They charged for yearly VIP subscription but updated my sub has expired - Digital scam
I downloaded this application by watching an ad, the content shown in ad isn’t there in the episodes which I felt disappointed purchasing it in the first place, I tried getting a refund for the same but it was denied. So I went ahead accepting my stupidity of purchasing it, today when I accessed the app, it shows my subscription is expired but it should expire on 16 May 2027. I reached out help Center for the same, it asked me to sign out and sign in for the subscription to sync and fun part is there is no option to sign out the app. I had to delete the app and reinstall to sign in again, but then the issue was not fixed. I reached out help Center again with no response that made me send out an email to support team of this app, and they replied me to connect with in app help Center Annie for assistance. This made me realise that it’s a digital scam. Intriguing Ad made me subscribe, and no content found as shown in ad, then the app removed by subscription and I couldn’t reach anyone to get this sorted or even get a refund.
Please don’t subscribe to this app people. It’s a scam! 🙂 Now I’m looking to file formal complaint with COB for digital scam.

Firstly you app is great. You provide many entertaining series no complaints about it. You also provide with free coins after completing tasks, ( even though the task are never ending, coz u get like 5 coins after watching 40sec ad or opening multiple websites for few extra coins) I know wen we get something for free we should not complaint but seriously its not fair. Coz every series final episodes are all locked. Even after waiting for a week, while collecting free coins it’s not been updated. Can you please update final episodes for free user too. Sorry for not buying coins at the moment.

Too many ads for such a small episodes
To watch an episode, you have to sit through 3 ads, and each episode is only 60-90 seconds long. There’s a subscription option for around $6 a week that lets you watch all the mini-episodes without ads. You can earn points by watching ads, but the points are pretty low, so you’ll end up watching a lot more ads to get anything useful. One of the worst mini series app to watch
1. They literally charge 89 coins for a 1 min episode due to this u van hardly watch one episode a day after daily check-in, watch 5 ads which are of 1 min, watch 3 episodes of various other series.
2. The customer service is the worst they don’t understand a thing we say and keep repeating same thing like robots its been a month I wasn’t able to complete a single series
3. Their subscription charges are 10 times higher than prime or Netflix services, this app is only giving reasons why not to use/download instead of being customer friendly!

Good content but expensive
Love what I am watching but I get stuck with one episode a day coz the episodes are expensive to unlock and the price of the episodes is also not mentioned kind of makes it difficult to figure how many coins are needed. It leave me longing to watch more.
