Newme is honestly one of the best fashion apps I’ve used recently. The collection is super trendy, especially for Gen Z styles, and the quality is much better than I expected for the price. I really liked how the clothes looked exactly like the pictures shown in the app. Their tops, cargos, and dresses are especially amazing. Worst app ever

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order with a promised delivery date of 24 April, but it wasn’t delivered even by 28 April. There was no way to contact the delivery agent at all.
On 29 April, the delivery person called saying he was nearby and would call again—never did. After that, dealing with customer support was even worse. They kept giving false promises that my order would be delivered within 24–48 hours, but instead, it was marked as RTO without my consent.
The worst part? They force refunds into the app wallet instead of returning the money to your original payment method. Completely unacceptable.
Customer support is extremely slow, unprofessional, and rude. One agent, Kashish Rehman, took 30 minutes just to respond to a single message. That says everything about their service quality.
Honestly, ordering from this app is a complete waste of time and money. Poor delivery, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Would strongly advise others to avoid it.

Newme has the worst customer service agents I can say, These people are rude and unprofessional. I ordered one jeans which itself shows fastest delivery and when it is the time to deliver the order, the delivery agent started misbehaving and he said that he will not come upstairs to deliver the order, I requested him nicely, can you please come upstairs sir I'm on zoom meeting and he starting arguing again. I have all the chats with me , he came upstairs and started shouting and didn't delivered my parcel he said "Nahi dunga parcel jo krna hai karo" I raises the same issue on Newme App. The customer service agent name "Nikita Arya" unprofessional again, without even doing any single thing without even taking my permission she transferred the it to escalation team, which takes 12-24 hrs to response. If these people are going to send the same delivery agent again. I will file a complaint against the delivery agent, this executive and on whole newme team, you guys don't know how to work, you just traumatise your customers, Morons. Don't even want to give them a single star

I wish they had more collection and maybe add more girly outfits as well. More summery, flowy dresses and outfits will be better. I really don’t like one thing about this app is how long a few orders take to arrive once I ordered a jacket and it almost took 1.5months to arrive. The wait is really long and once one product didn’t even ship, I was really waiting for that parcel of mine and it was prepaid so I was kinda unset at that time. The refund policy is good, they refunded me real quick, no issue with the refund.

Disappointing

Very disappointing i ordered a top for my birthday 1 month before hand i didn’t complain even when it took too much time and it landed on india and they kept it for 5 days for quality check on 6th day I contacted the helpline telling that its not even dispatched yet will you be able to deliver it on the day you promised and even though i waited for 1 month they said it will take 10 days and i asked them to deliver on the date they promised and at the last moment 2 days before my birthday they cancelled it and they didn’t even refunded me right away they said it would take 5 days to process the refund lol my birthday was ruined very bad experience

Horrible! there is no help from the app if you have an issue! delivery service is horrible! Agent was calling me down in the road in his preferred location and pickup the package because he has other packages aree yaar if you have other packages so that mean are you not Gonna delivery the current one in the given address? Are you gonna call everyone on the road to pickup?If I had to get the package not from my door step then why won’t I go and get it from the mall itself why would I order online and wait for this long? Extremely disappointing experience with NEWME

My experience with NEWME has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I placed an order months ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. The delay has gone on for more than several months, which is completely unacceptable for any brand.
What’s worse than the delay is the poor customer service. Every time I contacted their support team, I was given fake promises—“your order will be shipped soon,” “you’ll receive an update in 48 hours,” etc.—but none of these promises were ever fulfilled. There was no real follow-up, no accountability, and no proper resolution.
Customer service responses feel automated and careless, as if they are just trying to buy time instead of actually solving the problem. There is no transparency, no urgency, and no respect for customers who have already paid.
I would not recommend NEWME to anyone unless they improve their delivery system and customer support. This has been a complete waste of time and money.

Item not delivered

I had a very bad experience as my product was not delivered and it was marked delivered. The delivery agent did not contact me, I was home the whole day and still I didn’t get the order. I checked with my neighbours and security guard. When I raised a concern immediately after the issue, customer care doesn’t help at all. They just said it has been marked delivered and we cannot do anything. They can’t even reach the delivery person. I have paid for an item I didn’t receive and they cannot even refund or retry delivery. Because of this obviously I will never be shopping from NEWME again. And I would suggest everyone to not do the same. There is no guarantee or process that if you pay for an item you will get it.

Spoke to Suhani from New Me customer support over a phone call, and the experience was honestly really good. She was polite, patient, and actually took the time to understand my issue instead of rushing the call. Didn’t feel like a scripted conversation at all. Big thanks to her for making customer support less frustrating. And thanks to her for bearing me i just had a emotional burst out but she was so polite to understand the situation and helped me with it . When you are on the verge of loosing hope on customer support people like Suhani comes to prove us wrong. Fraud no return or exchange provided making fool

This app and site is so stupid. I have the worst experience ever. They won't pick up return until customer follow up hundred of times with them and they won't I had such a tedious experience where I had to follow up again and again asked them to pick up the parcel because my money is stuck. Once they have delivered the parcel. They do not care about customer experience. I never seen such bother people who promised, and then don't care about the Deliverable at all
If you don't care about product, you just give refund to the customer cares about the money at least they will make hundred of excuses and not take the parcel. Extremely disappointing experience — misleading offer & bad quality

I ordered two dresses from Newme under their Buy One Get One offer. The terms clearly said that if I selected two items, I only had to pay for the one with the highest price. But after placing the order, they cancelled one item on their own and refunded only the price of the cancelled product. I still ended up paying the price for a single dress that i received, which makes the offer completely meaningless.
The dress I did receive is of very poor quality and looks nothing like the pictures. When I tried to request a return, they simply refused. This feels like misleading advertising and extremely unhelpful customer service.

Careless delivery with no tag

Extremely disappointed with Newme. I ordered a product that arrived without tags, and when I requested an exchange due to a size issue, they flat-out refused, saying it couldn’t be processed without tags. Seriously? The tags were missing when it was delivered — how is that the customer’s fault?
This kind of careless handling and unhelpful customer support is unacceptable. If a brand can’t even ensure proper delivery or take responsibility for their own mistakes, it says a lot about their standards. Definitely not shopping from Newme again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they fix their product quality checks and exchange policies.

worst customer service and return experience

I had ordered a dress but received a crop top instead. I filed a return, it got approved after 2 days. Now the delivery agent is refusing pickup saying QC failed and the product is different. But I received the wrong item from your side. I paid for a dress, not a crop top.
If the item was out if stock, they could have cancelled instead of delivering a wrong item, then they deduct money on the return item as well, money return comes later, before that the customer does not even have the option to return the item because they send wrong items themselves and then deny pickup stating it is a different item, so shall I start manufacturing their dresses at my place. I have never experienced such at any online store, this is the first.
And they customer service, applaud for them because they never appear on messages, you'd be sitting on the chat the whole day but system would always be showing wait for 1-2 minutes, i guess their 1 minute means an eternity

SCAM VIBES! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE EXPERIENCE!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on 24th June from NewMe, expecting it between 27th–28th June as promised. But guess what? Now they’ve casually pushed the delivery to 18th–19th July — with NO explanation, NO apology, NOTHING. That’s a ridiculous 3+ weeks delay, and for what? A product that probably isn’t even worth the hype. But the cherry on top? Their customer support is a complete disaster. I’ve waited 20–30 minutes multiple times just to get a reply — and when they finally do respond, it’s like talking to a wall. Robotic answers, no real help, and zero accountability. It’s almost like they’re trained to waste your time. This feels like a cheap scam in fancy packaging. Horrible logistics, fake promises, and support that’s slower than their delivery. Don’t waste your money or sanity here — NewMe is a total joke. Never ordering again. You shouldn’t either.

Pathetic Service

I rarely write bad reviews, but this has to be written so that people know.
I had ordered three items on 12th june. The order was supposed to be delivered by 18th. But, it did not. I reached out to the customer care multiple times, only to be asked to remain patient. I very well did, but there wasn’t any update. The parcel was already in the city I llive in, yet no update. I also contacted their delivery partner, even they didn’t respond. I then contacted newme about this multiple times. Different people said different things- I was told by one person that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but then the next executive said, they don’t know when it will be delivered. I then got a call from them that the ordered will be delivered next week by 24th. Even today there is no update on my package and they aren’t ready to give me a refund. Now that I am contacting them, no one is responding.
I have already paid the money, and seems like they scammed me.
Everyone please avoid ordering from newme.

Pathetic Service

I placed one order on 28th may 2025 as I saw that delivery will be done in 90mins. But once I placed the order the delivery date changed to 30th may. When I received the ordered I had a size fit issue hence, I raised replacement. Since than the problem started - First return pick up was delayed. Second replacement delivery took 8-9 days.
Third- I cancelled the replacement bcoz it was not delivered as per the delivery TAT( supposed to be delivered by 3rd -4th june)
Since then I’m just chasing for my refund. One of the executive promised me last week that refund will be initiated within 24-48 hrs. I again connected today (17th June 2025) just check on refund status as i did not get any intimation about refund. Now the executive is again asking me to wait 24-48 hrs as their product was returned back on yesterday. How pathetic service very bad experience I had. Guys learn something from Meesho. They are way way way far better than you guys. First and last order from your app. I know if you will loose one customer it won’t matter but if u continue to provide this kind pathetic service than you won’t survive for long in the market.

I returned a order of ₹2174 on 5 January 2025, and they claimed that the refund will be initiated within 3 to 7 days and also said that the refund will be reflected on my bank account by 11th Jan but today is 19th of Jan. I still haven’t got any refund. I tried to contact with the customer care, but it’s only a AI scripted response so I didn’t got any help from there. Then I tried to contact from their customer care number and it was unavailable as well, and I didn’t even got any official email in which I can email them so for me this app was a disaster ..i dont think they even deserve a single star .. as I don’t have any option left, I’m trying to complain through a consumer helpline to file a legal complaint against this all nd also I have seen reviews that many people haven’t get their refunds yet, so I think this is not a small issue or mistake that they have done, it’s a matter of concern, so they should look into this matter asapp

Deceiving the audience

Newme doesn’t adhere to what they say. I had ordered a dress on 26th dec thinking it’ll be delivered within a week (as mentioned by them, the estimated delivery). The estimated delivery was 2-4th Jan and I have an event on 7th. I had a word with the agent to speed up the process if possible and she said it’ll be there by 4th(the estimated delivery)for sure if not earlier. Today when I checked again and called the agent he said it’s now with some customs and won’t be delivered till 10th Jan. This is nonsense. Keep promises that you can fulfil and agents who speak the bloody truth. Shameful. Saying sorry and doing nothing would cause you no harm but the ones who are in the need of it desperately. SHAMEFUL.

Terrible customer support

I Recieved an order under bogo offer and the cloth quality was cheap. I asked for a return on customer care email and i got no reply. Another top i ordered was being delayed for 1 month so the company gave me 30% off on my next order. But now it says the order is cancelled. I didnt even get any compensation for that either. If they had to do this i wouldve atleast ordered something else from bogo offer to redeem most of it. The customer help is AI so limited replies. I cant even tell them properly the issue. Never ordering from this app again. Terrible experience. I need someone from the company to contact me and help me with my orders. (The order i want to return and the order which got cancelled)

Terrible Customer Support Ruins the Experience

I had high hopes for the Newme app, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The app itself has potential, but the customer support is absolutely terrible. I reached out multiple times with an issue, but either received no response or unhelpful generic replies that didn’t resolve anything.
For a service like this, you’d expect at least a basic level of support, but they seem to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. It’s frustrating to feel ignored when you’re paying for a service. Until they fix their customer service, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Worst Customer Service | Shop at your own risk

I have been trying to return an item forever. First they take so long to deliver. And now when I am trying to return, their delivery partner does not attempt any pick up, despite my multiple calls ( I have screenshots for all the calls and conversations i've had multiple times) and then they give me a call at 11:30 pm into the night and cancel the pickup, claiming it as an attempt. There is no agent from the company to be reached to, no numbers which anyone picks up from the customer service, neither on this app, nor for the shadowfax who are their delivery partner. I am extremely disappointed with the service and this is just one of the problems. I was even charged more as compared to the mrp tag I received on the parcel for another item. When I raised a complaint to explain the difference in amount, again there was no resolution. I made a mistake ordering from this site. Guess most positive reviews are because they offer wallet amount and that too it is subject to being reviewed by the company. Will further update if posting a review here had any effect on the resolution of my problem.

Dont buy, Worst shopping website ever!!!

1st I received a used torn product then raising a was disastrous, return request got cancelled 3times saying quality check issues then finally calling customer care many many times the product got picked up but then again it’s not showing on the app as “picked up”. Then calling on customer service again he asked to call delivery pick up person. Now i am stuck between delivery pickup person and newme customer care. Customer care executive doesn’t shows any ownership besides he asks me to contact delivery partner. Never had such worst situation with any other online shopping app!!! Worst service ever!!! Never buy anything from here.

Unacceptable Service - Order Delayed and No Refund Yet

I placed an order with Newme on July 20, 2024, and I still haven’t received my parcel or a refund. Despite contacting their customer support multiple times and speaking with 3-4 different agents, the responses I’ve received have been inconsistent and misleading.
First, I was told by one agent that my package was damaged in transit and returned to the warehouse. They assured me the order would be canceled and a refund issued. However, the second agent informed me that the issue was escalated and I should wait 72 hours to receive a refund link—still nothing.
Finally, a third agent told me there’s a logistical issue causing the delay and that my parcel will be delivered between September 5-7. How can my order be delivered if it was supposedly canceled? This is beyond frustrating and feels like I’m being given the runaround with no clear resolution in sight.
I’m highly disappointed in Newme’s customer service. The inconsistency, lack of communication, and failure to provide a refund have made this experience incredibly stressful. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering purchasing from Newme.

Its been more than 10days didn't received order as it was fast delivery item (3-5days)

I have ordered the dress on 16th July seeing that the item has fast delivery and will reach in 3-5 days so according to this the order should get delivered by 21 July. I coordinated with support team on 22nd July for order details i got to know order has reached Mumbai hub and will get delivered soon so i waited but its been a week today its 26th July still I haven't received my order and after contacting today with support team i got to know that it will get few more days to delivered. These is becoming frustrating now as already mentioned on 22nd to support team that i have ordered it for my birthday so she assured me that i will get my dress on 27th but this false promise gets bad impact on customer .
I request you to please look into this matter as it would let to be bad impression by such services.

This app lose my trust

Recently i placed an order which is a prepaid order, and it was supposed to be delivered on 8th july, then the delivery guy from delhivery called me and due to network connection i couldn’t connect with the delivery guy, but my package has been marked as delivered while i don’t even received my package. So i raised a complaint to newme customer support team explaining all the issues but they don’t even bother to find a solution instead they said since it is prepaid order they don’t delivered without otp, they don’t even bother to cross check with their delivery partner regarding the issue instead they put a blame on me saying you should have raise a complaint within 24-48 hrs which i did and saying they cannot do anything its out of their control, i mean if you cant resolve all this issues of your customer then kindly stop it, i have been trusting newme all this time and now it has lose my trust , never ever gonna shop from newme again if my problem is not solved within this week, M really disappointed 😡

A warning

Let me give everyone hoping to receive clothes from this company a heads up, unless you order something that says express shipping YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN TIME.
I wish I could say I learned my lesson the first time but anything marked as normal delivery will get delayed either once or an indefinite number of times.
If your order says it’s going through international transit then expect it to be delayed and for the customer service team to be absolutely useless.
This has happened to my orders not once, not twice but 6 TIMES totally. I would keep giving it another shot thinking that my orders would come on time but they never did. When I brought up the issue with customer service they would only give me discount codes in apology. (these discount codes were always the same as well and could not even be used again)
While the clothes are good and worth the price, I would say placing an order for an item marked as express delivery is the ONLY WAY to get your order on time. Which is simply inefficient and disappointing coming from an e-commerce company as big as Newme.
I have no idea what issues the company is experiencing in the logistical department and why transit for orders is so alarmingly bad, but I can only hope that they work on it and fix it so that they don’t loose any more customers in the future.

Waste of money, zero customer satisfaction

This app and site is so stupid. I have the worst experience ever. They won’t pick up return until customer follow up hundred of times with them and they won’t I had such a tedious experience where I had to follow up again and again asked them to pick up the parcel because my money is stuck. Once they have delivered the parcel. They do not care about customer experience. I never seen such bother people who promised, and then don’t care about the Deliverable at all
If you don’t care about product, you just give refund to the customer cares about the money at least they will make hundred of excuses and not take the parcel. I don’t know what they are doing with the delivery system the interface is so poor. I don’t know what is wrong with these people. Take my parcel and never going to Shop again from.
Better your return deliverable, please work on it idiots. This is my last warning or I’ll go to customer forum, and raise a complaint there next should I just go to the store and return? What do you expect from the customer? Should we teach you how to run site or you want us to follow up hundred of times and then you will pick up the parcel with million of excuses, idiots

Decent products, bad customer service

I’ve ordered multiple times from Newme and undoubtedly the products are decent. However I’m extremely disappointed with how their service works. I ordered a dress about a MONTH ago. Recently, it kept showing “delivery failed” multiple times and then i myself had to call the guy to ask about it. He called me for delivery but i was unavailable that day so i rescheduled it. Next day i say that my delivery is failed??? I called the customer service and all i get is “very sorry we will pass your feedback”. I completely understand that it’s not your fault but i haven’t called to give you feedback, I’ve called for help. Everytime I’ve had an issue I’m told that y’all don’t have this or that option and basically things that are already on the app. I’m calling you for some sort of help from your end. Not holding anyone specifically but i think y’all should be more considerate of your buyers when the issue is from your end. After waiting for a month I’m told my order is cancelled when i have to leave for vacation next week. I’ve never been so raged by a product delivery issue. Please do something to actually help your customers instead of just “passing feedbacks.”

Terrible customer service

I had ordered a dress in L size earlier which fit me perfectly so I went on to buy two tops in the same size.
1. They were extremely tight and uncomfortable even though it was the same size.
2. They refused to exchange for a bigger size because I purchased it during a sale. Now it’s understandable to not take returns but an exchange is something very basic nobody should deny.
3. The color of the top didn’t match the image in the product description. And there is still no return or exchange available. I would rather not buy from such a site than suffer such a loss. How can I even use this now that the size doesn’t fit me?

Worst app ever

NEWME is the worst e-commerce app I have ever come across. I placed an order on February 13th, hoping that it would arrive in 3-5 days, as mentioned in the app as well.
On February 18, I tried tracking my parcel, but it was showing a delay in delivery.
I contacted their customer care, and instead of prioritizing my delivery, they started giving me discount coupons for my future orders. After that, they told me that my order would reach maximum by February 23rd or before that, as there have been some logistical constraints. I agreed to it at last.
However, in my app, it was showing until yesterday that the order would be delivered anytime between February 23 and February 25, and today the delivery date has changed to February 24 and 26.
Without any information, they are continuously changing the dates and everything. My order is a prepaid one, and this is becoming mental harassment now.
Similar situations have happened before as well, where I placed a COD order, but the order delivery got delayed for more than a week, and at last the order got cancelled from their end without the customer’s consent, and the product went out of stock.
Why take several orders when you can’t fulfill the delivery? Why waste people’s time or even mention faster delivery when there is no such option? Is this a game for you guys?

This is the very first time I am writing a review for any shopping application because i had to.
I am amazed with their collection and the quality they provide.. At first when I came across with the app i was really not sure whether to order it or not because I was not sure about the quality or the product will come as it was shown in the picture.. but when I received my first order I was really happy because it was exact same as it was shown in the picture also the quality of the product was amazing after that I ordered 5 more dresses from their app and all are really good in qualitv and same as shown.
How can not talk about their customer support because they the best customer support i have ever come across. Your heart will be happy with their customer support as they reply so prompt and solve your queries instantly. Also if you want to return or exchange they have really flexible and comfortable services.. love love their customer support ♥️

Worst customer service ever!

This company has the worst customer service ever. They send scripted responses and do not actually want to help you. They don’t even read the messages properly, just send those scripted replies no matter how hard you try to get their help. I so far ordered 6 dresses and only one of them was delivered on time. Rest of them weren’t even shipped for 10 days. I had to just cancel them all because I was fed up. I requested them a lot for express shipping for one of the dresses and was willing to pay for it but NONE of them helped. When I called them I was told the delivery will be on time. I asked them to put in a request to ship the dress asap and the girl on call said it will be delivered on time and not to worry about it. But it didn’t!! I’m writing this just 22 minutes away from my birthday and I was promised my dress will be delivered today. But my birthday is ruined. They’ve ruined my day promising on time delivery when I asked. I literally had to rush to a shopping mall to buy another dress TODAY and just canceled all of the orders. The one dress I received from them is okay, you get how much you spend. The quality is worth the price. But it’s only one dress that I got so I cannot comment on all of them. Anyway, I don’t think I would ever buy here again. Only if I have at least a month for the occasion. They should really improve their customer service if they want to grow.

Won’t recommend

I ordered a dress from their website and waited for 15days then I reach them out, first they told me that they do the stitching only after order so I waited for another 10-15 days and didn’t get any update so when I reach them out once again they said there’s been a problem in their logistics and blah blah. Got different answers from Instagram and watsapp. Since it was more than a month and it was still as order placed I cancelled and didn’t get back my refund. Reach them out again and again but they just told me it’s been credited and they don’t even take proper initiative. It was my 1st time ordering from their website and totally regret till today. Won’t recommend to anyone. Disappointed
