While you might see some good reviews here, they're mostly from people who know the service personally. Don't fall for it! My experience was infuriating. It's the worst service I've ever encountered. Look elsewhere for your rental needs, seriously!
I had a big trip planned for a year, with all the bookings done early. My guest also arrived But just 6 hours before my trip, Long Drive Cars called and said they couldn't give me the car I booked. It was really upsetting.
What made it worse was their customer service. They didn't try to fix the problem or find another car. It felt like they didn't care. My plans were ruined, and I had no options.
The whole thing was really disheartening. A year's worth of planning was gone because of Long Drive Cars. They didn't help at all, and it was a big disappointment. Don’t book form this apps. Always use reputable services like zoomcar and other for car rental. Worst service
