Noble price for CC bill payment system
It’s horrible to enter credit card numbers and phone numbers email every time I pay bill. All other banks providing seemless interface to pay bill in 1 tap with gpay. I’m remembering 2015 bill pay system from your payment system. I don’t recommend this app to anyone. People please don’t fall for this peanut rewards. On my first attempt, i successfully received the OTP, entered my DOB and after entering my PAN, I was redirected again to the page to enter my phone number and receive an OTP. App is good, but support and onboarding are broken
I’ve been using Kiwi for over a year, and this has been one of the most frustrating onboarding and support experiences I’ve faced.
The application process is fundamentally broken for existing Yes Bank customers. Every time I apply, it automatically routes to Yes Bank and gets rejected because I already hold a Yes Bank card. I have clearly and repeatedly asked Kiwi to process my application via AU Bank, but this request is consistently ignored.
What makes this worse is the support experience. It is terrible. Every reply comes from a different agent who clearly has not read the previous conversation, forcing me to explain the same issue again and again. There is zero ownership, no continuity, and no real attempt to resolve the problem.
This is not a one-time issue — it’s a repeated failure over multiple attempts, which shows a serious gap in both product design and customer support.
The app UI might look good, but the backend processes and support system are completely unreliable. Until Kiwi fixes its onboarding logic and trains its support team to handle cases properly, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

If confusion was the goal, they’ve absolutely nailed it.
The app is a masterpiece… just not in the way you’d hope. Bugs everywhere, and somehow it feels like the developers are on a long vacation while testers are busy dreaming about testing instead of actually doing it.
Here’s what I’ve run into so far:
1.The campaign proudly says “valid till Jan 24” — but surprise, it’s still running in March. Time travel feature, I guess?
2.Recent transactions magically disappear the moment you click “see more.” Because who really wants to see more, right?
3.Want to pay in advance? Sure — just use a YES Bank card. Except that card is clearly built for Kiwi. Brilliant alignment there.
4.At login, they promise ₹500 as a reward. I’m still waiting. At this point, it feels less like an offer and more like a motivational quote.
5.Trying to check Kiwi? You’ll be redirected to a rewards page that doesn’t even match your card. Consistency clearly wasn’t on the roadmap.

Scammers
First they misspelled my name. While authenticating with Aadhar, I got the message that Aadhaar name will be used. Then my data was sent to YesBank. After V-KYC, the representative said that my name doesn’t matches with PAN Card and I need to re-apply. As the mobile number is already registered, I can’t create a new application. The KIWI support team created a ticket in their system and asked for PAN Card copy to change the name. I provided both Aadhaar and PAN copy and they responded that name change can’t be done. Now I think it was all to collect the information and probably sell it. Wasted 30-45 mins in the whole process, shared information which might be sold now and hit on CIBIL score. Pathetic application, worst support and feels like scam. Beware.

Blocked for Being a Regular User – Disappointing Support Experience
I have been using your UPI app for several months and genuinely liked the experience until recently. However, I was unexpectedly blocked despite being a consistent and regular user. What’s more frustrating is that the “Chat with Support” option does not work at all—it keeps loading without connecting me to anyone.
Despite blocking my account and leaving me without any support, I continue to receive WhatsApp messages asking me to review the app. This feels contradictory and disappointing. I expected better communication and transparency, especially from an app I trusted and used regularly.

Don’t use this app. They don’t have any dedicated customer support where you can call for queries or concerns. The chat support is the worst—I didn’t get any response for days, and when they finally replied, it was just an automated, generic response that was completely useless.
My card was approved by the bank several days ago, but it still hasn’t appeared in the Kiwi app. Customer support keeps saying on chat that it may take 3–4 days after bank approval for the card to show up. However, it has already been 5–6 days since the bank approved my card, and there is still no update.
This is a very poorly managed app with extremely bad customer support. Save your time and energy and avoid using it.

Worst Credit card app
I recently changed my mobile number and now I’m unable to fetch my card details on the Kiwi UPI app. On top of that, card transactions are not being shown, so I have no way to track the deposits I’ve made. This is extremely frustrating.
The customer chat bot is unprofessional and completely useless – there is no option to connect with a real support agent. There’s also no proper guidance or contact info available to reach out for help. For a financial app, this kind of service is unacceptable.

UI Bug: App content gets cut off on the right side
I’m facing a display issue in the app. On my device (iPhone, 12 latest iOS), several screens appear cut off on the right side, causing text and UI elements to be partially hidden. This happens particularly on the “Card Management” page — the bill section and other elements don’t fit fully within the screen.

Show Transaction Message in Details
Right now, to see the message written during a transaction, we have to go to Transactions → Click on a transaction → View History of that user.
It would be more convenient if the message appeared directly in the transaction details, just like how PhonePe shows it. This would save time and make the experience smoother.

Slow loading and missing card (UI)
The loading of the upi scanner through the provided widget is slow and quite a wait when needed to make quick payments. Also the credit card goes missing often and have to kill the app and open it again to see the same. Hope these bugs gets fixed at the earliest in order to continue with the same. Other upi apps are way ahead in terms of load time and stable ui.

Fake Promotions
I’m quite disappointed with my experience. The promotions clearly suggested that a credit card would be provided, regardless of CIBIL score—especially since my score was marked as “outstanding” in your app. However, no credit card was issued to me, and the app ended up being just another payment platform, not what was advertised.
Despite multiple emails and requests for clarification, the only resolution I eventually received was the deletion of my account. This feels misleading and unprofessional, especially when expectations are set through promotional campaigns. I hope the company reconsiders how it communicates its offerings in the future.

Your application shows blank screen when I am submitting the application for new Credit card. After all the details are filled, at the End it shows the blank screen. Worst app!! Zero customer support
I have registered myself and applied for credit card.. but it was not taking my full name due to restrictions it allowed 19 characters or so.. so i put as much as in can. Later during vkyc they rejected as name was not matching. Was looking for edit option and reapply but cannot find that. Also tried connecting customer support but they have bot AI. So its not working. Worst interface and registration process and worst experience. Never going to come back for registration.

Fake campaign for fuel cashback
I have just encounter with fake campaign of kiwi repay credit card I have received offer on my WhatsApp on 10th Jul 2025 that now you can earn reward cash back up to 2% on fuel and education so I have make transaction from app from that campaign post and when I have completed the payment it shows you are not eligible for reward and hence I have raise concern with KiWI support but they response like AI that fuel is excluded category and when I provide screenshot it says your transaction not falls under. Fuel category and you made payment at service station and there are some some criteria and which are not met then why you guys make this app this wrong way while we are not able to get reward then mentioned before and do not share excuses after making payments. So I request all of Kiwi app users please do not trap in this type of fake offer without proper explanation and criteria mentioned on app.

Application Rejected Because They could not fetch my credit score. And i can fetch my credit score on the same application. There is no option to restart application or to provide any details.
But my review here did turn things around. My application was restarted and processed within a day.

However, I’m a bit disappointed that my application for the free Neo membership was rejected due to an app-side issue that was beyond my control. Because of this, I missed out on the offer despite following the process correctly from my end.

Horrible app that doesn’t work.
I must confess that this has been the worst banking experience of my life. Kiwi app is the worst. You guys work like a sarkari bank maybe even worse. Yes Bank tells me my number is active and card too, Kiwi support takes more than a week to tell me that my bank (Yes Bank) has blocked my registered contact number. When I call and ask my bank, they say there is no issue.
After wasting more than 60 days on this useless and worthless Kiwi app, I have decided to block the card and never avail the services of the horrible horrible app that is Kiwi. Pathetic service, support and integrations.

Losing Rewards point with out any valid reason
I earned over ₹250 in rewards using the UPI and other payment, but when I tried to redeem them, the app simply said “sorry” and took everything away, blaming a technical problem. This is completely unfair and feels like a scam. I spent a lot of time and effort collecting those rewards, only to have them disappear for no valid reason. I do not recommend this app to anyone – it is unreliable and does not value its users. Very disappointed!

Need more improvement
I’m Happy with the features of Kiwi app and off course it’s Rupay credit card. In my experience two things can be improved by developer,
1. In transaction history please use some sign so one can understand that this transaction is from primary bank account and this transaction is from my credit card. I mean differentiation of direct bank and through rupay credit card transactions
2. Please update your email provider (for my yes bank credit card details) as soon as possible. Currently it is only supporting Gmail but there are lots of people who are not using gmail for their email.

Don’t fall for this app’s marketing gimmicks. They lure users in by promising 5% cashback through flashy campaigns, but once you’re actively using the app, they revoke your cashback (Kiwi Points) citing vague and baseless reasons like “unusual activity.”
This is deceptive and unfair to genuine users. I personally had all my earned points taken away without any proper explanation.
Avoid downloading this app, their cashback promise is just a trap to get you into their funnel. Don’t get scammed by false marketing claims.

Misleading Cashback Promises – No Real Rewards!
I downloaded the Kiwis app because it promised rewards for every UPI transaction. I paid a ₹2000 electricity bill through the app expecting cashback, but got nothing—just a message saying “this transaction is not eligible for rewards.”
Then I made a ₹500 UPI payment—again, no cashback. Still hopeful, I ordered through Zepto, as Kiwis was promoting ₹75 cashback if paid via their app. I followed every step correctly. But again—no cashback.
I emailed them, and they simply replied: “This offer was not available in your case.” That’s it. No explanation, no resolution.
Instead of real cash rewards, they just give some internal points or “rewards” that you can’t really use easily. And yet their ads clearly show real cash benefits. Totally misleading.
If you’re looking for genuine cashback, look elsewhere. Kiwis overpromises and underdelivers.

Confusing UX
1. Cannot escape or cancel the card approval process midway. Very dark pattern if done intentionally. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but just couldn’t exit the application process.
2. The Apply Instantly was confusing. The copy and CTA weren’t clear.
3. Entered my phone to add bank account to activate upi transactions, took a minute for processing but after that nothing reflected. No changes!
Great UI but poor functionality always gives way to poor experience overall. Had higher expectations from the app.

First of all, there are 2 transactions link
1. Payment history- which does not give me all the transactions.
2. After you get into card management you have the recent transactions and when I click see all it asks me to link my email, when I try to put my mail it says your email provider is not yet onboarded, to make it worse that email page doesn’t close, I’ll have to close the whole app to access it back.
Why don’t you show all the transactions ?

UPI transaction gets stuck in processing state and is successful after 2 days. How can any merchant wait for these 2 days and hence I had to make them payment is cash or other UPI. Now to my surprise the transaction gets successful after 2 days. And you don’t have details about the merchant or the ride you took so the money is lost. Even u wrote multiple times to Customer Care to Fail/decline the transaction stuck in processing state but there is no reply. The transfer is successful and you lose the amount

No cashback as promised
I recently started using the Kiwi UPI app because they advertised a cashback offer after completing 5 scans and transactions. However, despite having made more than 15 transactions, I haven't received a single cashback as promised.
I have tried to contact customer care, but I have only received auto-generated messages and no real assistance. Due to this disappointing experience, I am uninstalling the app. If the app cannot honor its offers, it is misleading to advertise such promotions. I hope the team behind Kiwi UPI addresses this issue promptly.

Excellent App for UPI Payment using Rupay Card
I was using Cred for some time for UPI payment but had faces issues with payments some time shifted to kiwi app and so far it has been a great experience. The interface is easy yet interactive. No issues with payment or connectivity. The rewards are a big added bonus. Would definitely recommend this app over other UPI app.

Hi Team, you guys displayed me try kiwi neon for free after one week I got a message saying 999 plus additional taxes will be imposed to your card. I am trying to unsubscribe kiwi neon but there is no option and support in the app. What is this ? Why are you putting customers into trap. I am totally disappointed with this kind of cheap actions.

No way to re-apply
There is no functionality to reapply or correct mistakes made during the initial application process, which is incredibly frustrating. If you make a mistake, you're stuck, and it takes them six months to resolve any issues, even though it’s something that should be straightforward.
On top of that, the customer support is poor and unresponsive, making the entire experience even worse.
I would not recommend this app to anyone. It's a waste of time and has a lot of work to do to improve its functionality and support.

Worst app and Worst customer service
This app is the worst app in terms of usage and customer service. I wasn’t able to add the Card Issued via the app and wasn’t be able to use it. The Card shows in the home screen but wont be available in payments or in accounts. Although the Card is available on the Home screen, i wasn’t able to see the details as it asks for MPIN which i never received and never got an option to set up. As i couldn’t setup the MPIN or UPIPIN, i could not use the Card. The Customer Service is pathetic, you cannot reach them on call and the service taken days just to acknowledge the ticket, there is no way to reach out to the customer service team via call.
I was able to add the new Yes Bank Card on other UPI apps but not able to add the Card in KIWI app, even though i was able to add the card in other app i was not able to use it as it asks for last 6 digits of Card which i do not have and i never received.
Its very frustrating to go through all this and getting no solution whats soever
The Kiwi Chat available on the app is just useless and does not provide any info or guidelines at all.
I would say avoid this card, it will save you all the mental agony and state of frustration i am going through
How could a app doesn’t have a customer support team that answers customers questions and resolves issues, such a waste of time and energy

Fraudulent and No customer service
I am a customer for kiwi since 1 year and had brought a UPI credit card applying through Kiwi app, axis bank had issued the credit card and I had no access to axis bank application or credit card site, I was doing all transactions and paying bills using kiwi app and was completely relying on kiwi app for all my statements. Kiwi missed to provide me credit card statement for a month, due to which I couldn’t pay credit card bill and very next month axis bank officials are calling me to recover the money coming near my home with extra charges added. I have been contact kiwis support team escalating the matter to the all higher levels but no responses so far and no contact information available from kiwis website. The most fraudulent application for finance I have seen in India with zero customer support. Please refrain using such apps and loose your money on unwanted fines and charges

Genuinely Rewarding Application
I have number of applications falling into trap of misleading advertisement in the name of cashback. I believe Kiwi is the only application I found true to its commitment and provides rewards way better than any other applications in the market. And I must say it does so not at the cost of quality of service in terms of transactions we perform in this App. I can assure you my appreciation based on the efforts I am taking to write review as this is the first ever review I am writing for any application since the time I am using mobile. So it’s really worth it. This app deserves more appreciation than it is receiving now.

your current partnership with Axis Bank, not all can get axis credit card bcoz of many reasons
Sometimes Axis Bank doesn't approve applications for additional co-branded credit cards, and they only allow two or 3 cards per customer. It'd be great if you could team up with other banks to offer more choices. I would love to have kiwi credit card for upi payment

Useless App. Nothing works.
Plz shutdown this app. It’s useless in current form. It’s not working for iOS 17 on iPhone 15 for past few weeks. I complaint to support and all I hear is that our team is checking it. I am not able to add my UPI card or any other bank account. This app is unusable for now. I can see app updates in past few weeks and still the issue remains. Totally lost hope with this app. It used to be my goto app for payments since it’s launch. But now I am highly disappointed.

Miles to go…
Read about this card from a blog and applied for it as I wanted to a Rupay based card for UPI. I installed the app and everything from there on went southwards. Application process got stuck mid way to an extent that even their support executives were clueless about the issue or trace it. Reinstalling the app also futile and felt like we have now hit a wall. Out of no where weeks later someone called me from Axis Bank for KYC, the same evening it was done. There was silence again for days and then boom card got declined for no reason. I have 5 top end credit cards from different banks with no delinquency even for a single due. each of them are enhancing my limit without requesting every now and then but then this happened…
I applied for Rupay card with another bank where I do not have a relationship and the card was issued in few hours so, its safe to assume there are some issues which team needs to address to be reliable and establish its mettle…

Payments fail and do not get refunded
When payments fail, they do not get refunded to your card. I mailed customer support about it, but no response even after two days. Better get OneCard or Fi… These guys are banking only on the UPI dream. No plans of providing customers with good payment experience whatsoever.
If you still decide to use this app, please keep it as a backup card and don’t do transactions more than 200 rupees. If you make payments over Rs. 1000 and if the transaction fails, the chances of you getting the money refunded is totally ZERO…

Needs a ton of improvements
Hey Developers,
1. Add scan&pay shortcut on iOS Lock Screen
-Nobody goes to the app to open up the QR scanner. Check Paytm, CRED, PhonePe for it.
2. Add long press and hold shortcuts on app icon to check balance, open QR, past history etc.
3. Pleaaaaase change your splash screen! For every payment this app opens up as if there’s a Netflix show opening up.
4. ( if possible ) give the ability to the user to pick its upi ID. Not everyone wants to give their name/ phone number for every payment.
5. I would prefer accepting payments ( obviously to my bank account) via upi ID . Couldn’t see this feature to accept payments.
