service they are trying to provide. The pickup agent doesn’t call, doesn’t come, and still marks the pickup as “customer not available” without even trying to contact me. And when I try to reach the agent, he doesn’t respond at all. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable.
I am genuinely fed up and tired of following up again and again. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am completely done with this app, and I will never use Savana again.

I've been using the Savana app for some time, and honestly, it keeps getting worse. The delivery takes way too long, and sometimes the products don't even arrive at all. Their customer support is extremely poor - they don't reply honestly and only use fixed/preset responses. It takes forever for them to answer, and there's no customer care number to call, which feels very unprofessional and almost fraudulent. If they won't reply properly, the least they could do is offer a real support line.
On top of that, the shipping charges are high, and the only way to get free shipping is by spending a lot more - which makes no sense. You can't save money by being forced to spend more money. It's like they want you to buy extra just to avoid paying shipping, and that's not fair to customers.

Pickup Status Not Updated & Refund Being Unfairly Delayed

Dear Savana Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to raise a serious concern regarding the return of two jeans I recently purchased (approximately ₹2500–₹2600 )
I returned both items because the color was not as expected. When the delivery partner picked up the order, he clearly showed me the confirmation on his device that the pickup was completed, and it was reflecting in his system as well.
However, on my end, the Savannah app/website is still showing “Pickup not done yet”, even after several days.
I tried reaching out to chat support multiple times, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing:
•one agent disconnected the chat without resolution.
•No resolution was given by the agents just asked me to wait, no surety of refund
Instead of assisting me with my refund or providing a proper solution, the chat was disconnected. This caused unnecessary stress and fear regarding my money.
Due to this experience, I have cancelled all my remaining orders from Savana. I never expected such poor service from your platform, especially when customers trust you with their payments. The lack of call support makes it even more frustrating when the only available chat support is not reliable.
I request you to take immediate action to update the pickup status and process my refund without any further delay. I also request that proper customer support be ensured so that other customers do not face similar issues.

Savanna is an absolute scam. This is an online scam that shows dazzling images and deceives the customers. They are sending very cheap products that cannot be worn in public using the excuse that their products as non returnable .When we complain they have a bunch of excuses and say that product is the same. But the quality is very cheap and they earn only through this fraud. Customer care is only threatening customers saying chatting further wont get you anywhere. Besides they only have positive reviews in their site while on play store so much complains are there. Furthermore they use terms like uk fashion , Korean jewelry etc to fool people. Please don’t buy anything on savanna. This is a huge fraud . Also we purchased a lot of things at once and no single item was good. Please don’t be fooled by the strategic marketing techniques. savanna delivery scam

one time, like one month ago i ordered this top from savanna and it got ordered really quick on time. i later on tried the top and i didn’t like the fit of the top at all and so opted for a return thru the savanna app. they didn’t even try to take the return back. i tried returning the top several times by having a re attempt but eve try time i returned the top they never attempted for a pick up. even the delivery guy was appointed and i tried to contact the delivery person even they were out of reach. this re-attempt of the top happened several times like around 5 times and at the end i gave up and kept the top to myself. i forcefully had to keep the top even tho i wanted to return it soo bad and wanted my refund. plus savanna doesn’t even have customer support like what kind of brand are you??? i don’t have any way to contact savanna or reach out for help. they don’t have customer helpline so that i could cal for support or email them. plus the chatbot in savanna is soo useless didn’t get any support from there took. really bad experience after this i’m like scared to buy anything of wrong size cuz what if this happens again? pls fix this issue savanna! i’ve been buying from savanna since more than a year now and this is what i get!!!!

Very disappointing customer care

I have ordered for scarf and stipe sweatshirt from the app on 19th Oct yet it’s almost a month now still I haven’t received my parcel yet. When the courier team try to delivered for the first time I was not available so I call the courier team for next delivery attempt they said they will come, I waited the whole day yet they didn’t come. I waited for the next two more days yet they didn’t come so I raised a concerned to the customer care of Savana team yet they told me to wait for two more days and told me to contact them again if I don’t received any calls from the courier team. So, I waited for two days and still I didn’t received any calls from the courier team. So again I contacted the customer care team of Savana again to inform them about the same. Now this time they told me to wait again for 24hrs and within 24hrs if I don’t received any calls from the courier team contact them again. So I waited patiently for 24hrs yet I didn’t received any contact from the courier team and tried to contact the customer care of Savana yet they told me to wait for another 24-48hrs for an email from the support team of Urbanic since they are not able to handle it. I still waited hoping that they will at least do something about my parcel . I received the email after 48hrs asking me to wait again for 48hr-72hrs for them to check things. This is so frustrating already yet I was with full of patients but I didn’t see any actions taken from the team. This is so disappointing to the core. It was a prepaid order. Be aware.. Highly disappointed with return experience and customer service

I have been a regular buyer from savana, purchased many tops, dresses and accessories. However one incident gave clear reality check about there customer service, actually they do not have any customer service so pls be aware about it before buying anything. I received a used top with a broken tag that didn’t fit me as well. On the same day I received it, i raised a return request but the courier didn’t pick it up. I raised the request again and contacted customer service, but they refused the return saying the tag was broken. I explained them but they didn’t understand and closed the chat.
I am extremely disappointed that i had to keep a top that I can’t use and my money got wasted. About their customer service they don’t have call support and the chat option takes too long to respond.

Unsafe messy and uncertain experience.

Sure the tops are all fine. But when the return guy comes to pick up and asks you to come down because he is too lazy to come up. When you still ask him to come up which is literally 2nd floor, he runs away, doesn’t pick up your calls, then says that he had to get an urgent return parcel and the next thing you get is a review from Savana saying the quality check was failed. How can the quality check fail when it was passed in the first place and no guy came to pick it up.
When you raise this to customer service, they say they will resolve. I requested them to not send the same guy since it felt unsafe due to his shady behaviour. The Delhivery app(responsible for parcels and returns of savana) send you a text on whatsapp that says you (we) have rescheduled your return as per your request not once but twice when you never did it in the first place i.e. false texts of reschedule. When you raise this with customer service the third time, they have no idea of the history of the chat again and don’t do much to resolce the issue.
What is one supposed to do? The original return shady person responsible now knows my address. No action taken that has been informed to me otherwise. The Delhivery is falsely rescheduling my return on my name(as if I rescheduled jt) when i didn’t. And the customer service person has to be informed the whole issue over and over again. The whole situation was very frustrating and lost me a lot of my time.
So is your safety and time worth the cute and affordable tops? I don’t think so.

Ordering from savanah was one of the worst things I ever did. I paid for two items, one item they delivered a totally different product from what I had ordered and the return process is a super hassle which has still not been completed! The second item says it’s out for delivery, I never get a call and then it says it’s cancelled due to incorrect address! If it was incorrect, how did the first item get delivered?? And the delivery keeps on getting cancelled or failed and I have still not received a call! I had prepaid these items. It is such an huge headache! Poor customer service.

This is my second time experiencing incredibly poor service from the Savana app, and I'm deeply disappointed. The company's policies and customer support are a major cause for concern.
First, their return policy is a joke. The app promises a 2-3 day return process, but my first return took a frustrating 15 days. Customer service was unhelpful, constantly giving me vague responses and leaving me to wait.
Second, the lack of reliable communication is appalling. There is no call service; you are forced to use email or a chat system with a long queue. This makes it impossible to get timely help when you need it. My most recent order, which I chose cash on delivery for, was delayed for over two weeks, and the delivery was ultimately canceled because the packaging was torn and damaged. The delivery person even admitted the products were fine but packaging is not good.
It seems their service is significantly worse for cash-on-delivery orders. My first order, which I paid for online, arrived in about a week. This second one has been a complete disaster. Savana is such a fruad

I placed an order on 3rd July, and from 7th July onwards, the status only showed “ready to send to Dispatch Centre.” By 16th July, there was still no progress. When I contacted Savana through Instagram, I was told to cancel the order because it was out of stock—something they never bothered to inform me about. I had to repeatedly follow up myself, only to eventually cancel. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and basic customer courtesy.
New order placed on 3rd September... On 3rd September, I placed new orders that were scheduled for delivery on 7th September. Out of two products, I received only one. The package invoice listed both items, but only one was inside. When I reached out to Savana, they claimed they had video proof showing both items were packed but refused to share it, citing “security reasons.” A friend of mine also mentioned receiving a duplicate item from Savana earlier, which shows this isn’t a one-off issue.
Now, Savana is outright denying both a replacement and a refund. This is fraudulent and unacceptable. I have already escalated this matter to the Consumer Forum and will take further legal action if required. Savana has repeatedly caused me distress, wasted my valuable time, and disturbed my mental peace. This time, I have not only faced harassment but also financial loss due to their irresponsible and deceitful practices.
Such behavior cannot be ignored, and I will ensure accountability is established.

Incorrect order revived and no help received

Trap!

This is the worst app that i have ever come across. They do not have records of that a particular customer is a new customer or an old customer, their system cannot check that so they will ask to provide irrelevant details that a normal e-comm app can check by their own. Their customer support chat is so not user friendly, if you go outside the chat to take screenshot in the app that they asked for, the entire chat will disappear and you will have to reinitiate the conversation, wait in the long queue and explain everything again to a new representative, a total waste of time and efforts. Furthermore, once you place order, they show a delivery time of 15-18 days due to which as per your plans you will ultimately decide to cancel, if you cancel the order, there is no option of refunding to Original source and it will automatically get refunded to Wallet. This is basically a loop in which you get stuck. If you reach out to their team about the refund in wallet, they will say you should have contacted before option for refund and they cant do anything. Bro, if i knew you will automatically trap my money in your wallet then i would have reached earlier. Nevertheless, everything’s a lesson and here is not to use Savana again, ever!

Delivery issues

The app is great as it has wide range of varieties of clothings which has good prices and amazing quality. The only issue I’ve faced is the delivery processes.
Every time I ordered the delivery gets delayed by 3-4 days as because the delivering agents are quite rude.. and only come at night.. even though they know I am not available at night as I have told them. I call them from my number the whole day waiting for them to pick up, but they don’t pick up the calls. And when they arrive at the delivering location, they only call once. It is better if they sent 2-3 calls as because many people are not on their phones all the time. And the customer service AI thing is quite infuriating as when I try to write my order ID they say it’s invalid.. but as per what Savana had sent what my order ID was, I have sent the correct one.
But even though Savana may have these issues, I must say.. quality, prices wide range of products are a must buy, designs are trendy. The only flaw in designs are that most of the clothings have only 2-3 sizes available and wait time to get them back on stock is lengthy.
So, I recommend fixing your delivery and customer service. Thank you.

Utterly Disappointed – Worst Shopping Experience Ever

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Savana has been so frustrating that I feel people should know before ordering. This is not just one bad incident — it’s a repeated pattern. My first order, placed on 5th July, kept getting delayed without any proper updates. I emailed them 4–5 times, but there was no meaningful response. After waiting for weeks, they canceled the order on their own, without even asking me.

I ordered about 6-7 pieces of clothing worth 11k it took about 17 days to deliver to begin with and when I see the clothes the quality was pathetic even Sarojini had better clothing and cheaper than this moving on I returned it as soon as i received it but the pickup took about 5 days that too only after I complained multiple times emailed texted in ig twitter and everywhere I possibly could, they finally took the package.
Now my experience with the support team, this is the worst experience I’ve bet had to begin with it’s really difficult to contact a support executive because the bots will not allow you to and even after you do contact the support staff they will take forever to answer your queries and even after they answer they will not only to clueless with what to do but will not help you in any way.
Never downloading this app again. Wasted my time my money and my energy.

Orders are delayed and customer support is the worst.

I ordered for around 4000rs and the estimated delivery showed 1st - 3rd July. My order got delayed and we are currently at 11th July, i have not received a response from my queries to the customer support. They just provide a vague answer that my order will he delivered as soon as possible. They are not trying to even find the problem and report it back to me. Just sending me automated responses. So you cant really complain anywhere.. not on the app when your order delays without any notification, not when you have to catch a flights in a few days and need that order for it, neither on the customer support.
I have had the worst experience buying from Savana. Last time I ordered i received a broken chain. They didnot replace it, they didnot return it. My money was just wasted.
It seems like they are not beyond those practises.

Bad customer executive and experience in Savana

I don’t know where to start from . I place an order (postpaid ) .It was showing that the product will be delivered by date 9-10 June . No delivery agent called me on those 2 days so I try to reach out to customer executive of Savana to which Mr Aakash attended it . He was so unprofessional, the only request I asked was to to reschedule the delivery date as I was not in India . And it is not my fault that the product was not delivered on time . He shared me delivery agent number and told me to reached out the delivery agent myself . (Which I cannot do because Indian sim don’t work in Dubai). Second he started arguing me tht it’s not his fault . It’s my fault as I am not in delivery location. ( to which I explained it’s not my fault as the item was not delivered to me on schedule date ) to which he started arguing and lied to me tht the estimate date is 13 . I check again in app , estimate date was 9-10 only not 13 . Third I tried asking him if he can reschedule than he end the conversation just like tht . Without any proper conclusion . Instead of me getting my queries sorted , he made me frustrated more by his unprofessional ethic . So dear savanna you should check on wht type of executive you are keeping as they are the one handling directly with the customer . I wonder how many customers have faced the same .

Poor service

Savana has serious delivery issues that need to be addressed. My order was initially scheduled for June 8th, but it didn’t arrive as planned. While I acknowledge that I missed the delivery person's call that day, the situation has escalated beyond that.
The order was rescheduled for yesterday, yet it still failed to arrive. When the delivery attempt was made today, the delivery person was noticeably late and claimed they couldn’t find my address. I did not refuse the delivery; they simply hung up on me after stating they couldn't locate my address.
I've received multiple messages from Savana and Xpressbees suggesting that I cancel my order due to these ongoing delivery issues. I want to make it clear that I have not declined the delivery—rather, the issue lies with the delivery personnel struggling to find my location. This level of service is frankly unacceptable from Savana, and I expect a resolution promptly.

A MUST HAVE FOR ALL THE GURLLL

I just want to let you know that it has both soft feminine and dark feminine fashions which I love the most and also can’t forget the accessories and if you need a phone case they have it tooo and I bought mine from here and people just ask me where did you find these cute phone case . And even if you have a small budget you can still purchase it . I just loved your clothes and also I just love how Savana keep up to the expectations of us like they have the most gorgeous dress . Worst service

So I have bought something for the first time from Savana. I have ordered lots of product and loved them. But with 1 product I had size issue and I’ve scheduled a return. Since so long there is no response nobody has picked up my return yet and worst part is there is no source to contact them. I’ve tried connecting through there application but there I’ve received very unbothered responses plus they updated me that they don’t provide call support they don’t even response to your mails. If you want to chat you have to wait for long I’ve tried straight 3 days they are mostly unavailable. Better to shop with other apps girlies atleast they support. Worst experience ever, never shopping again🙏

Disappointed

No doubt Savana has good quality product with a reasonable price. Lately I’m extremely disappointed with the product being delivered. I ordered for a brand new product not a product with disgusting strong armpit smell, how do you expect customers to try on with that unhygienic odour left by other customers. I’ve raised my concerned again and again which let me to return the product without being able to even try on. But the customer care are not even serious about it. It’s a transmitable bad odour .lately it’s happening with my most orders.. I have to think twice now to even continue ordering or completely stop… tooo bad👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Poor and delay in refund and ask for plastic tag which Savana don’t provide while receiving a parcel

I ordered two leggings and the quality looked good the first one was around 600 rupees after a discount and a couple applied but after one wash it got so much lint and the second one quality was so poor its color looked like it was faded I bought that for 535 rupees after discount and couple apply and at time of return for one which I bought for 535 rupees they made it canceled because the plastic tag was not there in the parcel which the company itself not provided me then I made a request in customer care and after 3..4 convocations and after so long wait they approved my request of return of the parcel with plastic tag then it’s been showing quality approving from a week and no refund is made back to me it’s just a frustrating and unified experience and I will not recommend anyone to place an order from such fake apps

This app is amazing

I love Savana. I’ve used quite a a number of apps and this one’s best so far. The availability, affordability, accessibility - this app checks out all the boxes.
The quality of the products is great and the range of sizes and options. The customer service is good. Had an issue with size of the product (I ordered the wrong size) and it was resolved without a hitch. The return and refund process was quick and easy.
The messages I received about arrival of products a couple hours before delivery were helpful. That’s a great idea, to inform people beforehand for pickup. While the app is great in all aspects, there’s just one problem. The products took a lot of time to arrive. Some products arrived quickly and others a bit late. I wish all the products arrived together, and if not early then a little less late.

Irresponsible customer care service and worst site to shop

Their customer service doesn’t reply to queries properly. Delivery time is usually too long. I placed an order on 3rd jan and the delivery date was 11-15 jan earlier, later they themselves changed to 17-21 jan without citing any reason, and now they have the audacity to mail and tell me that the order might get delayed more or might get cancelled or i can cancel it from my end. I mean what? Like seriously? If i had to cancel it anyway why would i have waited for this long ? And this is so pathetic that making someone wait for their order for 13 days only to tell
Them that if might get cancelled that too when it is a gift. and even after multiple mails/messages to support team there is no update no progress in the order. Pathetic and new low, such downmarket.

Terrible Return Process - No Refund Received

I had a very disappointing experience with this app’s return process. I initiated a return for a product, and the delivery person picked it up as scheduled. However, to my shock, the return status was later updated as “Return Cancelled.” Even after multiple follow-ups, I haven’t received my refund. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
Customer support has been unhelpful, providing no resolution or timeline for when I’ll get my money back. It’s frustrating and has shaken my trust in the app. I strongly urge others to think twice before shopping here, especially if there’s any chance of needing to return a product.

Degradation of service

I’ve shopped from Savanna before, and they offer good products. However, I recently received a damaged item without a tag. I raised my concerns immediately after delivery, but I received no response. It was very difficult to get in touch with customer service.
Eventually, they called me but refused to accept the product because it had no tag, even though it was delivered that way. I asked them to check with the vendor instead of blaming the customer, but they were adamant that the issue was on my end. I felt truly disrespected and disappointed by their service.
I understand that products without tags are generally not accepted for returns, but they should have conducted a thorough investigation. Sometimes, you just have to accept defeat and move on—this situation is one of those times. Like many aspects of life, it leaves you feeling disheartened.

Savana is not recommended

So I would firstly like to say that no doubt it has a variety of collections of almost everything with a decent quality. And I have purchased many things from here (Level-3). I am writing this to inform savanna only , this thing had happened before also that I didn’t receive my order though the due date was 2 weeks before , then it popped up that I have cancelled my order I was like I didn’t do but I left it because I was like maybe I have done it . Now this thing again happened and my parcel got canceled itself and they show up that I have canceled my order . Plus point we cannot contact anyone from Savana. This is my only complaint about this I hope I get a solution from savanna

Satisfied product

I recently purchased two cases from Savannah, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality. The cases are exceptionally well-made, with a sturdy build and a sleek design that truly stands out. They were exactly as depicted in the pictures, and everyone who has seen them has complimented their stylish appearance. The material feels premium, and the cases provide excellent protection for my devices.
However, one aspect that I believe could be improved is the shipping time. While the product quality exceeded my expectations, it took quite a few days for the cases to arrive, which was a bit disappointing. Given how much I love the cases, I would have appreciated a faster delivery service.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Savannah for their high-quality products. But I do hope they can work on speeding up their delivery process to make the shopping experience even better

A Deceptive App with No Concern for Customers

Savana is by far the worst online shopping app and company I’ve ever encountered. After placing an order for several items, only two were delivered—late, of course—and the remaining two never arrived. I kept getting messages that my order was out for delivery, only to be told later that it couldn't be delivered because I had supposedly refused it. I never received a call, and no delivery agent showed up at my address, so there was no way I could have refused the delivery. Trying to cancel the order and get a refund was an ordeal in itself. I also needed to return one of the delivered items due to a size issue, but it's been two weeks, and the item still hasn't been picked up. Every day, I reach out to customer service, and every day, they give me the same response—that they understand my frustration and have escalated the issue. I’m left wondering how many times this issue needs to be escalated before the product is finally picked up and I receive my refund. To make matters worse, when I called the pick-up agent, he outright refused to collect the item, claiming he had more important things to do. Isn’t that his job for which he's being paid? On top of this, he was extremely rude to me. This sums up my experience with Savana. I’m still waiting and hoping for the pick-up and my refund. Learn from my mistake—do not trust them, and avoid ordering from them.

Fraud 1 rupee sale

This app is fooling around by announcing that they are giving 1 rupee sale but in reality they are just fraud people who think that normal people are fools This is just a marketing strategy in which the owners want normal people to download their app so that they can earn money .. everytime you try to select any product it shows it’s sold out .. even if you luckyly get any product in your bag then you won’t be able to purchase it … it’s showing server issue .. just tell me one thing savana everything in your app is sold out for half an hour and then just after half an hour sale everything comes back to available … do you people think that we are fools this is very sad .. if your app is good then people will automatically download your app but fooling people like this is very sad Very one of your downloaders should delete your app so that you people learn a lesson . I urge people to not get fooled like this by these kind of apps

Pathetic services

i ordered a dress that was on fast delivery to be delivered within 3-5days. I received a message that my order is out for delivery and received the delivery partner’s number that number was not reachable on contacting Savana they said the customer is not Allowed to call the delivery person the delivery person can only contact us. Then i received another message that the product is Undelivered without receiving any call from the delivery person. On contactimg Savana and having a ziliion messages with the customer service they still weren’t able to arrange the delivery or get me in contact with the delivery person or arrange for a call with the escalation team. Ultimately the crux is that this is not a DEPENDABLE APPLICATION. Imagine them doing this for a Return i am
